CHAPTER 9- PSYCHOPATHIC DEVIL
BRUTAL MINDS (A DARK ROMANCE)
Meanwhile, at the far corner of the room, Allison looked on in fright with hands over her mouth as she watched Hades ruthlessly tear the Man open with a dagger, his horrifying screams filled the basement and even the main Mansion above.
She watched on with a sickening feeling in her stomach as He ripped the Man's guts out alive. Hades went on, resent-less and unfazed as He further tore open the Man and brought out his vital organs one by one, the heart, the kidneys, lungs, gallbladder, pancreas and so on.
Hades took the bowl he had place earlier from underneath the bench board which now contained a large amount of blood from his victim and he poured the one retracted inside the drip inside the bowl.
By this time the victim was already dead and it must have been a rat that scurried past or something for He heard a frightened screech from the far end of the basement. He frowned realizing someone had been watching him. If it were to be one of his guards then immediate death awaited him. He went there and pulled whoever it was out, to his surprise- Allison.
Pet?
He tilted his head in surprise. She was shuddering in fright. Frantically nodding sideways as a plea. He was towering over her, and she looked like a pathetic frightened little mouse.
I'm sorry, I'm so sorry I disobeyed.
He could hear those blue eyes beg.
Hades sighed, frustratedly.
You Saw Everything Didn't You?
No no I didn't see anything. She wanted to say, Oh God she didn't want to die!
It's Alright, Come Here....He led her to a stool.
Allison pointed to the stairs that led upstairs as she tried to get away.
You Want To Leave? No Pet, Not Until You Watch The Final Show. Now Sit! He ordered and she obeyed.
Good Girl....
Hades went over to the white board as He poured the blood from the bowl all over the whiteness, soiling it. He went further and squeezed the gallbladder into an empty French curve giving him the color green, He went further and mashed the other organs with certain tainted chemicals so they'd form paste and to her horror-stricken vision, He began to paint with the dead Man's insides.
She held her stomach, feeling nauseous. She feared she would throw up sooner or later. Was this what He meant by leisure time? Was this what He meant by being an artist?! She finally understood what her father meant by calling this man a devil but in her judgment This Man was a Psychopath and at that moment every desire for revenge, every desire to kill him to avenge her father died down inside of her. For if He were to suspect one thing was out of place, She would without any doubt end up like this!
Soon, Hades was done! The bizarre artwork was completed and honestly, she could make out what it was. She was never a big fan of deciphering the meaning behind artworks. She could only appreciate the ones that passed a clear message and right now that was the least thing Hades painting was doing.
It was a muddle between white, red, green, and brown. It felt like the eerie scenes one would only see in nightmares, where was the surprise in that? Afterall wasn't He the stuff nightmares itself were made of? Hades checked the time on his rather bloody wristwatch before looking back at her for the first time since He turned his back to work.
"Beautiful, Isn't It?" He asked, referring to the painting.
Beautiful indeed! She thought, but outwardly she only smiled , her gaze still lingering on the deadman lying on the bench board.
What happens to his body now? She thought, dreading the answer.
Hades noticed she couldn't stop staring.
Oh Don't Worry Pet, I'm Not Going To Make You Eat His Remains. Even if I'm So Much Aching To.
Her shocked eyes immediately locked with his undisturbed ones. Eat his remains? Her heart was pounding inside of her, what kind of crap did her father get her in? There was obviously something wrong with the man in front of her.
(Even if I'm So Much Aching To.)
He actually meant what He said! She wanted to scream and run away, but that would be foolish to do now, unless she wanted to end up as paint-paste.
It Would Be Fun To Watch You Stuff Your Little Mouth Full Of Raw Flesh. He calmly added, as if his words were totally normal and had no homicidal effect.
Allison could only stare at him, petrified.
But Like I Said, You Don't Have To Worry. The Time For That Will Come And Other Wonderful Horrors Too.
No no no. She moved her head sideways, her palms closing together in a plea.
This Was Why I Told You To Stay Off The Basement. Well Now You Know Of My Unique Taste At Leisure And You Pet, Will Partake Out Of Everything I Do From Now On.
Dear God, No!
Yes...Afterall, A Pet Is A Companion Isn't It? Now Come On, Upstairs! He said, making sure she walked behind him as they both left the basement.
"You Know What To Do, Take Care Of The Mess"
Hades said briefly to the guards at the entrance and they all bowed before leaving.
Not You Pet, He held her wrist firmly as she tried to scurry away.
Now what?! Allison winced inside of her as He led her upstairs. If this man showed her one more sight of horror, she would definitely pass out. Let it not be please.
The door opened, his study obviously, or was it study and bedroom in one. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary but it was dark. How was He able to see in here. Hades spread open the curtains for her benefit. Given those glasses, He figured her vision wouldn't do well in the dark and the fact that she had clutched tightly unto his arm the minute they stepped in. Wow! She thought taking in the spacious room with a book shelf, a desk, and a king sized bed on one end.
Sit! He said absentmindedly, walking across the room and grabbing a pair of hand gloves.
(What are you doing?) She stared at him, confused.
He kept a straight eye contact with hers as He wore on the gloves.
I Don't Usually Work With Gloves But I Would Hate For You To Die With My DNA Imprinted On Your Skin.
(What?!) Allison gasped in horror. He was going to kill her?!!
It's The Least I Can Do....He added, putting on the black gloves....It's My Way Of According You Respect As A Woman.
(To hell with you!) she wanted to yell. She could feel tears build up her eyes, it stung her.
Stay Still. He said, reaching out for her neck with his hand. What is He doing? she thought, trying so hard not to flinch.
Chin Up! He said and she complied.
Hades kneaded the front part of her neck with so much concentration, pressing and feeling. Was he some kind of doctor?
Allison was confused until it finally hit her. He was trying to confirm if she was actually mute or lying, but there was no way He could actually feel out her vocal cords and know...or was there? Oh God! She was so dead!
"Hum" she heard him say all of a sudden.
You Heard Me Allison, Hum! He repeated, keeping his thumb and index finger firmly fixed on her neck.
Preferably, Give Me The Music Notes By Humming.
He was talking about- do-re-mi-fa-so-la-ti-do. She realized.
Why Are You Hesitant Pet? Or Would You Rather I Cut Your Throat Open? He frowned at her. Now Hum!
Allison had no choice but to obey and whilst she was humming, He was busy taking in the vibrations of cords with his fingers as she did so.
Excellent Work. He casually said before standing to his feet and taking off his gloves. Allison sighed in relief inside of her. Good thing her cover wasn't blown.
"Why Did You Have To Lie?"
The question sent her world crumbling down. Shit!
The Vibrations From Your Cords Are Prefect! You're Not Mute. He said, looking anything but pleased and it scared her. The freshly cut body of that poor man down in the basement was still taunting her. To think she would end up like him in a matter of seconds.
I had no choice, I didn't want to die. She finally spoke.
Oh Really? He corked an eyebrow. To think He thought she was an actual mute, hearing her voice now, it was obvious she was meant to speak.
Let me go please, I promise I'll pay off what my father owes, slowly but surely. How much does he owe by the way?
It's A Meager Amount Really, Eight Hundred.
Allison sighed in relief. All this fuss for eight hundred thousand... she muttered but He heard.
Eight Hundred..... Million.
I'm sorry what?
Eight hundred freaking million dollars was no fucking meager amount. What the hell did her father use such an amount for.
Too Much? He asked, sarcastically.
I...I will need time. She stuttered, knowing there was no way she could work her ass off that amount in her entire life time. That was almost a billion!
When I Loan Out...He started...I Have No Intentions To Be Paid Back.
Wh...what?
What I Really Need Is Paint.
Paint? He meant blood.
I promise I will...
Well Sadly Now I Have No Use For A Talking Pet. I've Always Hated Talking Animals, Parrots And Especially Humans.
You're going to kill me? No no please you can't. She pleaded.
You Lied To Me Pet, You Broke Both Rules. No One Steps In Here And Leaves. Especially Now That You Know Too Much. Now Do Yourself A Favour, Go Down The Basement And Lie On That Board, I'll Join You In A Second. I Promise To Make It As Quick As Possible.
You deranged bastard! She cussed, oh how long she had held those words under the pretense of being mute.
What Did You Say?
You heard me! Now listen to me you creep, it's time I gave you a piece of my mind...
A Huge Chunk Of It I'm Going To Carve Out Soon Enough So There's Absolutely No Need.
His words choked her to the throat.
Trust Me I'm Not Enjoying This Any More Than You Are, Given The Fact That I Don't Usually Deal With Women. But Don't Worry, I'm Not A Pervert So I'll Make Sure To Keep My Eyes Closed The Whole Time.
You...you're a monster! She said in disbelief.
Aww But That's Not Entirely True At All Pet. The Thing Is People See Me And Immediately Conclude That I Am A Horrifying Beast But Deep Down, I Have The Heart Of A Very Soft And Frightened Man....
What?!
.....I Keep It In A Jar, Underneath My Desk. His last statement came with a devilish smirk. Words couldn't pin point the expression on her face as Hades pulled out a drawer underneath his desk and brought out a transparent jar with a live human heart, beating rapidly.
Here... He handed it to her and she held it with shaking hands.
What the freaking hell..?!
This has to be the creepiest stomach gnawing shit she had ever seen in her entire life. How the heck he was able to keep the damn thing beating, she had no idea but what struck her was the inscription on the jar.
"Dearly Beloved Father"
WHAT?!!!
