Chapter 265
Triplets on Secret Mission
Chapter 265 Russell thought, âHow would the May family react if they realized that Dr.Joye was Molly, the person that they hated the most?â
The May family started to pull themselves back to reality after Benjamin left. They stopped thinking about Benjaminâs words and started to throw the hope of treating Lara onto Brycen.
That was because Brycen was the only one who met Joye.
âBrycen, is Dr. Joye really that weird of a person?â Walter was pissed at Brycen for saying the things he said earlier, but he did not say it in a situation like this.
He was also angry at Dr. Joye, the doctor that he had never met before. âIsnât it a doctorâs job to save the ill?â
Diana saw that Brycen was quiet, so she said to everyone, âItâs alright, every skilled person has a weird side to them. If Dr. Joye doesnât want to help mom out, I will beg her, even if I had to kneel down before that doctor, who is probably not that heartless.â
After all the incidents before, Brycen was repelled by Diana as he knew that she was an utterly scheming person. âIf she wanted to show how good she is as a daughter, shouldnât she just do something instead of using her words?â Brycen would have already told her that Joye did not have a weird side if it was appropriate for him to say that. He sneered as he looked at her and said, âForget it. You might have a little hope if you begged other doctors, but Joye will only be even more disgusted at you if you did that.â
Brycen did not hide his real impression of Diana.
Diana was stupefied. Walter and Nathan were just about to say something when Brycen interrupted them.
âEven I am afraid to beg Joye. I canât help you out with this. You should think of a plan yourself.â Then, Brycen immediately got Russell to take him to his room. âThis is karma.â âIf they didnât treat Molly like trash and went against her all this time, I wouldnât be in such a hard position today.â Brycen knew that Molly was a very kind person. Otherwise, she would not save him and watch him be crippled for his life. âShe saved me. It was only natural for grandpa to feel sorry for her.â âIâve only defended her with my words, and she returned me the favor.â When Brycen thought about how Molly and her triplets treated him, he could only feel sorry for her.
Though it was possible for her to treat Lara, he did not want to take advantage of his sisterâs kindness. All he hoped was for the May family to know their mistakes, show their sincerity, and apologize to Molly.
Benjamin walked out of Laraâs ward and went to the balcony of his office. He looked down at the nurses and patients with their families downstairs and pondered for a moment before he decided to tell Molly about Laraâs condition.
After all, they were still a family. Even if Molly did not want to save Lara, she still had to right to know about this matter.
He called Molly, but she was busy, so she only responded after some time.
âWhatâs up, Benjamin?â
âYour-Do you know about Lara fainting in the hospital?â Benjamin thought about it and decided not to address Lara as Mollyâs âmother.â
