In the dark

The loneliness sinks in faster

Allowing me to drown in my sorrows

I reach deep inside me to find the light

The dark overpowers for much too long

Help me please find it again

The nighttime is the worst

I am alone surrounded by everyone

It's comical how much they'll believe
