In an ideal world me and you would be happy

I've always asked myself what's the point to me and you

What lesson is God trying to teach me?

What wrong did I do?

A lot.

Maybe not to you, but you're my karma

Yet you're also the place i call safe.

But being unfaithful means more than just being betrayed

What are you doing to make them make that mistake more than once?

Sometimes, nothing.

That's what kills

I want you to be happy  even if it's without me

So maybe one day the next girl that gets you gets all of you

Instead of the bits and pieces you decided was your all
