In the study of the Yi family’s villa, Tang Zhe held his breath and stood at the side. He reported the results of the interrogation to Yi Zheng. “Master, that person hasn’t relented. It seems that he doesn’t intend to say anything. What should we do next?”

Yi Zheng tapped his fingers on the table and narrowed his eyes as he stared at the interrogation video in front of him.

Uncle Liu tried his best to persuade her. In the past, every time Shi Man came to look for Yi Zheng on a whim, he would spend a lot of effort to persuade her to leave obediently.

Shi Man sat on the sofa casually and crossed her legs to pour herself a glass of water. She looked at him calmly. “Just tell him. Whether he comes to see me or not is his business.”

Shi Man finished the cup of tea, but Uncle Liu was not done advising her.

Before he could say anything, the study door was suddenly opened from the inside. Tang Zhe smiled and nodded at her. “Miss Shi, please come in. My master wants to see you.”

Uncle Liu retracted his hand and stared in disbelief as Shi Man walked into the study. It was not until the door was closed with a bang that he came back to his senses and looked at Tang Zhe, who was getting closer and closer.

“In the future, if Miss Shi comes, you don’t have to stop her anymore. Just let her in.” Tang Zhe whispered Yi Zheng’s words before stretching lazily and walking out of the villa to enjoy a rest.

In the study, Yi Zheng stood up and walked out from behind the desk. He led her to the sofa on the other side and personally poured her a cup of hot tea. Then, he looked up and stared at her. “Why are you looking for me?”

“I came to see if you’re doing a cover-up.” Shi Man pointed out her intentions bluntly and smiled. “If the Yi family can’t do it, I can interrogate them personally.”
