chapter 24- head council meeting part 2

Sienna p.o.v.

"I would like to agree on that of what rachel said. I am sarah as you may have guessed by now. What sienna mother did I will never understand and never fully forgive and most certainly never forget. If I felt sienna was anything like her mother please believe me when I say I would be the first to tell you guys at not letting her become the next leader. However i truly believe she has the power to become a leader.

Not only Is sienna firm and a strong believer in her coven and towards her friends but she is strong powerful with or with out this coven. It took her a while to see that but I believe she sees it now. Sienna may not be cold and be able to mask her emotions like her mother did but that does not always make you a powerful leader. I believe that sienna will make an amazing and probably one of the best leaders you can have in any of your covens because of how she cares not only about her friends and coven but others as well. Caring about people will want people to more be on your side then if you are cold towards people." Sarah said.

I could see that the council where all thinking. They didn't really know what to say. They all looked speechless.

"As much as I agree with what both Rachel and sarah have said we have been told you have a mate in Sarah's pack. We or at least I do not see how you will be able to be head coven as well as a mate and be going from your coven to sarah pack." One of the council speaks up. This is the first time she has ever said anything and I can see she actually believes that I could become a great head coven.

"What are you trying to say?" I asked narrowing my eyes at her.

I wont lie I have got my back up a bit. More so because I do not really know what will happen between myself and jayden. However I guess thats something myself and jayden need to speak about. It feels like at the moment there is one thing after another going on.

"I'm saying you may have to pick between being head coven and being with your mate." The council women said with a shrug.

I glared at her and before I could lash out I took a deep breathe before speaking.

"You can not tell me to pick. You do not even know if I would be a good leader or not as for all you know I could wne up being the best for this coven and you could end up picking yet another bad leader. Your saying because I have a werewolf mate that I have to pick him or the coven?" I said glaring at her.

I felt so many emotions running through my heart and mind I didn't even fully understand what I was thinking myself.

"Will your mate who I heard is the beta to sarah pack decide to move here? To this coven and leave all his responsibility behind with the pack?" The council of coven asked me and I guess I can see her point.

I stayed quite at that because she is right. I know even if we were perfectly fine with each other he would do that.

"Exaclty sienna." She said with a smirk as though she won the lottery.

I narrowed my eyes at her before speaking.

"If you had given me chance to explain then you would have heard that the times I would end up going to my mates pack there would always be someone here I'm charge. I will be the leader no matter what. Sarah will come and visit the coven when she can nut her main responsibilities will be as a luna at her own pack. However she will also be one of the ones to be in charge here. Then rachel will be here at all times. So if myself and sarah are not in the coven she will be In charge but anything that will need reporting to me or she believes I should know she will instantly report them to me. Myself, sarah and sienna already had this figured out." I said coldly.

I could see as the women frowned. I'm not understanding her. The first time she spoke she seemed to be on my side. However now I'm not sure she is.

"How do you expect this to wo-" she got cut off from the main head council himself.

"Do you believe this strategy will work?" He asked calmly cutting off the council woman.

"I do." I said instantly nodding my head because I really do. I have faith in us all.

He looked at me for a short shot before turning to Sarah and rachel.

"And you both agree to this? You agree to what sienna has said." He asked.

"Of course." They both said instantly.

"Then I will give you all this chance. However if I believe that it is not working then I will instantly take it away from you all. I hope you do not let me down." He said firmly.

To say I was shocked is an understatement. My mouth opened and shut like a fish.

"Yo-you mean you agree? You will let us do this?" I asked surprised but with a smile because I am so happy.

With a firm nod from him me and the girls squealed out loud happily making the man wince. Shit forgot he is old and from what I notice old people prefer peace and quite.

"Head council are you really giving them a try?" The women asked shocked and seemingly pissed off.

The head council narrowed his eyes at her.

"Are you questioning my decisions?" He asked deadly making everyone including myself stiffen and freeze in place.

I really did not expect that. You could hear nothing what so ever. Almost like no one dared to even breathe.

"I- I " she stuttered making me wince a little at how uncomfortable she looks.

I heard sarah sigh before closing her eyes and opening them again before speaking and actually speaking firmly and a little annoyed.

" you know what I am not fully sure what your problem is against us doing this. I understand what sienna mother did was bad and possibly made you not be able to trust her. Don't you think I felt the same way ? It was my mother and father I lost because of her mother. However I do not blame her for it. It was not her fault. If I can see that I'm sure you all can. If her mother did not do what she did would you all really be questioning sienna right now? No I do not think you would. I understand why you are but how are you not seeing that sienna is nothing like her mothing" sarah said getting agitated with this woman.

My eyes widened in suprise. I did not expect her to rant on like that and I do not think anyone else did. I could see the woman wanted to say something but with a glare from our actual head witch council she did not dare. I'm guessing something has happend between her and him. She has most likely made a few mistakes or something because he seems to be fed up of her. As much as I want to know I would rather keep out of it.

"Sienna, rachel and sarah you will all be given this chance. But do not take it for granted. I told you I will give you a chance but do not think you will get another. You will not. Now I would like to go home. Do not disappoint me." He said firmly beforewtih a click of his fingers they were all gone leaving me surprised again.

I looked at sarah and rachel as they looked at me. I think we are all really speechless to be honest.

"What just happened." Rachel asked in a daze.

"I think we just got accepts as the head civen leader." I said just as much in a daze.

"That my friends we did." Sarah said eith a squeal.

My eyes widened and I screamed in excitement followed by rachel and then sarah again.

We all group hugged before I broke it and looked at sarah.

"So what was that rant all about to the head council woman? You could have gotten yourself in a lot of trouble." I said narrowing my eyes a little.

"Is this you telling me if for the first time as head coven? She asked eit a chuckle making me smile and laugh a little.

"But sorry about that. I was getting a headache as all I keep hearing is Hunter in my head asking when we will be back and I guess he annoyed me and then she started annoying me so I snapped." Sarah said with a shrug making me laugh.

"So what is your first request head civen." Rachel asked with a wink after we stopped laughing.

I smiled before speaking my first command.

"I would like you to settle a meeting with everyone in teo days time." I said softly.

Rachel nodded her head.

"Are you coming back with me tonight sienna?" Sarah asked.

I stiffened at the question. I guess I have not really thought about that.

"I think you should do sienna. You have just had a tough time with the council. You need to get a break from the coven for a short while and speak to that mate of yours." Rachel said as sarah agreed.

"I'm not sure I can." I said looking down.

"You can sienna. You just got the head council to agree with you. If you can do that you can definitely speak to jayden." Sarah said.

I shook my head in no.

"I had the help from both of you that is how I spoke to them. That is how they agreed. Not because of me." I said.

However they disagreed.

"Sienna you  did most the speaking. We only said our opinion." Rachel said.

I sighed and smiled at her.

"Thank you both. For saying what you did I really appreciate it. And thank you for staying with me." I said.

"You are welcome." They said at the same time.

"Now go. I am going home and you are both heading back to your mates. I think they are both missing you just like you are both missing them. And do not try and deny it sienna." Rachel said just before I could cut in making me laugh a little.

However I nodded my head and agreed with her.

"I guess I can not avoid him forever." I said softly.

"That's my firm." Sarah said cheering making me and rachel laugh.

We said our goodbyes to rachel before I held sarah hand. I closed my eyes and felt a gust of wind blow past me.

"Sienna." I heard jaydens deep voice whisper as I opened my eyes coming face to face with him.
