Chapter 71

071 To School

I Got Breastfed Again

A month passed quickly.

The holidays were fun. We played a lot together. Arjun also joined us almost every day. In between, I met Meera's dad. I gave him the 'fog from highrange. At first, he was surprised that I got something for him. But when he heard what it was, his face turned red. Lakshmi aunty and the other elders had a good laugh.

Appa was busy with his job and many changes happened. So mom handled my school admission.

I was excited to go to school.

I spend one eventful year in playschool. It was fun. Now, I was ready to go to the real school. I eagerly waited for the day I could go to school.

Since it is kindergarten, the teachers will be busy handling crying kids. So they would allow the students to sit wherever they want. So I will be able to sit between Meera and Anita.

How many men can actually plan to sit between their girlfriend and wife? I am probably the only one who can pull that off. I am truly a legend.

I was excited by the thoughts of it.

Finally, the day I waited for came.

The school opened on June first. It was raining hard. Dad was at Trivandrum for some political meeting. So mom was the one who was taking us to the school.

There was someone who wasn't happy with everything.

Doodu.

Doodu threw a tantrum. He was sad that we were going to school. He hated school. For him, the school was something that took his siblings away from him. He simply pushed me down and laid on top of me so that I won't be able to leave.

Mom had to scold him and make many promises to make him behave.

I was sad too. We spent the last two months together. We always played together. My favorite way to spend afternoons were to sleep while hugging him. Seperating from him was sad for me too.

But there wasn't anything I could do. After a bit of struggle, mom somehow managed to seperate us and put us all in the car. She then ordered Doodu to go to Arjun's house.

Mom drove us to school. First, we dropped Anuchi in front of her classroom. She was excited to meet her friends after the holidays.

Then she took us to the kindergarten section and accompanied us to the classroom.

Wait.

"Mom, you need not come with me. I can go in on my own. You can go and drop them at the play school. I will behave and stay in class." I told mom pointing at Piya and Pichu who were following me to my class.

They were one year younger than me. They followed me to the playschool because mom thought it would be good for them. Right now, they are a bit too young for kindergarten and they will spend one more year in playschool.

"No. They are coming to the kindergarten." She replied.

"For what?"

"What do you mean? They want to learn too."

"Learn what?" I asked confused.

"Learn to write and read. They are growing up."

"What?? Pichu doesn't even know how to blow his own nose. You should send these two snot faces to the playschool." I protested.

"Achuu..." Pichu called me offended.

"Don't worry. You are a good boy." I consoled him and turned to mom.

"Achu, behave. They will be with you in kindergarten."

"No. You should behave. How can you just throw away your kids? Why are you so irresponsible? You should send these two to the playschool. They are too young to sit with the big boys and girls in kindergarten."

"They already came to playschool with you. Now that they are well-behaved, they can sit with you in your class. You can take care of them and they will be fine. If they cannot manage it, we will let them stay one more year in the same class."

"That's what you said about playschool."

"Yes. But you have already graduated from play school. Now there is no one to take care of them there. With you to take care, they will be safe here."

"I won't take care of them."

"Achu..." Piya called me worried.

"Don't worry. I will take care of you." I consoled her.

Mom smiled in victory.

I was in a difficult situation. I didn't want these two rats to follow me into kindergarten. They already stole my position as the youngest and my birthday. Now they are going to steal my peaceful school life too. I wanted to get rid of them as fast as possible. But at the same time, I couldn't hurt their feelings.

Mom knew this. So she was using this to make sure that I will have no choice but to take the kids with me.

My protest didn't work.

The kids were excited about going to school. In the end, I couldn't break their heart. So I took them inside.

"Kids, please sit here." The teacher directed us to an empty seat.

I didn't want to sit there. I looked around.

Anita and Meera were sitting on a bench. There was enough space for one more. I wanted to sit with them. But unfortunately, there were two little rats clinging to me onto my either side.

With no other choice, I sat on the bench the teacher pointed at.

Piya and Pichu sat on either side. They grabbed my arm tightly as if they were making sure that I won't run away. At home, whenever we are sleeping together, they slept on left and and rightof me. They hug me with their arms and legs. I won't be able to turn left or right because of them. The school was supposed to be my escape from the evil clutches of these two rats. Still, I ended up being in the middle of these two!

They used to be closer to Anuchi. But she was too fast and strong for the kids. So I, who was slower and weaker became their favorite playmate.

I looked at Meera and Anita again.

There was one more child on their bench.

A boy was sitting between Meera and Anita!

That was my seat.

I looked at the intruder angrily. It was a new face.He wasn't with us in playschool. But his face looked familiar. I racked my brain to remember who he was.

Unni! The 'Good boy - Unni'!!!

I knew that green tea drinker from my previous life. He was an ideal student in the eyes of everyone. He was always the top of the class. He was well behaved and handsome. So he was the favorite of all the teachers.

As you already know, I hate good boys. My default settings was to dislike him. On top of that, he dared to sit in between my girls! Now I have no choice but to beat him up.

"Waaa..." Pichu's cry woke me up from my thoughts.

"Why are you crying?"

"waa... they... crying." He pointed at other kids who were crying. It was the first day of school. For most of the kids, this was something new. They didn't want to be sepearated from their mothers and started crying.

"So what?" I asked.

"Humm..." He stopped crying and started thinking why he was crying.

Then he decided to stop crying and cleaned his nose on my sleeve.

I wasn't disgusted. I was already used to him cleaning his face on my sleeves.

"Achu... Meera." Piya pointed towards Meera and Anita.

Meera waved at us.

Piya and Pichu ran towards the elder sisters. They liked Meera a lot. I followed them.

"Hug..." I extended my hands to Meera.

Meera shook her head.

"Why?" I asked confused.

"Girls and boys shouldn't touch." She replied.

"..." I was left speechless. This was completely unexpected.

"Did your father say that?" I asked. I thought her father was trying to take revenge. Seeing my situation, Anita started giggling.

"No. Krishunni said that." Meera replied.

"Who is Krishunni?" I wanted to know who was this Krishunni who was making my life difficult.

Meera pointed at Unni.

"Krishunni?" For a moment, I didn't know what was happening.

Then I remembered a few things from my previous life that I had forgotten.

After I and Anita broke up in my previous life, she got into a relationship Krishunni. As for who this Krishunni was, it was 'Krishnanunni'. Or 'the good boy Unni'.

His actual name was Krishnanunni. It was an old styled long name. As a kid, it was tough for him to tell his name. So he shortened it to 'Krishunni'. During school life, he got the nickname 'good-boy unni'. When he grew up, he changed his name to Krishunni as it looked stylish.

And that Krishunni was the one who got into a relationship with Anita.

As for how that story ended, I don't know.

Which means, the one who is currently sitting infront of me, the one who told Meera that she shouldn't hug me, is my future love rival.

My blood boiled.

My hands itched to punch him on the face.

Dear friends,

As I said in the last chapter, there is an important announcement.

I have decided to publish a printed book of this novel. I am currently proof reading the chapters.  It's actually taking longer than I thought. I also have to draw some pictures and make a better cover. Since I am publishing it as a book, I cannot go with some pictures from the internet. So it might take a few months for the book to come out.

I have decided to dedicate the book to you all for all the support you guys have given me. I am also planning to include one or two good comments I got on the book from you guys.

Just to be clear, All the chapters will be available for free here. I won't remove the novel from here just because of the printed book.

While editing the chapters, I realized that I could have named the first chapter 'the boy who lived'. So I was thinking of another name for the book. I am not going to change the book name. I just want to know the names you guys could come up with. Can you suggest some names?

As usual, please comment and vote.

Thank you.
