Chapter 338
His unwanted wife, the world’s coveted genius

Once she left Keniaâs room, Belinda returned to her own. Sarai wasted no time in seeking out Kenia.
âKenia, please, you have to believe meâI truly didnât mean to do that on purpose.â
Keniaâs face remained composed, her voice steady but detached. âAlright. Just make sure to keep your distance from Lucas moving forward.â
Saraiâs lips tightened, and she nodded quickly, not daring to refuse. âOkay, I understand! I will keep my distance from him now.â
Kenia chose not to say anything further.
At an exclusive club, Ryan reclined on a plush sofa, surrounded by a dozen young women. The manager, hovering nearby with a sycophantic smile, said, âMr. Adams, these are our finest ladies. Let me know if any of them catches your eye.â
To Ryan, these so-called beauties were utterly unremarkable, leaving him entirely unimpressed. None could hold a candle to the woman who still lingered in his thoughts.
Noticing Ryanâs disinterest, the manager hastily ushered away the first row of women and introduced the next. âHow about them, Mr. Adams?â the manager asked, his eyes hopeful.
Ryanâs gaze lifted lazily, scanning the new group. As he surveyed them, his expression remained aloofâuntil his eyes fell on the woman at the far end, and his pupils subtly narrowed. She wasnât breathtakingly beautiful, but her slim, foxlike eyes caught his attention immediately. Her features bore a resemblance to that woman.
Ryan pointed at her decisively. âHer. Whatâs her name?â
The manager hesitated, clearly caught off guard by Ryanâs choice. After a momentâs pause, he signaled to the woman. âBelina, step forward.â
Ryanâs eyes flickered for a second at the sound of her name.
The woman stepped closer, her head slightly bowed. âMr. Adams,â she said softly, her tone respectful. Her voice carried a delicate, soothing quality.
âRaise your head,â Ryan commanded.
Belina complied, lifting her head without hesitation. From this proximity, her resemblance to that woman became even more evident.
âHow do you spell your name?â Ryan asked, his tone sharp with curiosity.
âB-E-L-I-N-A,â Belina replied in a soft voice.
âI want her,â Ryan declared with finality.
âOkay! Mr. Adams, enjoy your evening. Let me know if you need anything,â the manager said. He then turned to Belina. âMake sure Mr. Adams has a good time tonight.â With a polite nod to Ryan, the manager departed with the other women.
âMr. Adamsâ¦â Belina said tentatively.
Ryan cut her off, saying, âFrom now on, call me Ryan.â Belinaâs eyes widened slightly. She was surprised by Ryanâs words.
âUh⦠Okay,â she replied. She hesitated briefly before saying, âRyan.â
Ryanâs stare grew more intense as he studied her. Suddenly, he broke the silence.
âAre you a virgin?â he asked.
Belinaâs cheeks flushed a delicate pink as she gave a timid nod, her soft voice almost a whisper. âYes.â A broad smile spread across Ryanâs face when he heard that.
