Chapter 166 - She figured that things should quiet down a lot after today. (3)

Pushing aside his dance partner, he asked with what he thought was a very gentlemanly smile, “Care to dance, JunRong?”

He was more than happy to dance with a woman as attractive as Fang JunRong.

His waxy look, however, disgusted Fang JunRong. Naturally, she would not want to dance with him. Smiling slightly, she said, “No, my feet hurt from my walk earlier. I don’t think i want to dance.”

Boss Ding put on a somewhat regretful expression but he had unlimited patience toward a pretty woman and continued to compliment her.

Dai JiaYin, who was not too far away from them, saw that Fang JunRong had walked over to talk to her husband and suddenly had a bad feeling.

Tugging her sister’s hand, she said through gritted teeth, “Do you think Fang JunRong is trying to seduce my husband to revenge me?”

Fang JunRong had never laid eyes on her husband before; now that she had walked up to him intentionally, she must be plotting something.

As much as she was displeased by his affairs, her role as Mrs. Ding was very important to her. She knew her husband very well. Should Fang JunRong really try to seduce him, she would succeed for sure.

Thinking of that, she could no long just sit and watch. She walked quickly over to them.

When she was just a few meters from them, she happened to heard her husband complimenting Fang JunRong. “Ah, anyone would be lucky to have your favoritism.”

Dai JiaYin was about to turn into a pufferfish from anger.

Fang JunRong had a slight smile on her. When she saw Dai JiaYin approaching them out of the corner of her eye, her smile deepened. “You shouldn’t say that in front of your wife. She doesn’t look too happy.”

Boss Ding, too, had noticed his angry-looking wife. He looked displeased. As a male chauvinist, he naturally was displeased when his wife challenged his authority in front of others. “Such bad temperament. Learn to control yourself!”

Fang JunRong said coldly, “You should be nicer to your wife. You don’t want her to be upset at you and start getting ideas. She thinks that Li WangJin was much gentler than you and had been talking him up in front of me. The way she talked about him even made me feel like the two of them belong together.”

“Boss Ding looks like a man who can accomplish great things. Perhaps you should set your wife free so she and Li WangJin can be happy together. That way there will be one less unhappy couple and one more happy couple in this world. Wouldn’t that be nice?” As for Li WangJin’s thought on this? What did that have to do with her?

“If you get a divorce, you can have as many girlfriends as you want and she wouldn’t have to get upset anymore. I say that’s a win-win.”

Fang JunRong couldn’t sound any more sincere.

Boss Ding’s face turned black. He was okay with his wife going to talk up Li WangJin. That by no means implied that he was okay with her cheating on him.

Dai JiaYin was so angry that she was shaking. How could Fang JunRong just instigate them like that?

“You made that up!” She said angrily.

Jiang DeXian said, “No, she didn’t. I’ve recorded everything that you’ve said about Li WangJin. Would you like me to play the recording?”

Dai JiaYin’s face was dark and she couldn’t say a word.

Fang JunRong, too, gave Jiang DeXian a surprised look. She didn’t know that he had done that.

The lips of the others who overheard the conversation twitched. They were no fools and could more or less figured out what was going on. Li WangJin probably asked them to help talk him up to his ex-wife. Annoyed, Fang JunRong decided to blow the incident up.

Perhaps they should not bring up Li WangJin too often in front of Fang JunRong in the future. They wouldn’t want what was happening now to happen to them.

Fang JunRong looked around and noticed the looks of the others.

She figured she’d finally have some much-needed peace and quietness in the future.
