Sara Narrates:Yn and I were cousins and were like best friends from childhood, her father helped us so muchas our both fathers were good friends. But suddenly he got sick and died at a young age, so her mother married another person. But he got addicted to alcohol and used to be very abusive towards her mother and Yn too, sometimes he used to beat Yn's mom. One day, it is Yn's birthday, she's returning from school, the house is filled with the sobs of her mother."Maa.. What happened to you? why are you crying?" Yn also started crying. 'Yn, sweetie,listen to me, go out of this house and live somewhere' 'No mumma, i cannot leave you with him🥺''Yn, please go away before he comes' "You also come with me''No, Yn marrying him is my choice, you no need to bare all these, and also it's safe for you if I'm here.' Yn came out of the house.Sara Pov:Me and my father were going to Yn's house as it's her birthday, we came across her in a bus stop where she's standing and sobbing.'Yn! why are you here?' i asked her'Why aren't you at your house? my dad asked her.*Yn explains the story to them*'Paa….. seems it's dangerous for her to go back''Yes sara, Yn don't worry, come with us' She's in our house until we came to know that her father was searching for her. We planned to move away from that city and come to Seoul. As Yn's father helped a lot with our family, so my dad wants to take care of Yn, but Yn strived hard by doing part time jobs to let her education complete and send some money to her mother w/o knowing her father. We came to know that he became sick and was in bed. Me and my Father requested her mom to come with us,but she denied. Now, Yn doesn't know where she lives and what she's doing, she'll just send money through my father. May be that is the reason she hates her birthday.[End of narration]*Present*OTP"What's that sudden meeting?" "I-don't know Yn, he said some work came up suddenly so….""So, he'll be late today?""No, he'll not able to come for a couple of days""What do you mean by a couple of days suga?, can't he tell that to me directly?""His phone got switched off it seems…""FINE" [call ended]"Why are you making me do all these stuff idiot" putting  the seat belt on suga asked Tae who's sitting beside him"You won't understand 😉" *After 2 days*Yn Pov:I was sitting on the couch watching our wedding pics as the doorbell rang. I went to open it to see Tae standing there. I went inside w/o saying anything "Yn!'' I stopped keeping my back towards him. 'I have to talk with you….' 'Did you fire me as your secretary?' i cut him off'What? who said that?''Then how can you go to a meeting w/o knowing me?'"Yn, it's not a business meeting""Oh….FINE"'Im sorry Yn'"Your sorry won't fix anything Tae, how can you just go like that leaving me alone here, can't you even tell me that you'll be off for some days? Am I not important to you?''Yn! wait wait, relax' he came forward to hug me but i pushed him while he chuckled."Why are you laughing? Is this a joke to you?""No Yn, this is very important to me, i don't care about your past, but, i want to give you the best future" with that he took me out of the house.I saw a lady standing there"Do you remember her?" he asked me while I just stood there remembering, he gave a photo of me and my mom when I was young, tears rolled from my eyes seeing that, i realized the lady is my mom. I ran to her and hugged her tight. Still some marks are visible on her hands and some unhealed wounds can be seen. I felt uneasy talking to my mom in the beginning but as the time passed it became normal. After some time Tae joined us talking, and suddenly the door burst opened "HAPPY BIRTHDAY YN" revealing Tae's mom, Sara, some of office colleagues, as the clock ticked 12'. I was surprised by their visit. Tae hugged me "Happiest birthday Yn, may your birthdays become as happier as you are now, this is the best that i can gift you." he said in my ear as i couldn't stop my tears.After sometime I cut the cake and received gifts and and had some fun with my friends. *Time skip*Tae and I are sitting outside the house in the garden letting  our silence be a part of our conversation."Tae… I broke the silence That day, what you saw is not true,  it's a misunderstanding….""I'm sorry Yn, i don't know why i behaved like that"  I placed my hand on his."Thank you Tae, this is the best birthday ever in my whole life' i shed tears."Yn, Don't cry, please be happy! '' he said, hugging me. 'I want to tell you something" i looked up at him."Yn, i like you so much, idk how to tell this, but, I've fallen for you, and falling for you everyday, this is not recent. i fell for you at the beginning itself" he confessed.I stand on my tiptoes to reach his level in that dark night, where the passing clouds, the fresh air, the earth beneath us and the moon above us witnessing the lovebirds, while i pulled him by his collar and made a way towards his lips as our lips fit like a puzzle piece, my hands were on his chest holding his collar while his hands snaked around my waist. My heart was beating so hard and fast that I felt like he could hear it. The heat is rushing through me that my cheeks represent it clearly.  He pulled away as stared into my eyes for a second, just for a second and smiled before attaching his lips back again. The kiss was deeper, more playful and my heart was beating even faster than earlier. Tae Povwe finally pull away"Can I consider this as YES?" she looked down to the ground, her hair perfectly falling as always "Hmm..YES"  i hold her chin "You are too pretty while you blush' i teased her, her cheeks burned as i smiled and hugged her again."Happy birthday""Thank you" *After some days*Yn povDays passed and our relationship was building good and we were happy with each other. I was working in my cabin while my phone rang. I saw the caller ID, it's Tae's mom, i smiled before attending itOTP:"Hey mom, how are you?""Don't call me mom""what happened mom?" "Why did you cheat on me?""Mom, tell me what happened? 'Did you and Tae have CONTRACT MARRIAGE?''Mom…it's…'"Say yes or no" (To be continued)
