Adrian’s POV

It’s been almost a week since Lola got kidnapped but it felt like eternity to me. My whole life had been turned upside down and I had no idea. how I was going to move on with my life without her. Daxon wasn’t on a rampage anymore but I could feel him sl*pping away. He connected with Jasmine more and it was quite understandable that he would get more affected.

After I was hit with a tranquilizer, I woke up with silver chains around my wrist and legs and I was chained to the floor of the dungeon. Nathan was nearby, looking at me with sadness in his eyes and I allowed my tears to flow. I cried so hard like I had never done before in my life, I asked Nathan how long I was out for and he said 2 days. They had gone out to search everywhere for Lola but to no avail. Some were not even back yet but there were no positive responses from them.

I wanted to comfort her but I had no words.
