Chapter 50

3 and half years later

Sachi's POV

Tomorrow it's Advik's first day in school. My baby is growing so fast. It feels like yesterday only when we enter along with him in this house for the first time. We were so scared wondering if we would be good parent to him. I remember how on the first day I asked Aarav to change his diaper and how he completely messed up.

We entered our room and Advik again started crying and Aarav was cluelessly looking at me. I feed him a few minutes before only. I checked his diaper and it needed to be changed.

"Why is he crying so much?" Aarav asked me.

"His diaper needs to be changed, that's the reason he is crying." I said and cleaned him.

"Make him wear it. I need to freshen up." I said and took my clothes and entered the washroom.

I took bath and changed and came out. The scene in front of me shocked me. Aarav was looking at Advik with a pout and Advik was giggling. There were cotton pieces all around the bed. Aarav tried to make him wear the diaper but still couldn't and in frustration, he tore the diaper. How many diapers were the prey of his anger? I burst out laughing and Aarav was glaring me.

"What are you even doing?" I asked him.

"It is more difficult than handling my business." He said with a pout.

"Give it to me. Learn how it is done." I said and moved towards Advik.

"Your dad is just good at throwing tantrums, but your Mumma is the best so no worry, I will change it, my baby." I said and Advik started giggling as if he understood everything that I said.

"Sachi." He said in annoyance.

That scene still makes me laugh. Till day I tease Aarav about it and he always get irritated.

The sleepless nights were we both were just trying our best to make him sleep and this naughty boy was just giggling the entire time and the moment we closed our eyes he always started crying. In the process of making him fall asleep, we both turn by turn use to walk along with him in the entire mansion like zombie, and at exactly 5 am he use to sleep.

With all the pampering he has received from all he has turned to be more naughty. His prank and mischiefs are unreal. It always makes me wonder how and when he learned all this, but then his chachu is Abheer so no doubt where all this naughtiness is coming from. My poor hubby is always a victim of his pranks. I thought Aarav would be a strict dad and I will be the cool mom but it turned out to be the opposite. He is the one who never scolds him for anything and fulfills all his demands so even if I don't want to be strict I have to.

I was just remembering all the happy moments and all the mistakes we did while trying to be good parent.  My trance was broken as I felt somebody hugging me from back.

"What are you thinking?" Aarav said and kissed on my ear. I leaned backwards resting my head on his  chest.

"Nothing. Just wondering how time went so fast. Now Advik is going to go to school tomorrow. I was just remembering all his and your cute moments." I said.

"Oh, so my wife was thinking about me. Mrs. Oberoi, you could have called me if you missed me so much."

"Not only about you but also about our son. He grew so fast." I said with a pout.

"You are either thinking about him or are worrying about him. You don't have time for your poor husband."

"Mumma Mumma Dadi is calling you." Advik came shouting into our room and we both separated from each other.

"He always has to come at the wrong time." Aarav said in a whisper and I smacked on his arm and went out.

Aarav's POV

I picked up Advik from his school. He seemed to be very delighted. His happiness was visible in his eyes.

"What happened at school? You look very happy. Tell me."

"No I will tell Mumma first."

"Yaar this is not fair. I should be your favorite as I pamper you more and your Mumma is an angry bird."

"Dad you are calling my Mumma angry bird very bad. I will tell Mumma that you called her angry bird."

"You will tell her that I called her angry bird but that day you called her angry bird should I tell her that also, Should I?" I said and his expression changed. He looked so scared. I wanted to laugh but I didn't as I don't want to be his prey.

"Dad." He said extra sweetly.

"You don't tell anything to Mumma even I will not tell deal." He said. He was talking like me.

"Deal, I will not tell her anything." I said and he sighs in relief. Only she can control him and his naughtiness.

The moment we reached he opened the door and ran inside. I went behind him. He hugged Sachi and Sachi kissed his cheeks.

"Mumma I am a big boy now. Stop kissing me." He said wiping his cheeks. I went and stood beside Sachi.

"Ok Big Boy. Now tell me, How was your first day?"

"Mumma It was awe.. awesoome."

"Did you made any new friends?"

"Yes, Mumma." He said and was blushing.

"Is he blushing?" She asked me. I simply nodded.

"Why?" I shrugged my shoulder.

"Who is your new friend?"

"Mumma She is so sweet and cute. I asked her to be my friend and she agreed. Now I just have to impress her and she will agree to be my girlfriend." He said shocking both of us. Now I understood why he was blushing so much.

"Who is teaching you all this nonsense?" Sachi asked while twisting his ear softly. He was screaming as if he was in so much pain. Drama King.

"Abheer Chachu"

"This Abheer is going to get a nice beating from me, I will not leave him, he is spoiling my baby." Sachi said and left his ear. Advik winked at me. My poor brother is going to get scolding for no reason. How come he became so naughty? How does he know to wink? My Goodness.

"Come Let's eat."

"Mumma I am not hungry now, I will eat later." Advik said but still, Sachi brought the plate. As always Advik was now also making Sachi run around him the entire house to feed him. I was just watching the scene with a bright smile.

Suddenly Sachi stopped and the plate slipped from her hand and fell and broke into pieces. She was shaking and had closed his eyes. It looked like she was about to faint. I rushed to her and prevented her from falling. What happened to her suddenly? Advik was running towards us.

"Stop Advik. You will get hurt." I said to him as there were broken pieces of the plate on the floor. I picked her up and took her to our room and placed her gently on the bed. I called the doctor. I was scared to see her like this. Advik came and tears were continuously flowing through his eyes. I hugged him. My innocent baby.

"Dad, Please tell Mumma to get up. I promise. I will never trouble her." He said.

"Don't worry, She will get up now."

Soon the doctor came and went to check her. I was waiting outside our room. Advik was continuously crying so mom and dad were consoling him. The doctor came out and we rushed towards him.

"How is she? What happened to her? Why did she faint? Tell doctor."

"She is perfectly fine. she is pregnant."

"But why did she faint......What!" I was so happy. I rushed towards our room. She got up and was trying to sit. I helped her.

"See I am perfectly fine I am telling you before only you are not going to make me take a rest unnecessarily." she said. I kissed her on her forehead.

"Why so much love? I am telling you I will not listen to you.  Last time you made me rest for the whole five days for mild fever. It was such a torture. I will........" I placed my finger on her lips to make her quite.

"Mumma Mumma." Advik came and hugged her and was crying.

"It all happened because of me. I promise. I will never trouble you."

"Baccha Stop crying. It is not because of you. It is because your dad troubles me a lot." She said and kissed him on his cheek.

"Why were you troubling Mumma?" He asked me glaring me placing both hands on his waist. How much ever I pamper him he will always be in her side only. But now there will be somebody in my team also. Mom and Dad came inside they were very happy.

"I am so happy for both of you." Mom said and hugged Sachi. Sachi had a confused look. They blessed us and left taking Advik with them.

"What was mom talking about?" she asked.

"We are going to be parents again." I said.

"I am pregnant?" She asked me and I kissed her forehead again.

"Princess papa is waiting for you." I said and placed hand on her tummy.

"What princess. It will be my champ." she said.

"You already have a champ. It will definitely be my princess" I argued with her.

"No It will be a champ. Your mini version." she said.

"No. My princess who will be your min version." I said.

"Champ" she said.

"Princess." I said.

"Mumma Mumma. Am I going to have a small sib..sibling" Advik came and asked.

"Yes you will have a cute younger brother soon." she said.

"No younger sister." I said.

"Brother." she said.

"Sister." I said.

"Brother." she said.

"Sister." I said.

"Brother." she said.

"Sister." I said.

"Quite." Advik screamed.

"Chachu is right. You both are mad." He said and before I could catch him he ran out.

We both looked at each other and started laughing. I went near her and placed my lips on her. I was kissing her softly. I sucked her lower lip and then upper lip. I broke the kiss and took her hand and kissed her knuckles.

"I am very happy today." I said and gently kissed on her forehead.

After few days

All my meetings for the day got over and I was not in the mood to stay in the office. I came home but no one was around. Oh! my naughty boy is in school. He will be home soon. But where is my dear wife? She told me that she is at home as her work got over. She must be in the kitchen preparing something for Advik. How much ever I tell her to take care of herself she will never listen. I started moving towards the kitchen. I could see her preparing something with so much concentration. I looked around to check if anybody was present. After confirming that nobody is in kitchen I slowly started moving towards her. I circled my arms around her waist. She startled at first then relaxed after realizing it is me.

"Why are you home this early?" she asked.

"You don't look happy seeing me here. Why are you cooking? You should rest." I said.

"This is the reason why I was not happy as now you will nag me to take rest which I am not going to do." she said.

"Ok. What are you cooking?"

"Advik told me to prepare pasta for him."

"You don't love me any more." I said.

"What do you mean by that?" she asked.

"You are always busy thinking about your son what about me. When was the last time you were thinking about me?"

"Huh!"

"Tell Me." I said.

"Right now." she said.

"I am waiting for you to kiss me senselessly." She said and started kissing me. I was shock to even respond. When did she became so bold? Where is my shy wife? She broke the kiss and pushed me and again got busy with her cooking. What the! Is she behaving like this because of her mood swings?

I was about to move closer to her when she received a call. It was a video call from unknown number. She picked it up. I saw the person. It was her chachi.

"Chachi. Why are you calling me?"

"To ask you to take back the case and name your entire property on my name."

"I will never do that."

"Even after I tell you that your son's life depend on your answer."

"What do you mean?"

"Look your son is with me and your over smartness will kill him." She moved the phone and we could see Advik who was tied on the chair and she placed the gun on his head. He was unconscious.

"Because of you I suffered the last few years. Now do as I say otherwise I will kill your son and you won't even get his dead body." She said and cut the call.

"Chachi..Chachi....." She stumbled back but I hold her.

"Aarav my baby." She said and fainted.

"Sachi...Sachi..." I said and patted her cheek.
