Chapter 734
Spoiled by the President
An unknown number of punches were thrown.
The man had finally caught Nellâs fists, then she felt a sudden tightness at her waist and her entire body was flipped over and pressed down by him.
She was suddenly horrified.
Nell was about to fight back again when she suddenly heard a familiar voice.
"Is that all youâve got? All those moves I taught you back then, have you returned them all to Master?"
Nell was stunned.
She raised her eyes and looked at him incredulously.
The man was holding her wrists. The clothes on her body as well as her hair were all disheveled from their fight earlier.
Those eyes were extremely sharp. They were so sharp that Nell felt as if a cold knife had pierced into her heart.
She could not help but tremble slightly and asked, "Who are you?"
There were only a few people who knew she could do martial arts, but she could not imagine that any one of them would be here at this time.
The man smiled at the words.
His sharp eyes rippled with light, and he said in a deep voice, "Little Seven hasn't seen Big Brother for only a few days, and you've already forgotten me? You can't even recognize my voice now?"
Nell shook hard and her pupils dilated in shock.
"Gregory Graham! You--!"
"Shush!"
Gregory put his finger to his lips and made a silencing motion.
He looked up in the direction where the car was parked and said, "If Little Seven doesn't want to beckon the others over, just keep your voice down, okay?"
Nell was extremely angry.
She had never thought that the man in front of her was actually Gregory Graham disguised as another man.
Nell did not even have a clue!
She thought about how panicked she was the whole way and this man had probably already seen the fear in her eyes, but he did not even tell her until now. It was clear that he wanted to make fun of her.
How egregious!
She gritted her teeth and asked, "Why are you here?"
Gregory smiled. He was not in a hurry to explain and played with a strand of her hair that fell by her cheek, and said, "Letâs not talk about me yet. Do you still remember what you just said? A woman should keep her word, no?"
Nell stalled and thought of the forced nature of that kiss just now. Her blood surged and she just wanted to bite him to death.
She said angrily, "Gregory Graham! You still dare to mention that? Do you have a death wish?"
Gregory laughed.
He seemed to enjoy teasing this woman to the point she extended her claws. This gave him a strange sense of accomplishment.
However, he also knew that even a cute kitten might reach out and attack if one pissed it off.
Therefore, he took his time and did not tease her anymore.
Instead, he said seriously, "I heard that something had happened to you, so I came over to look for you."
Nell frowned suspiciously.
âImpossible. It would take at least a week to come over from China and find this place. How could you be so fast?"
Gregory narrowed his eyes and said, "You don't believe me?"
Nell sneered.
"You've already gotten what you want. Does it make any difference to you if I live or die?"
The man's eyes instantly went cold.
He looked at Nell. His eyes exuded an icy coldness.
"So that's what you think of me?"
Nell did not speak.
Her pursed lips, however, and showed her stubbornness.
Gregory looked at her, and half-heartedly, he finally released her and got up.
There was a strange atmosphere between the two of them. He did not dwell on this issue any further, but his attitude had become visibly colder than his previous nonchalant attitude.
He said in a deep voice, "I had some business around here, so I just came over to take a look. When I heard the news of your accident, I rushed over from nearby."
Nell believed this statement.
Her heart was finally put at ease.
She realized that Gregory was still on top of her and pushed him with her hand.
"Get up first."
Gregory's identity was now exposed, so he had no desire to tease her anymore and stood up.
It was only after he stood up that Nell got up from the ground. She patted the dust off her body, and asked, "Why are you with them? And what's with that face?"
His face, which was still a farmerâs face now, was by no means what he used to look like.
Gregory sniffed, touched his cheek, and said, "I'm wearing a human skin mask."
"A human skin mask?"
Nell's eyes widened in surprise.
"Mm."
Gregory did not seem to want to explain more on this issue and said, "The two brothers are an ordinary family in the town, and this guy, whoâs the older brother, just happened to be working for someone under my hand 2 days ago.
âI heard about your accident and analyzed the range of the location where the parachute would roughly fall, so I changed into his face to come over and investigate.
âI just happened to come here and heard that they were going to sell two girls around your age, so I guessed that you might have fallen into the hands of a trafficker by mistake.
âSo, I just went with the flow and simply bought the two of you over from them. This is so that I could also avoid any other mishaps midway."
After Nell heard this, she finally had a general explanation of his arrival.
She nodded and said, "Alright. Thank you."
Gregory narrowed his eyes.
This was the first time Nell had ever thanked him properly.
Although she looked a lot more polite, for some reason, he liked the old Nell who was clawing at him more than the current, distant, and polite Nell.
This was clearly not the time to be so calculative though.
He looked at the car not too far away and said, "Letâs go back to the car first. We'll talk more in town."
Nell was a little hesitant.
âThat, that person...â
Gregory showed a funny expression.
"Why? Are you really worried I'll sell you off?"
Nell pursed her lips.
Of course, she knew that Gregory would not sell her away.
Now that she thought about it, since she already knew that this man was Gregory, the threat of that person was also naturally lifted.

As if he had guessed what was on her mind, Gregory explained, "That gangâs already in town and they should be looking for you everywhere. I still have some things to take care of and I can't leave for the time being, so it'll be safest for you to stay with me."
After a pause, he added, "Of course, I'm not forcing you. Itâs just a suggestion. If you insist on leaving, that's fine, but if something happens, I won't be responsible for it."
Nell looked at him.
She knew that this man was deliberately trying to provoke her, but in the end, she still managed to calm herself down.
Nell resigned herself to her fate and said, "Alright, we'll go with you. No matter what, let's go to the town first."
Only then did Gregory nod his head in satisfaction. He straightened the clothes on his body that she had messed up and said, "Let's head back."
