As the dust settled, Shivansh gently released Kashi, though his protective arm remained around her shoulders. The tension in the air was still palpable, but knowing that she was safe brought him a momentary sense of relief.
Just then, the sound of the main doors creaking open filled the hall. Dada Hukum, Akshita, Bhairav, Anita, and Naina entered the palace, their faces a mix of confusion and worry. The gruesome scene of the lifeless attackers strewn across the floor and the blood stains marred the once pristine hall.
Dada Hukum's eyes narrowed as he took in the sight, his voice steady but carrying the weight of authority. "What in the world happened here?" he demanded, his gaze shifting to Shivansh.
Before Shivansh could respond, Jai stepped forward, his tone respectful yet urgent. " Dada Hukum, some men came here with the intent to kidnap Hukum Rani Sa, they didn't anticipate the ferocity of Hunter. He killed them, ensuring Hukum Rani Sa's safety."Â Jai explained, his eyes flicking to the bodies on the floor.
Dada Hukum's eyes softened as he looked at Kashi, standing bravely beside Shivansh, her hand still resting on Hunter's fur. "Thank God you're safe, Bitiya." he said, his voice laced with relief.
Akshita and Anita rushed forward, their eyes filled with concern. Akshita cupped Kashi's face, searching for any sign of injury. "Are you hurt, Kashi? Did they harm you?" she asked anxiously.
"No, Maa Sa, I'm fine." Kashi reassured her, though her voice still trembled slightly from the adrenaline coursing through her veins. "Hunter protected me." said Kashi.
Anita placed a comforting hand on Kashi's shoulder. "We should never have left you alone." she said, guilt threading through her voice.
"It's not your fault, Bua ji. No one could have predicted this." Kashi replied, offering a small, reassuring smile despite the lingering fear.
Bhairav, who had remained silent, observing the scene with a critical eye, finally spoke. "Shivansh, we need to strengthen the security around the palace. If they dared to attack here, they might try again." said Bhairav.
Shivansh nodded, his expression grim. "I've already given orders to secure the palace. We won't let our guard down." said Shivansh.
Naina, who had been standing quietly, stepped forward, her eyes wide as she took in the carnage. "Who would do something like this?" she asked, her voice shaking.
Shivansh's eyes darkened, a storm brewing within them. "Arjun Sherawat," he replied, his voice like steel. Everyone was very shocked to hear what Shivansh said. " This Arjun, I swear that I will kill him." said Yuhan.
A few days later, today was a very special day not just for Shivansh's family but also for the people of Rajasthan. Today was the day when officially Kashi will meet her people.
In her room, right now she was deciding on what she should wear. Because she has to look the best in front of her people.
When Shivansh came inside and was shocked to see his room turned into a shopping mall. " Kashi, what have you done to my room?" asked Shivansh. Kashi turned towards him. " Hukum sa, I am not able to think of what to wear." said Kashi.
" But why are you so worried?" asked Shivansh while sitting down. She looked at him. " Hukum sa, I want to look my best in front of my people. So that's why." said Kashi. Anita who was passing by the room, heard this and then came inside.
" Kashi." she said. Shivansh and Kashi looked at her. " Bua ji. Come." said Kashi with a smile on her face. Anita sat down on the sofa while looking at Kashi. " Kashi, I must tell you one thing that our people love us the way we are. So don't be stress that your people wouldn't like you." said Anita.
Anita's words gave some strength to Kashi. " Today I will dress my daughter." said Anita while getting up.
Kashi got a smile on her face when she heard the words of Anita. She always wished that Manisha was like Anita. She always saw how the mothers of her classmates treated their children with love and care.
And there Kashi was scolded even for small things while Mahi got all the love and care that she deserved in her life. Kashi was thinking all this when she saw a beautiful ochre lehenga with green chunni.
" Found it, I will wear this only." said Kashi. Anita smiled. Shivansh got up. " I will go out." said Shivansh and then went out of the room. Kashi then went to the closet room and started to get ready.
After wearing the lehenga, she came out of the closet. Anita was standing there with a smile. " I will get you ready." said Anita. Kashi sat down in front of the dressing table and Anita started to get her ready.
Her hair were left open with a mangtika on her head. Then she put a stoker, earrings and a ring in her finger.
" My child, you look so beautiful." said Anita. After that she put a black dot behind the ear of Kashi and kissed the head from the back. " Thanks Bua ji." said Kashi.
Kashi got up after that. They both came out of the room where the whole family stood. Shivansh also stood there in his black Royal suit.
He looked very handsome in that attire. Shivansh held the hand of the Kashi. After that everyone walked towards the terrace of the palace. Everyone followed them on the terrace. In the garden the whole Rajasthan was there with the media also.
Dada Hukum came to the edge and everyone cheered for him. he showed them his hands. " You all have always supported us at all times. Today is a very special day for not only us but for every Rajasthani. Today you all will meet your Hukum Rani Sa. " said Dada Hukum.
Everyone clapped. Dada Hukum came to Shivansh and Kashi. " Now go. It's your day today." said Dada Hukum. Shivansh and Kashi came to the edge of the terrace. Everyone clapped and cheered for their Hukum Rani Sa.
" Hail Hukum Rani Sa." said the people. They kept hailing the name of Kashi. Akshita, Bhairav and Naina were standing on the left side of Shivansh and Kashi while Dada Hukum, Anita and Yuhan stood on the other side.
The whole media was clicking the photos of Shivansh and Kashi. Even their photos were shown on every new channel. While some people were happy about this news, some were not.
Banaras, the whole Kashyap family was shocked to see Kashi as the wife of Shivansh. " What nonsense is this? How can Kashi be married to the Hukum sa?" said Manisha. Mahi was the most heartbroken one.
She had told Manisha and Mr Kashyap that she liked Shivansh. They had just planned to go to Rajasthan and ask Shivansh and his family to accept Mahi as their daughter-in-law.
Mr Kashyap looked at Manisha. " Maybe, Prisha knows about this and didn't tell us. I saw her. She is in Banaras only. " said Mr Kashyap, " Let's go and ask her." said Manisha and then headed out of the house. Mr Kashyap followed her.
Sharma house, Mrs Sharma had given a lot of food to Vedant. She was very happy that her daughter was finally getting married. Prisha was getting irritated. " Maa, stop it. " said Prisha.
Mrs Sharma looked at her. " Oh shut up. " said Mrs Sharma. Prisha made a face while Vedant laughed.
Manisha stormed into the Sharma house, her face flushed with anger. She didn't bother with formalities as she barged into the living room where Prisha and Vedant were sitting.
"Prisha!" Manisha's voice was sharp, echoing through the room. Prisha looked up, startled by the sudden intrusion. Vedant, sensing the tension, put down his cup of tea and sat up straighter.
"Manisha aunty, what's the matter?" Prisha asked, trying to keep her tone calm. Manisha was fueling with anger.
"Don't play innocent with me, Prisha! You knew, didn't you? You knew Kashi was married to Shivansh, and you hid it from us!" Manisha snapped, her eyes blazing.
Prisha's heart sank, but she kept her composure. "Yes, I knew. But Kashi didn't want you to know. She's happy with her life in Rajasthan, away from the Kashyap family. A family that never treated her like their own daughter."Â she admitted, her voice steady.
Manisha's anger flared even more at Prisha's words. "How dare you speak to me like that!" she shouted, raising her hand to slap Prisha.
But before her hand could make contact, Vedant swiftly grabbed her wrist, stopping her in midair. His eyes were cold, his grip firm. "Don't you dare. You will not lay a hand on the future Rani Sa of Madhavgarh."Â he said, his voice low but menacing.
Manisha froze, her breath hitching as she realized the weight of his words. Vedant slowly released her wrist, but his gaze remained fierce. "Prisha is under my protection now. And as my future wife, she will be respected as the future Rani Sa. You have no right to touch her, let alone harm her." he said.
Prisha, though shaken, felt a surge of gratitude towards Vedant. She stepped closer to him, standing by his side, her chin held high.
Manisha's anger turned to indignation as she glared at Vedant. "How dare you interfere in our family matters! This is between us and Prisha!" she hissed.
Vedant didn't flinch. "Prisha is my fiancée, and what concerns her concerns me. Besides, you should be more concerned about why Kashi chose to leave. Maybe if you had treated her with even a fraction of the love and care she deserved, she wouldn't have sought happiness elsewhere." he said.
Manisha's face turned red with fury, but she had no retort. Mr. Kashyap, who had followed her in, stepped forward, trying to defuse the situation. "Vedant beta, we didn't mean any harm. We just want to understand why Kashi didn't tell us herself." he said, his tone conciliatory.
Prisha looked at Mr. Kashyap, her expression softening slightly. "Kashi wanted to move on from the past. She found a new life in Rajasthan, a life where she is loved and respected. She didn't want to bring the baggage of the past with her. And frankly, after everything she's been through, can you really blame her?" she said quietly.
Mr. Kashyap looked conflicted, his shoulders slumping in resignation. Manisha, still fuming, turned on her heel and stormed out of the house, muttering angrily under her breath. Mr. Kashyap followed her, but not before giving Prisha a nod of understanding.
As they left, Vedant turned to Prisha, his expression softening. "Are you okay?" he asked, his voice gentle now. Prisha nodded, letting out a breath she didn't realize she had been holding. "Yes, I'm fine," she replied, her voice steady.
Vedant reached out, taking her hand in his. "I'm sorry you had to go through that. But I want you to know that I'm here for you. Always." he said.
Prisha smiled, a warmth spreading through her chest. "Thank you, Kuver sa, I'm lucky to have you by my side." said said softly.
Vedant smiled back, squeezing her hand. "We'll face everything together. And no one will ever dare to harm you again." he promised.
With that, the tension in the room eased, and Prisha felt a sense of calm wash over her. She knew that with Vedant by her side, she could face whatever challenges lay ahead. And as the future Rani Sa of Madhavgarh, she would do so with strength and dignity.
Mr Kashyap looked at his wife. " Manisha, what are you thinking?" asked Mr Kashyap, " I don't care. If she doesn't care. Then I also don't care for her. She is dead for me." said Manisha.
