22 Ouch! You Hurt Me

Faye/ Aashna’s POV:

The trip to Yoko’s parents’ house brought me back some memories, both happy and sad recollection of life happenings. Her parents have always been welcoming to me especially her mom, whom I’ve meet a number of times before.

Yoko's family, even her older sister Neko, always made me feel at home. I remember the time when my grandpa passed on that they took the initiative to reach out to me and even visited me personally to console me and give some words of encouragement.

How I wish that I still have my parents and grandparents with me. Enjoying the life that I could offer them now. Don’t get me wrong, I’m more than happy and satisfied of where I am at right now. I have my Aunt and the twins, Rafa, Pam, P’Eye who still checks up on me despite not knowing my real identity. There’s my doppelganger little Rafa, Anntonia the starfish/ goldfish, Michelle, Mario and Carlo. And who could ever forget my new found friends (if they only knew my real identity) and then there’s my little sister Yoko.

Oh my Yoko, If you only knew what I’m going through every time you’re around especially when you are near me. So close yet so far.

I was on the verge of falling asleep when the door to my room suddenly burst open and in came a raging Anntonia. She threw a huge pillow at me and jumped on my bed and then before I knew it, she was straddling me already pinning my two arms on each side of my bed.

Faye/ Aashna: “Mich%&₹#-+……” I wasn’t able to call for back up because she was quick to cover my mouth.

Anntonia: “You little tiger cub, a starfish huh then a goldfish….”

I burst out laughing at her, while giving her my winky wink face.

Anntonia: “It’s not funny Apasra Lertprasert.”

Faye/ Aashna: “Shhhh don't call me that, someone might hear you. Besides it’s not my fault ok, I just answered the question that was thrown at me. Ouch ouch ouch. Anne pleaaaseeee….”

Anntonia continued tickling me on both sides of my body, geesh this woman is strong. Just when I thought that it was the end of me, Michelle and Rafa came into the room while chewing on some popcorn. They were both busy munching there food that they didn’t even bother helping me.

Faye/ Aashna: “Help me guys, the starfish is violently attacking meeeeeee.” Both of them just laughed at us and went on with their food chewing activity.

After what seemed to be an eternity, Anntonia finally got tired and hopped off me just to lay beside me and then started laughing at the both of us. We both ended up laughing like a hyena until we peed ourselves.

Faye/ Aashna: “That’s what you get for living me with Yoko without any heads up at least.” I told her while pinching her chick so hard.

Anntonia: “Seriously Faye, try to loosen yourself up. Why don’t you…..” I didn’t let her finish what she had to say for I know where it’s headed to.

Faye/ Aashna: “Been there done that Anntonia. You know I’m perfectly fine to where I stand in my life today okay. Plus once you and Mich decide to have your own little monsters in the near future, I’ll be more than willing to be their Hot Mommy anytime Mich wants to play with the starfish.” Anne just hit me with a pillow while I just giggled and laughed at her.

After our giggling had died down, I folded my elbow to hold my head up while facing her and looked at Anntonia in the eye and asked her, “Seriously though, are you getting tired of me? Maybe I’m just in the way of you and Mich getting married.” She quickly faced me and then straddled me on my lap again and cupped my face “You know the answer to that, I just want you to slowly break down the walls that had locked your heart for years and start building bridges with other people romantically.”

Faye/ Aashna: “By other people you mean Yoko, right… Tsk. What if I go back to my old party, flirty and touchy sexy babes self, huh? ” I just sighed heavily and went back looking at the ceiling….

Anntonia: “You wouldn’t dare P’Mali, you’re way too smitten to Yoko for that.”, she smirked at me.

Faye/ Aashna: “No, I’m not!”

Anntonia: “Yes you are!”

Faye/ Aashna: “Am not!”

Anntonia: “You are!”

Faye/ Aashna: “Whatever peanut butter 😋.” then I stuck my tounge out at her.

One Week Later:

Faye’s POV:

Today is a very busy day in the office with me singlehandedly multitasking on the various office works that must be completed before we leave for the Paris Fashion Week.

My eyes became watery from staring at my laptop for a number of hours now. I decided to take a rest momentarily. So I grabbed my air pods, put it in my ear, sucked in my big ass chocolatey flavored lollipop then tilted my head back my swivel chair and listened to some Spanish Bachata Songs in my playlist.

Yoko’s POV:

I’m heading towards the ASI office to discuss some projects that their company want to venture into.

Apparently Mommy P’11 is also present and some of the 9Starstudios executive staff. I’m guessing there will be a collaboration project between these two companies and I can’t wait to find out what’s the project that they are cooking for the adoring fans of the 3GL alphas.

Upon entering the office, I immediately caught sight of the sleeping Miss Aashna, seated behind her working table with a lollipop handle dangling from her mouth. With her head stretched all the way back, it kind of looked uncomfortable but she seemed sound asleep from how she positioned herself.

Since I arrived early for our meeting, it was just me, Anntonia and Michelle in the office. When P’Anne felt my presence, she immediately called someone on her phone to bring us some coffee and snacks to go with it. P’Anne told me to just make myself comfortable while waiting for the others. After finding my spot, I just couldn’t help myself in making quick glances at Miss Aashna. I really could see my P’Mali in her. The demeanor, each and every part of her perfectly sculpted face, even with the way she sleeps.

I shook off my obtrusive thoughts and put my concentration on the meeting ahead. I reviewed all the contracts from both parties and all the terms of the agreement are agreeable to both sides. All they need to do is to sign the contract to formalize the creation of the project.

Minutes later the room started to be filled with the attendees for the business consultations and negotiations that will be taking place. When everybody was already seated at the meeting room, Anntonia and Michelle walked right back in looking straight ahead at the sleeping form of Mish Aashna. Anntonia whispered something to Michelle and excused herself for awhile and excited the room.

Moments later, P’Anne came back carrying with her what seems to be a nerf gun and aimed it towards Miss Aashna’s direction. We were all shocked when she fired three straight shots at her. P’Anne is a sharp shooter I must say for all of the three foam arrow bullets didn’t miss its target. It was perfectly positioned at the center of Miss Aahsna’s forehead.

After “shooting” Miss Aashna, P’Anne immediately handed me the nerf gun and quickly stood by Michelle’s side. A haggard feature of despair was displayed on my face when the very confused and astonished looking Aashna woke up from her deep nap. She almost swallowed the lollipop from her mouth. Unaware of the presence of other people in the room, Miss Aashna mouthed, “Ouch wifey! you always hurt my feelings!” she murmured while removing the three arrow bullets stuck on her forehead. When she didn’t get any answer, that’s when Miss Aashna l

raised her head and locked up her squinted eyes with mine with her mouth slightly opened from confusion when she saw me holding the nerf gun.

I think Faye handled the situation really well with regards to one of the recent events about a toxic and disrespectful solo stan fan. Both Faye and Yoko don’t need to stoop down to the level of those “entitled” fans and make a big deal out of it. They’ve been in the entertainment industry for quite some time now and both of them know what to do when situations like this come up.

There is no need to magnify it and give the toxic fans the satisfaction that they need which is attention.

Just ignore it and then move on….

Can’t you see the cycle, every time there is an issue that comes up, both of them go on hiatus from social media. Maybe they use those times to recharge and to remind themselves as to why they are here.

Faye and Yoko choose their battles wisely and engaging with the toxic fans is not on their agenda.
