The car reached the hospital at the fastest speed. When Joe received a call from Pei Ge, he did not leave the hospital. Instead, he hid in an inconspicuous corner with a few security officers, waiting to arrest people.

What they did not expect, though, was that the person chasing after them was none other than Gu Zhengrong.

“Why are you here?!”

Pei Ge stood at the entrance of the hospital and watched the guy alight from his car. Clad in a black suit, he was like a lurking, evil apparition at night.

Gu Zhengrong was completely antagonized by the man’s statement. If he had a choice, he wished that the person standing beside Pei Ge was him and not this man.

“I didn’t; I won’t bully a person like you. In any case, Pei Ge is my wife, so please stay away from her. Otherwise...”
