Tiffany turned around to pour some water.

He swiftly picked up the shattered glass from the ground, subtly tucking it into his sleeve.

Tiffany had poured some water and turned around to hand it to him. “Jose, the corner of your mouth is so dry it’s turning white. Drink some water and then make sure to rest well.”

Josiah couldn’t muster any strength in his body, but for the moment, there were no other reactions.
