Chapter 50

Epilogue

Third person P.O.V.

Few months after the wedding, girls are sitting alone at home. They decided to just have lazy day or something like that so they put their phones away, snuggled near the fireplace and spent whole day watching movies, eating junk food. It was nice, just the two of them without anyone interrupting.

Sam was deep in her thoughts, there was something that really bothered her and she wanted to ask Dušica about it but she just couldn't find the right time. Dušica noticed her wife was zooming out so she giggled slightly and kissed her neck.

"What are you thinking?" she asked, her lips against Sam's neck.

Blonde girl took a deep breath.

'It's now or never' she thought.

"Babe, you okay?" Dušica asked genuinely concerned.

"I want children" Sam blurted out and Dušica pulled away, clearly shocked.

"What?"

"I want to be a mom" Sam said and looked up at Dušica's shocked expression "wait, don't you want to have kids with me?" she asked, immediately regretting for saying anything.

"No baby, I didn't mean it like that, of course I do. I want to have family with you, but don't you think we are maybe too young now for taking care of kids. Of human beings, of little babies" she started bubbling and Sam smiled and cupped her cheeks.

"Hey baby calm okay?"

"I am child myself in every way, how do you expect me took care of other?" she kept talking and like she just now felt Sam's hands on her cheeks she looked up at smiling face of her wife and sighed. "Sorry"

"Babe, I didn't mean to have kids right now. Maybe when we are 20? And yeah, maybe we are young but I feel like I could do anything when I'm with you. And when we are 22, we are taking over our families' companies you know how busy we are going to be, all day on work and stuff like that" she said and sighed "I don't want our kids to have childhood like I had. I know how it is to basically grow up without parents, maids literally were my mothers and I don't want our kids to go through the same stuff" Sam mumbled and Dušica realized she was right, she herself knew how busy her parents were, she would probably die from boredom if Alex wasn't there with her.

"Okay" she said and Sam looked at her like she was trying to figure out if she really wants it or she is just trying to make Sam happy "you are right. We may be young but I know, together we can deal with that little monkeys, also my parents got me in their early twenties." She added with shrug.

Sam smile and hugged her, puting them both on the floor. Dušica giggled and Sam kissed every part of her face.

"Wait" Dušica said and Sam pulled away a little not getting up "I know we can't basically make babies" she said and Sam nodded "but let's go make some babies"she said with her fingers in the air quoting last part of the sentence.

Sam laughed and shook her head in disbelief "Let's go then"

Few months later girls are sitting in doctor's office, this is  their first meeting for artificial insemination and they are nervous as fuck, to say at least. They agreed that Sam will carry their first child, Dušica is still not quite sure if she can get pregnant because she had some problems after everything that happened years ago, but she is not going to tell Sam anything.

After some talking they started with testes. Doctor asked Sam about her next ovulation, and when she said it's next week Dušica started freaking out. It was beginning of February now and if everything goes as planned her first kid will be born in October! Holy shit!

"Well, I'll see you then. I don't think there will be any problem, you are young, healthy, you'll probably get pregnant after first cycle." they bid their goodbyes and left.

Next week they were getting ready to go and see a doctor, if everything goes as planned they will finish treatment today. Dušica took Sam's hand and kissed it gently.

"Everything's going to be fine" she said and Sam smiled before nodding.

"I'm scared" she whispered.

"I know, you're a crybaby" Dušica said sarcastically just to light up the mood and Sam kissed her cheek while mumbling "I hate you"

Once they were there, Dušica had to wait outside and she was freaking out. She knew this treatment won't take more than one hour but she was just pacing back and forth. Oh, have I mentioned that their parents have no idea what their daughters are about to do? Well, yeah. They just decided to tell them when one of them already was pregnant.

Finally Sam walked out and Dušica rushed towards her.

"How are you?" she asked concerned and Sam smiled upon seeing her wife worrying about her.

"Good" Sam answered simply and doctor walked outside.

"So, everything went fine, now all we have to do is wait" he said with smile and two girls left.

Dušica decided to take her wife out for nice lunch date.

It's been almost three weeks since their treatment. Dušica was out doing some business meeting because her parents couldn't make it. Sam should have got her period four days ago but she didn't. Her period is always late so she told Dušica not to get much excited.

"Natasha?" she called out for their maid.

"Yes, Sam?" she asked coming upstairs.

"I need to ask you for a favor"

"Sure"

Sam sighed and smiled "I need you to go to drag store and buy pregnancy test" she said and Natasha's eyes went wide.

"Oh my god! Are you- are you" she asked her hand over her mouth.

"I don't know yet" Sam said and chuckled "that's why need pregnancy test"

"But when...when did you two even go to doctor?"

"I'll tell you everything later, okay? Just got now please"

"Okay okay" Natasha nodded and rushed out of the room.

"Take three for any case!" Sam said and Natasha laughed from downstairs.

"Of course!"

Sam started pacing around the room waiting patiently for Natasha to come back. It's been almost half an hour before she finally returned.

"Thank god! What took you so long?" Sam said while taking one pregnancy test from her.

"Well, uh" Natasha started and Sam raised her eyebrow but didn't push it anymore.

"Never mind. Let's do this" she mumbled and  walked in the bathroom.

She read instructions, and did everything she had to do. She put down the test and started pacing around, Natasha was sitting on their bad, watching Sam going back and forth, it felt like she was watching a tennis game. Sam looked at time and sighed.

"It's time" she mumbled.

She slowly walked towards bathroom and stood like frozen.

"I can't, please can you go and see it?" she whispered and walked as far away from the door.

Natasha nodded and got up from bed. She walked inside and Sam looked at her direction, her hands, against her lips, put together like she is praying. Suddenly Natasha screamed and Sam smiled.

"I'm going to be an aunt!" Natasha screamed running towards Sam hugging her. Even tho kid won't be related to her in any way she was so close to these girls so she consider them a family.

Sam laughed tears in her eyes.

"Wait, I need to check again" and with that said she took other test and repeated what she did with the first one.

She decided she will ses this one by herself. When she saw it was positive, she started crying from happiness and laughing like crazy.

Soon enough Dušica was home, feeling really tired but when she walked in her room she saw Natasha standing there with Sam who was crying her eyes out.

"Babe, what's wrong?" She asked rushing towards Sam.

When other girl noticed her she jumped on her wrapping her arms and legs around Dušica.

"I'll leave you two alone" Natasha mumbled and walked away, closing the door behind her.

"Babe, tell me what happened, I'm worried" Dušica mumbled and Sam jumped down.

She cupped Dušica's cheek with big smile plastered on her lips, Dušica was weirded out right now but Sam giggled and kissed Dušica's forehead.

"You are going to be a mom" she whispered against Dušica skin and other girl pulled away with her mouth wide opened.

"I'm going to be a mom?" she asked and Sam nodded "I'm going to be a mom!" she exclaimed happily taking Sam's by her waist, lifting her from the ground and spinning her around which made blonde girl laugh.

"Yeah baby, I'm pregnant" Sam said and Dušica put her down.

"We are having a baby!"

"I knooww!" Sam said happily.

Dušica cupped her face, both girls crying from happiness, she brought her lips closer to Sam's and slowly placed them on hers. When they pulled away she smiled and ran away from her. Sam tilted her head confused and decided to follow her.

Dušica was running down the stairs yelling "I'm going to be a mom!" Whenever she would see someone she would jump and repeat the same sentence, hug them and go to the next person. Sam was standing on stairs looking at her laughing while tears were still slowly running down her face. Charlie came to Dušica and started barking and waving his tail. Dušica pecked his head and ran back to Sam while everyone laughed and congratulated.

"I love you I love you I love you" she said over and over again until Sam finally brought her closer kissing her.

"You are having twins!" Doctor said when girls went on first ultrasound.

Girls couldn't believe, their happiness was indescribable. Dušica was holding tightly Sam's hand showing her she I right there with her.

Begining of ninth month of pregnancy. Sam is going crazy, Dušica wants to laugh but she knows Sam would rip her head off.

Dušica was downstairs making breakfast for Sam when she saw her wife in kitchen.

"Babe, what are you doing here?" She asked and rushed towards Sam to help her sit down "you know you have to rest"

"I can't just lay upstairs whole day" Sam complained and glared at Dusica who gulped.

"Okay what do you want to eat?"

"Pizza" Sam said and Dušica looked at pancakes she was making.

"Uh okay" she said and removed everything away.

They just decided to order and soon enough pizza was there. Dušica already helped Sam up in their room and when Natasha came inside and handed them pizzas they ordered.

"Here babe" Dušica said and put box on bed next to Sam "I have to change, I'll be right there"

In that few minutes she was changing, Sam already ate half of pizza and when Dušica walked out she looked at box shocked but didn't say anything, but unfortunately Sam noticed it.

"You don't love me anymore" she said and started crying.

'Oh shit not again' Dušica thought and sat down next to Sam sighing.

"Babe I do love you"

"No you don't. Now I am just fat and too big, and I hate myself and you hate me just look at my stomach and"

"Stop" Dušica said slowly and put her hand on Sam's stomach "this over here are our kids, okay? Our babies and please stop saying that you hate yourself. And for god's sake, you are not ugly! You are beautiful in every way and I love you more than ever, just the fact you are carrying our daughters is breathtaking." she said and kissed Sam's stomach.

"You are so cute, I don't deserve you" Sam said and cried again which made Dušica chuckle and just decided to shut her up with kiss.

'God, I hope I won't be like this when I'm pregnant.' Dušica thought with smile, although all this was cute.

"My water just broke!" Sam yelled from the kitchen where she happened to spend most of her time these days.

"Oh shit!" Dušica jumped from her place and ran towards Sam, they helped her out and inside of car, Willy drove as fast as he could towards the hospital.

"Baby, look at me" Dušica said while trying to calm Sam.

"Aaahhh!" she screamed in pain and glared at Dušica.

"Just try to breath, take a deep breath" Sam tried to listen but couldn't from all the pain she was feeling.

When they finally came in the hospital, they took her in the labor room. As doctor said she wasn't open enough but she was in so much pain, Dušica didn't know what to do, she just stood there awkwardly trying to cheer Sam up or help her somehow but nothing much happened, soon they took her in delivery room. Whole family was already in the hospital waiting to see what's going to happen.

Inside, they let Dušica be with them, she stood next to Sam, holding her hand. Every push Sam would make she would tighten her grip around Dušica's hand almost breaking her bones. Dušica would just bite her lip and try to help Sam breath.

"I'm going to die." Sam said and looked at Dušica who shook her head "Babe, you are not going to die, please try to calm"

"Look at me!" Sam said and screamed once again "If you need to pick between me and babies pick them!" she somehow managed to say before screaming in pain again "I'm dying"

"Babe you are not dying, that's just ordinary pain you feel when you are delivering a baby" Dušica mumbled trying to hide her smile and doctor even chuckled, both girls glaring at him. "You are just a drama queen" Dušica added with smile and Sam glared at her even more. If only look could kill...

"I'm not dram- ahhhhh!" cries.

Both girls looked at doctor who was holding a baby, but before they could say anything Sam screamed pushing again hard and other baby was out. Sam's head lay down, her whole body sweaty. Dušica looked at two girls and then back at Sam with the biggest smile ever she kissed her wife's forehead mumbling one simple 'thank you'.

They washed babies and gave them to their moms for few moments before they took them away. That moment was the most amazing thing girls ever experienced. Dušica's cheeks were wet of tears, she looked down at baby in her arms and smiled.

After some time she ran out in hallway where her family was while screaming "I become a mother of two beautiful girls!" she hugged everyone and they were more than happy for this young couple. "Holy crap, I'm a mom!"

Few days later Mia and Elena came to see their friends. Two babies were in room with their moms, Sam just feed them. Dušica was sitting on bed next to Sam while other two were holding kids.

"We wanted to ask you guys something" Dušica said and Elena looked at her, Mia was too busy staring at poor baby.

"Would you like to be their godmothers?" Sam asked with smile and Elena basically jumped.

"Seriously?" she asked and other couple nodded happily "of course we want! God, this is amazing! Babe, did you hear this?" she asked and Mia looked up at her in disbelief.

"You seriously didn't see this coming?" she asked "We are their best friend, we were their maids of honor, of course we will be godmothers, I would be offended if they didn't ask us" she said with smirk and others laughed.

"You could at least be happy!" Dušica said.

"Why? Babies are one who should be happy" she said with smile and looked at Elena "they are going to have the best godmother ever and well, Elena" she added and Dušica groaned while Elena smacked back of her head.

"Jon and Charlie will be godfathers" Sam informed.

"So are we picking names?" Mia asked finally.

"Um nope, we are going to agree on that, because knowing you..." Sam said and Mia groaned.

"Okay do you have anything on your mind?" Elena asked and Sam nodded.

"Well I have one name, Isabella" she said and Elena nodded.

"It's nice, but maybe Isabelle is better?" She asked and then they started talking about which one they should take.

"What about Isabel?" Dušica asked "without an A or E?"

"Okay, this might actually be the best" Mia said and other agreed.

"What about the other one?" Mia asked looking at Dušica.

"I think I have a perfect name" Dušica answered with big smile. "Iris"

"It's really nice" Mia agreed and Elena nodded.

"Does it mean anything?" Sam asked and Dušica smirked.

"Yeah, rainbow"

Six months after, girls agreed to try with artificial insemination again, but this time with Dušica, like last time they have some tests and doctor said everything should be fine. On ovulation she had treatment and they just went home to be with their angels. They already grew up and moms were just so proud of them. Believe it or not, they were amazing moms. Doing everything to be with their babies. Actually even their daughters were really quiet babies, they would sleep whole night without waking up and crying, Sam would feed them, they would sleep again and that's how it goes.

When it was time for her period to come, it was late, two days only so she didn't want to assume anything, it almost happens all the time. Next day she woke up, Sam next to her and babies sleeping peacefully in their bed. She got up, checked on Isabel and Iris and went to the bathroom. Just when she stripped down to take a shower, she dressed back again and sat down on the cold floor crying. Sam was awoken by sobbing. She quickly got up and saw kids were still sleeping. She rushed into the bathroom and saw her wife on the floor crying.

"Babe what's wrong?" she asked while hugging other girl.

"I...I...I"

"Shh, calm down" Sam said and kissed her temple.

"I got my period" Dušica mumbled and buried her face in crock of Sam's neck.

Sam closed her eyes for second and sighed.

"It's okay baby" she whispered and kissed top of her wife's head. "We will try next month again"

"Promise?" other girl whispered while Sam was caressing her back.

"Promise."

It's May, treatment was done and now they are just waiting, Dušica is freaking out, she only thinks of herself as a failure now, although Sam is trying to calm her, it doesn't work. Sam went to buy a pregnancy test while Dušica is just pacing around.

Sam rushed into room with two tests and Dušica immediately went to the bathroom. This 5 minutes felt like the longest time in her life, they were just sitting there not talking, just holding each other's hand.

"It's time baby" Sam whispered and Dušica nodded.

She got up and took a deep breath before opening door of the bathroom. Sam was close behind her, she just stood behind the other girl on her toes so she could see over her shoulder.

"Sam" Dušica whispered putting one hand over her mouth "Do you see what I see?"

"Yes baby I do" Sam said with big smile.

Dušica turned around and Sam hugged her tightly.

"I'm pregnant!" Dušica yelled-whispered and Sam laughed lightly nodding her head. "Our daughters are going to get brother or sister" she added and cried while hugging Sam like her life depends on it.

"I'm so proud baby" Sam whispered and kissed Dušica' s forehead.

"Saaaaam?!" Dušica yelled from the kitchen and Sam immediately rushed downstairs, she just put kids on sleep, they are already one year and four months old!

Dušica is in her ninth month and everyone are on their toes, expecting delivery anytime soon.

"What's up babe?" Sam asked while walking inside and seeing maids trying not to burst out laughing.

"Where the hell is hot water I put in the fridge?"

Sam opened her mouth to answer but then tilted her head aside. 'Is she for real?' she thought 'god I hope I wasn't like this when I was pregnant'

"Ugh, umm" she tried to answer but didn't know how and Dušica glared at her.

"I think I might have accidentally drink it" Natasha said and put her hand on Dušica's shoulder.

Dušica looked at her and smiled. Somehow she had weak spot on Natasha and Willy, but she just wanted to kill everyone else.

"It's okay" she said with nod and Sam mouthed 'Thank you' to Natasha who just smiled.

Splash.

"What the?" Dušica gasped when she looked down "Sam my water just broke!"

Everyone started running around, helping her out, trying to help in some way, while driving to the hospital she was quiet, she tried not to scream much but pain was so obvious, she couldn't handle it anymore. Once inside they immediately took her to delivery room because she was open more than expected.

Sam was worried as fuck but she held Dušica's hand while she screamed.

"Relax, baby, that's just ordinary pain you feel when you're delivering a baby" Sam said mimicking what her wife said when she was the one 'dying' there, and Dušica glared at her while doctor laughed, remembering the exact same words other girl used year ago.

"I hate you!" Dušica screamed.

"Come on, just one big push and everything is over" doctor said.

"Come on baby, you have this" Sam said and Dušica pushed again, hard and her head fell backwards, she finally relaxed after hearing cries.

"It's a girl!" Doctor exclaimed happily.

Sam looked at baby and back at her wife then kissed every part of her face which made other girl giggle.

"You made it!"

"Of course I did"

Doctor placed baby on her chest and Dušica smiled, gently caressing her little hand.

"She's so beautiful" she whispered and Sam took baby in her arms for few moments.

"Like her mother" she whispered and kissed her wife.

Few days after Mia and Elena were already with their friends but this time they got big list with all names for girl they liked.

"Sorry girls, but I already came up with a name" Sam said while giving Iris to Mia.

"You did?" Three girls asked in shock and she just nodded.

She sat down next to Dušica who was holding baby in her arms. Elena was holding Isabel and Mia Iris.

"Yeah, I really really want us to name her after her aunt"

"What?" Mia and Elena said at the same time and Dušica blinked few times.

"You mean-" she started and gulped.

"Yeah, I mean Alexandra" Sam said with smile and Dušica's eyes watered. "Do you want to?" other girl could just nod and Sam kissed her forehead.

"This is our little family" Sam said after some time.

"Thank you" Dušica whispered and Sam smiled. "God, I love you so much" she added and Sam leaned forward to kiss her wife.
