Gu Yue seemed to have just noticed his existence. She quickly smiled and said, “Li Bei is here too. Where did you and Brother Li go?”

Le Lin looked at her indifferently. His eyes were exactly the same as Li Bei’s. “I’ve always been here. It’s just that you’ve been staring at Daddy and can’t see me.”

Le Lin nodded and turned to look at Gu Yue. He frowned and said, “What are you still doing here? Daddy and I are going to sleep. You should go. ”

Gu Yue found that Li Bei was particularly annoying today. She was annoyed just by looking at him. She smiled and looked at Li Feng. “Brother Li, let’s go to the study. I’ll help you check your wound.”

Le Lin’s grip on Li Feng’s fingers tightened. Li Feng felt it and said to Gu Yue, “No need, I already have the best medicine on hand.”

He said to Butler Li, who was standing at the side, “Let the chauffeur send her back.”

Butler Li nodded, looked at Gu Yue, and said, “Let’s go, Miss Gu. The chauffeur is already waiting at the door!”

Li Feng let go of Le Lin’s hand and walked in front. “I’ll send you back to the courtyard.”

Seeing Gu Yue’s reluctant gaze on Li Feng, Le Lin was very unhappy. He was still angry even after she had left.

Le Lin choked. “Anyway, you can’t find someone like her!”

“What kind do you want?”

Le Lin looked into his eyes and said seriously, “I want someone like Aunt Kyra. It would be best if she could be my mommy! Do you like Aunt Kyra?” He tried to sound Li Feng out, but he didn’t get an answer from Li Feng’s smiling eyes.

“Daddy, do you like her?” he asked again.

Li Feng turned around. “I don’t like her.” There were some unknown emotions hidden in the flow of his eyes.

‘Li Bei’ seemed to be on steroids today. One moment he wanted to eat, the next he wanted to drink water, and the next he wanted to play chess with him. Li Feng’s head hurt from all this. His injuries had not healed yet, and now his face was even paler.

Le Lin also noticed this. He put away his happy smile and asked worriedly, “What’s wrong, Daddy?”

Li Feng looked at his concerned expression and slowly said, “I’m fine. Little Li Bei, you said you wanted to sleep two hours ago!”

Le Lin smiled guiltily, looking extremely adorable. Li Feng had only just realized how adorable his son was today. He said helplessly, “I’ll send you back to your room. Let’s go.”

He stood up as he spoke. Le Lin pulled on the corner of his clothes and blinked his big eyes. “Daddy, can I sleep with you tonight? I’ve been sleeping with Le Lin in Aunt Kyra’s room for the past few days. I’m scared because the room is too empty!”

Li Feng looked at him suspiciously, obviously not believing his words.

After a quarter of an hour, looking at ‘Li Bei’ curled up beside him, Li Feng helplessly held his forehead and tidied up the blanket for him. He suddenly remembered that the woman had told ‘Li Bei’ to cover himself with the blanket at night and was a little lost in thought.

“Daddy, tell me a bedtime story,” Le Lin said with his eyes narrowed.

“It’s too late. There are two babies at home waiting for me to tell them bedtime stories! You don’t need to listen to a bedtime story, do you, Mr. Li?”

For some reason, Li Feng thought of the scene with Kyra in the bathroom at the ball that day. He had a strange feeling in his heart. Li Feng admitted that he did like that woman a little.

“I don’t know how to tell bedtime stories. I’ll find you a mommy who can tell bedtime stories, okay?” Li Feng said with a smile when he saw his son trying his best to open his eyes and listen to him.

Le Lin didn’t get to hear the bedtime story, but he fell into a sweet dream with Li Feng’s steady heartbeat. His daddy’s body also smelled very good.
