Chapter 16 "Rescue Plan"

Stephen P.O.V

I had explained what had happened to Jackson, he looked at me like I was crazy but I gave him a stern look which made him groan.

"So the boy is Ellie's son and he knows where Riley is?" Jackson asks, which I nod my head to.

"His name is Derek and Ellie treats him like my dad treats me, I don't like it!" I huff as I hold Derek in my arms.

" I trust him Jax. Besides he has the most innocent look in the world! Look at that! Don't you dare say to me that he's probably in on his fathers plan!" I added as I held up Derek so he could see his adorable round face with luscious pink lips.

Even though Derek's clothes looked like shit he still looked like an adorable boy. I loved him already, I knew him and Riley would get along.

Jackson's green eyes scanned over Derek's figure that was trying to look tough and honest. Jackson took a deep breath and nodded " Alright, fine I believe him since he really looks innocent and was giving me the puppy dog face " he replied.

I smiled and brought Derek back to me, he then looked up at me " How come your holding me like this? I'm a big boy you know? I'm ten years old! " he stated proudly, his face going serious trying to seem older than he actually was.

I rolled my eyes " Derek your still a young boy don't even say your a big boy besides its never to late to get cuddles and love " I told him as I hugged him tight and close.

As soon as I did that his hands twirled with the bottom of his shirt nervously " My dad says I'm to big for that..."

I'm seriously going to kill his farther or at least hit him with a pan or something like in Tangled that should get my point across! What can of dad is that?!

My dad and him got along so well, I bet! Jesus they were awful!

" I really dislike your father Derek. " I told him truthfully he needs to know this just in case I get a pan or something to hit Ellie. He shrugged " Most people do" he replied.

Used to the comments...nice.

I stopped talking to Derek when Jackson got of the car, I looked at him weirdly, 'what are you doing' I mouthed out at him. Aren't we going to get Riley?! Jackson chuckled and went over to my side, opening the door.

"Come on were going to get Riley but I'm pretty sure were going to have to go on foot since the cars will be too loud. It could alert them were there. " he said before grabbing my hand that wasn't holding Derek and dragging me out.

Jackson's pack members were doing the same thing as they followed us into the forest behind the restaurant " Alright Derek you know where it is from here?" He asked him.

Are we seriously going to be walking?! I think my boyfriend has officially lost his mind! The place was probably miles away from here!

I looked at Jackson like he was crazy even throwing some signs that I wasn't agreeing with this. Despite the hints that I was throwing at Jackson saying I don't think we should walk, he ignored me.

Asshole.

Derek looked at Jackson and nodded " Yes sir. " Jackson nodded then signaled his pack to do something, right after he signaled them they started undressing.

I looked away immediately, my face going red. Nice were walking with naked men, that's nice...

Note the sarcasm.

Jackson then looked at Derek " You shift?" He asked him. Derek nodded and before I could say something he got out of my arms and undressed himself then his body turned to into a wolf the color of his dirty blonde hair. He was small compared to Jacob but like why the fuck did he just fucking turn into a wolf?!

Ellie said his son was disappointment, my ass!

Soon Jackson was taking off his clothes, this time I didn't look away. I probably looked like a creep but can you blame me?! He's a fucking sexy beast, a sex god!

Even though we haven't had sex yet.

After he took off his clothes him and his pack turned into their wolves. I was the odd one out....nice. I wasn't going to be turning into one soon.

They all had there clothes in there mouth but Jackson now Jacob handed me his.

I looked at Jacob smiling, he barked happily wagging his tail then came up behind me. I didnt realize what he was doing till I was on his back holding onto his extra fur on his neck, his clothes on my other arm. I had squealed and groaned at the same time.

Squealing because it surprised me and groaned because my back hurt when he did that. I felt the pain but I was ignoring it since I was so close to Riley and Jackson would say let me check, blah blah blah!

My back felt sticky though I knew that the cut must have been bleeding but stopped and was now sticking to my shirt. It felt awful but I hid it, good thing I was wearing a flannel.

Jacob stood to his full height, barking at the other wolves. I didn't understand wolf so I didn't even try to understand what he was saying but he did look professional like.

Soon we were following Derek through the thick forest, the wind made me feel like I was riding a horse more than a wolf. The forest had tons of trees everywhere if we didn't have Derek we would probably be lost. There were also lots of trees on the ground, Jacob would jump over then which hurt my back every time he did but again I ignored it. No complaining.

It was like an actual wolf pack except the little wolf was leading it and there was a human man on the biggest one, hehehe that was funny.

After some time Derek slowed his pace and started crawling, Jacob and the others following behind him. I lowered ny head a little just in case too. Derek looked back and pointed to a warehouse with his snout. Two of Jackson's pack members got ahead and sniffed the area before going down the hill to the warehouse. I watched them noticing that they were scouting the area. They looked around the warehouse disappearing from our line of sight but then appeared from the other end. They climbed the hill to us and started talking to Jacob. Jacobs bright yellow eyes looked towards the warehouse then signalled the other wolves to surround the place. I knew that only because they started surrounding the place.

Without warning Jacob started forming back to Jackson, I yelped and held onto his neck so when he was human again I had my legs wrapped around his waist and my arms around his neck.

Jackson chuckled " Comfortable? " he asked me, he had turned his head towards me since I was on his back. I blushed and shook my head muttering some things under my breath.

I got off of him handing him his clothes since he was showing himself off like the idiot he was. He thanked me and got dressed same thing with Derek. I could see the others were humans again too. I went towards Derek seeing him staring at the building, his eyes were filled with worry.

"Hey what's wrong Derek?" I asked him. He looks up at me " I'm wondering if she's okay..she's really tiny and I said I would be fast" he confessed.

I smiled and grabbed his hand "Were going right now don't worry besides Riley is a patient girl. " I told him. He seemed to cool down some but kept his eyes on the building.

" Riley is in the basement there might not be guards outside but there's some inside, it'll be easier if we sneak in like I snuck out. " he told Jackson as he pointed to a window that was incredibly tiny. "That's were I came from"

Its not that tiny but still tiny enough that I think I would get stuck in it if I tried going through it. I mean the thing was like a toaster opening!

Jackson looked at the opening and nodded "Alright I'll tell my pack to be on the look out."

"It'll get us through all the guards and inside the basement but outside the basement there's guards so we have to be really quiet. " Derek whispered.

Jackson started down the hill, me and Derek in tow. The hill was extremely slippery so we had to be careful not to fall down the rest of the way and I had to be careful with my back. Thankfully we made it down in one piece even with all the leaves and branches.

Jackson signalled us to crouch down so we did and started going towards the window. Derek went ahead telling us to wait. He opened the window with his small fingers the window creaking just a bit. We all stood there for a minute trying to hear of someones footsteps or voice but we didnt hesr anything so he kept opening it.

He slid in and for a second I was ready to hear the thud that meant he landed but we didn't hear anything.

The toaster window was covered with webs, insects, and dirt so we couldn't see anything. Jackson glared at the window, he was about to open it when Derek's head popped out.

"You can come in" he said before his disappeared inside the buidling. Jackson moitoned me to go first so I did. It was hard to get through the fucking window but I eventually got through.

I saw that the window was on the floor of the basement instead of the top. I looked around seeing Derek in front of some prison cell. My eyes scanned the room seeing boxes in one side and more prison cells on the other. In the middle were stairs that led up to a door which I'm guessing was to the other part of the warehouse.

Derek motioned me forward when I did I almost fainted when I saw Riley. Riley was fine yes but I just thought I would lose her so yeah I was about to faint. I pried open the cell door thanks to Derek, going inside I picked up a tear eyed face Riley.

Her hazel hair was in little knots, and her face had some dirt but not a lot and I'm pretty sure it was from the cell. Overall she looked fine something I was thankful for.

I kept my voice quiet as I stared at my little sister "Riri!! Are you okay baby?! Are you hungry?! Do you want to sleep?! Are you sick?! What did they do?! Did they touch you?! Did the- "

Riley covered my mouth " I'm okay Stephie, I was just scared.." She answered me, moving her head to my neck meaning she didn't want to talk about it. I could feel my shirt getting wet but I don't care right now, I'm just glad I had my little sister again.

Derek smiled going over to me and Riley. "So she's okay?" He whispered, I nodded as I moved from side to side trying to calm down my little six year old sister.

Jackson came behind me wrapping his arms around my waist. I smiled and kissed him on the lips handing him Riley.

Derek eyes went wide as he saw me kiss Jackson " Your together?" He asked as I crouched down to his height.

"Yes do you think its bad?" I asked him.

I was asking him this because I wanted him to come with us. I didn't want him to be with a father that didn't even act like a father. Riley would also have another play mate to play with so I decided to give it a try.

Derek looked down his hands on his shirt again as he tried to look for an answer "..Not really..."

I smiled "Good now we should get going " I said as I grabbed him. He looked at me weirdly " We? " he asked me.

" Yep your father's an ass but if you don't come with us you don't have to!" I told him. He shook his head " No I'll go! " he said quickly which surprised me since I thought he would change his mind.

" Alright. Jackson you go with Riley first then I'll go with Derek. " I told him. Jackon looked like he was about to disagree but stopped and nodded making his way to the toaster window.

He let Riley go first before he went then I let Derek go. I was about to crawl through when I felt someone's arm on my waist stopping me from going through. The other hand covering my mouth.

I looked back and saw dark eyes looking back at me then a whisper that made me want to cry and scream for him to let me go.

"How about we take this in my room?"
