Guys, I've included some scientific terms in this chapter as it would have been difficult to explain in simple English or Hindi. I tried my best to keep it as clear and respectful as possible, but if it still comes across as inappropriate in any way, please forgive me.
Ruhaaksh room,
Ruhanika was engrossed in her studies, her eyes fixed on the book while her fingers occasionally tapped on the laptop. Meanwhile, Rudraksh paced back and forth across the room, lost in thought. His mind was occupied with finding the right words, the right way to explain everything to her-without scaring her, yet ensuring that she understood. He knew the topic was sensitive, and the last thing he wanted was for her to be afraid.
Minutes ticked by as he struggled to form a plan in his head. Finally, Ruhanika finished her studies, stretching her arms before closing the book with a soft thud. She gathered her laptop and book, intending to place them on the study table. However, before she could move, she was reminded of Rudraksh's strict rule-she wasn't allowed to walk yet, despite her foot being completely healed. She sighed in frustration and turned her gaze toward Rudraksh, noticing his tense expression and restless pacing. A frown formed on her face. Why does he look so worried? she wondered.
Deciding to set her things aside and ask him what was wrong, she shifted slightly, preparing to step down. But before her foot could touch the floor, Rudraksh's sharp gaze landed on her. In a flash, he was by her side, stopping her before she could take another step. His hand rested gently on her shoulder, his protective instincts kicking in.
Rudraksh: "Betu ruko."
(Betu, wait.)
Rudraksh gathered her books and stationery with care, walking over to her study table. He placed them neatly, ensuring everything was in order, his actions filled with quiet attentiveness.
Rudraksh: "Washroom jaana hai, le chalu??"
(Do you need to go to the washroom? Should I take you?)
Ruhanika: "areh sabse pehle toh hum chal sakte hai ab, aur nahi hume nahi jana."
(Oh, first of all, I can walk by ourselves now! And no, I don't need to go.)
Rudraksh gently patted her cheeks before moving to his side of the bed. Without hesitation, Ruhanika snuggled closer to him, seeking his warmth. Smiling, he wrapped his arms around her protectively and placed a soft kiss on her forehead.
Ruhanika: "Kya hua aap kuch pareshan lag rahe hai."
(What happened? You look a little worried.)
Rudraksh smiled, amused yet touched by how effortlessly she could read his thoughts. It never failed to amaze him how she always knew what was going on in his head, even before he said a word.
Rudraksh: "Pareshan nahi hu bugge, bas tumhe kuch batana chahta hu."
(I'm not worried, sweetheart. I just want to tell you something.)
Ruhanika: "Achcha toh bataiye hum sun rahe hai. Kya ye bhi aapke vo Mafia ki duniya ke bare me hai??"
(Okay, then tell me. I'm listening. Is this about your mafia world again?)
Rudraksh: "Nahi Ruhh, ye humari Duniya ke bare me hai, hum dono ke bare me, specifically tumhare bare me jaana."
(No, Ruhh. It's about our world, about both of us-specifically about you.)
Ruhanika: "Humare bare me?? Aur hum hi nahi jante? Kaise??"
(About me? And I don't even know? How?)
Rudraksh: "Umm, dekho jab hum dono vo sab karte hai toh tumhe adhura mehsus hota hai na??"
(Umm... look, when we do those things, you feel incomplete, right?)
Ruhanika: "Vo sab matlab kisses?? Humari wali activities??"
(Those things? You mean kisses? Our activities?)
Rudraksh: "Haan ji vahi toh tumhe kya mehsus hota hai?"
(Yes, exactly. So, what do you feel?)
Ruhanika: "Aap jante toh hai na ki hume bheetar hi bheetar titliyan mehsus hoti hai."
(You already know that I feel butterflies inside me.)
Rudraksh: "Aur??"
(And?)
Ruhanika: "Aur jab aap humare gale par, aur uske aas pass bhi kisses dete hai toh hume lagta hai aap humse bahaut Prem karte hai, bahaut Zyada."
(And when you kiss my neck and around it, I feel like you love me a lot-a lot.)
She spoke with her signature dimpled smile, her eyes locked onto his. Unable to resist, he leaned in and pressed a gentle kiss on her cheek, his heart melting at her innocence.
Rudraksh: "Main tumse bahaut pyaar karta hu Ruhhh, aur mere liye itna kafi hai betu isiliye ab tak nahi bataya but ab bata raha hu kyuki zaruri hai tumhare liye."
(I love you so much, Ruhhh. And for me, that is enough. That's why I never told you before, but now I am because it's important for you.)
Ruhanika: "Kya batayenge??"
(What are you going to tell me?)
Rudraksh suddenly pulled her into a tight embrace, holding her as if he never wanted to let go. Ruhanika frowned slightly, confusion evident in her eyes as she tried to understand the sudden intensity of his gesture.
Rudraksh: "Sohneyo, main na ab jo bhi bolunga vo tum sunna dhyaan se, samajhna aur jo na samjhe toh mujhse puch lena, par Darna nahi ha, okay??"
(Sohneyo, now whatever I say, listen carefully, understand it, and if you don't, ask me. But don't be scared, okay?)
Ruhanika: "Aap hai na humare pass hum darenge kyu??"
(You are with me, so why would I be scared?)
He smiled warmly and placed a tender kiss on her head. She tilted her head slightly, looking at him in confusion, trying to understand the emotions behind his gesture.
Ruhanika: "Ab bataiye kya batana hai??"
(Now tell me, what do you want to say?)
Rudraksh: "Umm Ruhh tumne pucha tha na ki kya hum jaise pyaar karte hai kya uske aage bhi kuch hota hai??"
(Umm... Ruhh, you asked me once if there is something beyond the way we love each other.)
Ruhanika: "Haa phir aapne kaha tha aapko waqt chahiye batane ke liye."
(Yes, and then you said you needed time to explain.)
Rudraksh: "Haan toh bas main vahi batane wala hu jaan."
(Yes, so that's what I'm going to tell you now, jaan.)
Ruhanika's eyes sparkled with excitement as she quickly adjusted her posture, sitting properly in front of him, eager to hear what he had to say.
Ruhanika: "Sachchi???"
(Really???)
Rudraksh nodded.
Ruhanika: "Toh isme darne jaisa kya hai aap bhi na, chaliye bataiye hum phir aapko vaise hi prem karenge roz. Aap jante hai hum na aapko jitna prem karte hai hume lagta hai kum hai."
(Then what's there to be scared of? Come on, tell me! And then we will love each other the same way every day! You know, no matter how much I love you, I feel like it's never enough.)
Rudraksh: "Vo kum nahi hai Ruhh, mere liye tumhara mere pass rehna hi sukoon hai."
(It's not less, Ruhh. For me, just having you with me is peace.)
Ruhanika smiled, but her excitement was uncontrollable. She quickly grabbed his hand and shook him eagerly, her eyes filled with anticipation.
Ruhanika: "Chaliye ab bataiye, aur haa ek aur baat."
(Now tell me! Oh, and one more thing...)
Rudraksh: "Kya??"
(What?)
Ruhanika: "Ab aap ye bata rahe hai matlab aap aur hum kareeb kaise aayenge aap ye bata rahe hai na toh humare bheetar nanha baby kaise aayega ye bhi bata dete toh...."
(Since you're telling me how we will get closer, you should also tell me how a tiny baby will come inside me...)
Rudraksh shook his head with a soft chuckle, his eyes filled with warmth. He gently cupped her face, his thumbs caressing her cheeks before he leaned in, rubbing his nose against hers in an affectionate gesture. A tender smile played on his lips as he cherished the closeness between them.
Rudraksh: "Haa Rajkumari jii vahi bata raha hu."
(Yes, Rajkumari ji, that's exactly what I'm explaining.)
Ruhanika's eyes widened with pure excitement, sparkling with eagerness as she leaned in, waiting to hear more.
Ruhanika: "Kyaa??? Aap vo bhi bata rahe hai?? Matlab kal subah tak humare andar nanha baby aa jayega? Hum bhi bhabhi sa jaise mumma banenge???"
(What?! You're telling me that too?? So by tomorrow morning, a tiny baby will be inside me? I'll become a mumma like Bhabhi sa???)
Rudraksh: "Calm down, Ruhhh."
Ruhanika was bouncing on the bed with pure excitement, her giggles filling the room. Rudraksh watched her with amusement before quickly reaching out, placing his hands on her shoulders to steady her.
Ruhanika: "Ji ji hum sun rahe hai aap bataiye."
(Okay, okay, I'm listening!)
Rudraksh sighed softly, taking a moment to compose himself. He gently took her hands in his, his fingers tenderly caressing the top of them. His touch was warm and reassuring as he looked at her with a mix of affection and quiet concern.
Rudraksh: "Sohneyo, so basically the love between a husband and wife can be physical as well, matlab haa hum dil se pyaar karte hai, fikr karte hai khayal rakhte hai.... Par na physical intimacy se bhi kabhi kabhi pyaar jatate hai... Jab lagta hai na ki shabd kum pad rahe hai tab."
(Sohneyo, so basically, the love between a husband and wife can be physical as well. I mean, yes, we love each other from the heart, we care, we look after each other... But sometimes, love is expressed through physical intimacy too-when words aren't enough.)
Ruhanika: "Haa toh vahi hua na matlab kisses karna na.'
(Oh, so that's like kissing, right?)
Rudraksh: "Ha Ruhh sahi keh rahi ho, but kabhi kabhi usse zyada bhi."
(Yes, Ruhh, you're right. But sometimes, it's more than that.)
Ruhanika: "Kaise??"
(How?)
Rudraksh: "Kaise....ummmmm, Ruhhh dekho tumne mujhe shirt ke bina dekha hai na? Aur maine mana bhi nahi kiya."
(How... umm... Ruhh, you've seen me without a shirt, right? And I never stopped you.)
Ruhanika: "Jii aapne kaha hum patni hai na aapki haq hai humara."
(Yes, because you said I'm your wife, so I have the right.)
Rudraksh: "Correct, so na maine bhi pareshan karne ke liye hi par kaha tha ki main bhi tumse vaise dekh sakta hu kya??"
(Correct. So, just like I teased you once by asking if I can see you the same way...)
Ruhanika: "Jii phir aapne kaha tha ki hume koi bhi humari marzi ke bina na toh dekh sakta hai na hi chu sakta hai."
(Yes, and then you told me that no one can see or touch me without my consent.)
Rudraksh: "Correct, toh Ruhh husband aur wife, dono ka consent important hai but... After that na they can see each other bare."
(Exactly! So, Ruhh, between a husband and wife, both need to give consent. But after that, they can see each other bare.)
Ruhanika's eyes widened in surprise, and before she could react, Rudraksh immediately cupped her face with both hands, his thumbs gently caressing her cheeks. His touch was soothing, his gaze filled with concern.
Rudraksh: "Shhh calm down maine kaha na darne ki zarurat nahi hai."
(I said you don't need to be scared, right?)
Ruhanika: "Kya aapko hume nirvastra dekhna hai???"
(What?! Do you want to see me naked?)
Ruhanika pouted. eaning in, he pressed a gentle kiss on her forehead before pulling her into a warm embrace.
Rudraksh: "Nahi jaana bilkul nahi, main bas bata raha hu kuch karna nahi hai betu."
(No, jaan, not at all! I'm just explaining things. We don't have to do anything, Betu.)
Ruhanika: "Hum na bas thode se hichkicha rahe hai, baaki aap dekh sakte hai hume, hum jante hai aap pati hai aur pati ka haq hota hai."
(I'm just... a little hesitant. But if you want to, you can see me. I know you are my husband, and a husband has that right.)
Rudraksh: "Nahi Ruhh, pati ya kisi ka bhi haq nahi hota hai, jab tak vo haq tum khud na do, aur mujhe tumhari marzi ke khilaaf kuch nahi chahiye. So stop stressing about it okay, Varna main aage nahi bata paunga bugge."
(No, Ruhh. No one has a right to anything unless you give that right. And I don't want anything against your will. So stop stressing, okay? Otherwise, I won't be able to explain further.)
Ruhanika: "Nahi nahi hume janna hai aap bataiye, hum dhyaan se sunenge."
(No, no! I want to know! Please continue. I'll listen carefully.)
Ruhanika pulled back from the hug and adjusted herself, sitting properly in front of him. Rudraksh didn't waste a moment; he gently took her hands in his once again, his thumbs lightly tracing circles on the back of her palms. His gaze softened as he looked at her, as if gathering the right words to say.
Rudraksh: "Ruhh babies hote hai husband aur wife ke ek hone se , jab 2 aatmao ka milan hota hai."
(Ruhh, babies are born when a husband and wife become one-when two souls unite.)
Ruhanika: "Kya??? mumma banne ke liye ab hume pehle bhoot Banna padega."
( What?! To become a mumma, do I have to become a ghost first??)
Rudraksh sighed, a mix of fondness and amusement in his expression as he watched Ruhanika.
Rudraksh: "Vaise nahi Ruhh."
(Not like that, Ruhh!)
Ruhanika: "Phir kaise??"
(Then how?)
Rudraksh: "I mean do jismo ka milan."
(I mean when two bodies unite.)
Ruhanika: "Kya keh rahe hai aap hum nahi samajh rahe."
(What are you saying? I don't understand.)
Rudraksh: "Ruhhh, main na ab scientific way me samjhaunga okay?? Ye ek hi tarika hai tumhe samjhane ka toh dhyaan dena."
(Ruhhh, I'll explain it scientifically now, okay? That's the only way to make you understand, so listen carefully.)
Ruhanika: "Par humne toh science nahi padha kabhi."
(But I've never studied science!)
Rudraksh: "Don't worry main asaan bhasha me bolunga aur kuch visuals and graphics hai mere pass book me vo dekhna okay??"
(Don't worry. I'll use simple words, and I have some visuals and graphics in a book. We'll look at them, okay?)
Ruhanika: "Okayyy"
Ruhanika nodded excitedly, her face lighting up with anticipation as she eagerly waited for him to continue.
Rudraksh: "So, you know that boys and girls are different, right?"
Ruhanika: "Jiiii ye toh sab jante hai."
(Yes! Everyone knows that.)
Rudraksh: "Kyu alag hote hai na?"
(Why they are different??)
Ruhanika: "ladki ki banawat me aur ladkon ko banawat me farak hota hai na."
(The structure of girls and boys is different, right?)
Rudraksh: "Kaise??"
(How?)
Ruhanika: "Jaise aapko chehre par dadhi aati hai jisme aap ati sundar aur aakarshit lagte hai, par hume nahi aati. Aapka pet kadak hai, manmohak hai aur humara naram, aapke hath alag hai humse ekdum sundar, sab kuch toh alag hai."
(Like, you grow a beard, which makes you look so handsome and attractive, but I don't. Your stomach is firm and charming, while mine is soft. Your hands are different from mine-so beautiful. Everything is different!)
Rudraksh smiled at how she was answering while unknowingly praising him. Her excitement and admiration for him were evident, making his heart swell with warmth.
Rudraksh: "correct very good."
Ruhanika grinned, her dimples deepening as she basked in the compliment. Her eyes sparkled with joy.
Rudraksh: "Okay, so even the upper and lower body parts of men and women are different, okay?"
Ruhanika: "Jii hoga hi na vo bhi."
(Yes, of course, they must be.)
Rudraksh: "So betu, tumne suna h mother's breastfeed their babies??"
(So, Betu, have you heard that mothers breastfeed their babies?)
Ruhanika's cheeks turned a soft shade of pink as she lowered her head, a shy smile playing on her lips. She gently tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.
Ruhanika: "Ji jaante hai, kaise vo sab nahi pata par ye jante hai."
(Yes, I know that. I don't know how, but I know it happens.)
Rudraksh gently cupped her face, his fingers tenderly brushing against her soft skin as he lifted her gaze to meet his. His thumb caressed her cheeks in slow, soothing strokes, his eyes filled with warmth and reassurance.
Rudraksh: "Nazarein mat jhukao Ruhh, isme koi sharam wali baat nahi hai, ye normal hai, har mother aisa hi karti hai okay??"
(Don't lower your eyes, Ruhh. There's nothing to be ashamed of. This is normal. Every mother does it, okay?)
Ruhanika smiled and nodded, her eyes gleaming with trust. Seeing her response, a soft smile spread across Rudraksh's face as well, his heart swelling with warmth.
Rudraksh: "Ha toh jab maa ek bachche ko janam deti hai na toh ladies ki body bani hi aisi hai ki vo apne bachche ke liye milk produce karti hai."
(So when a mother gives birth to a baby, a woman's body naturally produces milk for the baby.)
Ruhanika: "Agar body ko pata hai baby ko milk chahiye, means body ko baby chahiye vo bhi pata hoga na??
(If the body knows that the baby needs milk, then the body must also know that it needs a baby first, right?)
Rudraksh: Nahi Ruhh, baby sirf husband wife ke pyaar se hota hai, isiliye bachcho ko pyaar ki nishani kehte hai na."
(No, Ruhh. A baby is born only when a husband and wife love each other. That's why babies are called a symbol of love.)
Ruhanika: "Ji par hum aur aap toh ek dusre se kitna prem karte hai phir naha baby kaha hai??"
(But we love each other so much! Then where is our tiny baby?)
Rudraksh: "Ruhh tumhe har mahine periods aate hai right?"
(Ruhh, you get your periods every month, right?)
Ruhanika: "ji aur hume toh kitna dard bhi hota hai."
(Yes! And it hurts so much!)
Ruhanika pouted adorably, and Rudraksh couldn't help but smile. He pulled her closer, wrapping his arms around her securely as he rubbed her arms soothingly.
Rudraksh: "Toh Ruhh janti ho periods kyu aate hai?"
(Do you know why periods happen?)
Ruhanika: "Kyu??"
(Why?)
Rudraksh: "During periods, women release eggs. It's a sign that your body is healthy and can conceive a baby."
Ruhanika: "egg ye kya hai?? Par hum kuch 12 saal ke the tab se hume periods aate hai, toh kya tab se hi hum...."
(Egg?! What's that?? But I've been getting periods since I was 12! Does that mean...?)
Rudraksh: "Nahi jaan tab toh tum khud bachchi thi, periods are not just for pregnancy it also purifys your blood."
(No, jaan! You were just a child then. Periods aren't only for pregnancy-they also purify your blood.)
Ruhanika: "Achcha ab samjhe hum"
(Ohhh! Now I understand.)
Rudraksh: "So, for a baby to be born, both a man and a woman have a reproductive system that helps create a new human being."
Ruhanika: "Reproduction ka arth ki Mumma's babies to apne tummy me rakhti hai aur phir unhe janam deti hai. Ye hum samjhe, par men's me kyu hota hai?? Vo thodi na baby ko janam dete hai."
(Reproduction means that mums carry babies in their tummies and then give birth. I understand that. But why do men have it, they don't give birth)
Rudraksh smiled knowingly. He had expected this-Ruhanika could never control her curious mind. He chuckled softly, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear.
Rudraksh: "Haa jaan but baby mother and father dono ka hota hai?? That means father must have some contribution in that right??"
(Yes, my love, but a baby belongs to both the mother and the father, right? That means the father must also have some contribution, right?)
Ruhanika: "Haa vo mumma ke pati hote hai yahi na?"
(Yes, because he is the husband of the mother, right?)
Rudraksh: "Nahii betu, aur bhi wait."
(No, sweetheart, there's more to it.)
Rudraksh took out a book from the side drawer. Ruhanika, sitting snugly beside him, leaned in curiously. Without a second thought, he wrapped his arm around her shoulders, pulling her closer into his warmth. She rested her head against him, feeling utterly at peace as he opened the book.
Rudraksh: "Betu ye science ki book hai biology, now I'm gonna show you few graphics and you might now like it par Darna nahi jaana main hu na"
(Sweetheart, this is a science book-biology. Now, I'm going to show you a few graphics. You might not like them, but don't be scared, my love, I'm here.)
Ruhanika was utterly confused but still nodded, trusting him. Rudraksh opened the book and gestured for her to look, but despite her best efforts, she couldn't make sense of anything written on the pages. She scrunched her nose in frustration, glancing at him for help.
Rudraksh: "Jaan, this is the male reproductive organ, and this is the female reproductive organ."
Ruhanika's eyes widened in realization as she finally understood what Rudraksh was showing her. A deep blush crept onto her cheeks, and without saying a word, she quickly turned her face to the other side, shutting her eyes tightly as if refusing to acknowledge it.
Ruhanika: "Ye kya dikha rahe hai aap?? Hume nahi dekhna."
(What are you showing me? I don't want to see this.)
Rudraksh gently ran his hands along her arms, his touch filled with warmth and reassurance. Leaning down, he pressed a soft kiss on her head.
Rudraksh: "Janta hu tumhe uncomfortable lag raha hai, par bugge hun hor koi tarika nahi."
(I know you're feeling uncomfortable, but bugge, there's no other way.)
Ruhanika: "Kya matlab??"
(What do you mean?)
Rudraksh: "Yaha dekhiye aap meri taraf."
(Look here, at me.)
Ruhanika slowly turned her face back towards Rudraksh, her eyes filled with a mix of emotions. He gently cupped her face with one hand, his thumb softly caressing her cheek.
Rudraksh: "aapka janna zaruri hai Ruhh isiliye bata raha hu, Varna kabhi aapko uncomfortable feel nahi karata bugge, please trust me and listen."
(It's important for you to know this, Ruhh, that's why I'm telling you. Otherwise, I would never make you uncomfortable, bugge. Please trust me and listen.)
Ruhanika simply nodded, lowering her head, her fingers fidgeting slightly in her lap. Rudraksh sighed, feeling a pang of guilt for making her uncomfortable. He never wanted to put her in an awkward position, but he knew he had no choice-she needed to understand. Reaching out, he gently lifted her chin, forcing her to meet his gaze.
Rudraksh: "Ruhh, look here."
Rudraksh gestured towards the book. Ruhanika followed his gaze reluctantly, her expression shifting the moment she saw it. She scrunched her nose and pouted, making exaggerated faces as if the book itself was the villain of her story.
Rudraksh: "Ruhh, just as I said, women have eggs, and men have sperm, and a baby is formed when these two unite."
Ruhanika gazed at him, puzzled.
Ruhanika: "Par ye hoga kaise, humara matlab ki vo matlab vaha..."
(But how does this happen? I mean... how does it... there...)
Rudraksh noticed her hesitation and immediately understood what was holding her back. He continued explaining further, his voice calm and patient, making sure she felt comfortable and understood everything clearly.
Rudraksh: "Through lovemaking, Ruhh."
Ruhanika: "Prem banate hai??? Kaise??? Prem toh dil se karte hai na"
(They make love??? How??? Love is from the heart, isn't it?)
Rudraksh: "Haa Ruhh, par jab do logo ko lagta hai ki vo words me apne love ko define nahi kar pa rahe, then people show it through love making."
(Yes, Ruhh, but when two people feel like they can't define their love in words, then they show it through lovemaking.)
Ruhanika: "hume bhi lagta hai aisa toh, hume bataiye ye prem kaise banate hai hume bhi aapko prem karna hai."
(I feel like that too... Tell me, how do you make love? I also want to love you.)
She lit up with excitement, her eyes gleaming with anticipation. But Rudraksh, knowing what was coming next, shut his eyes for a moment, dreading the moment he would have to crush her enthusiasm. He knew that what he was about to say would make her uncomfortable, and he hated being the reason for it.
Rudraksh: "Ruhh, it's when this part of a man enters this part of a woman. This can lead to sperm traveling toward the egg, potentially resulting in fertilization and pregnancy. It is a natural process for reproduction and also fosters emotional and physical intimacy between partners. See, like this."
Rudraksh flipped the page of the book, revealing more graphics to help her understand better.
Rudraksh: "I'm sorry, I know you are feeling uncomfortable, but this is wh..."
Rudraksh felt the gentle weight of Ruhanika's head resting on his shoulder. Glancing down, he noticed her eyes were closed. His brows furrowed in concern as he quickly realized that she must have seen the graphics and lost consciousness. Panic surged through him.
Rudraksh: "Ruhhhh"
Rudraksh's eyes widened in concern as panic gripped his heart. He gently patted her cheeks, his voice laced with urgency, but she didn't wake up. His worry deepened, and without wasting another second, he carefully laid her down on the bed. His hands trembled slightly as he rubbed her palms, trying to bring warmth back to them. He patted her cheeks again, his voice barely a whisper now. But she remained unresponsive.
Rudraksh: "Ruhhh, jaana please uth jao."
(Ruhhh, jaana, please wake up.)
Rudraksh quickly grabbed the glass of water from the side table, his hands slightly shaky as he sprinkled the cool droplets onto her face. His heart raced as he watched for any reaction. A moment later, her eyelashes fluttered, a faint sign of consciousness. Relief washed over Rudraksh, but he remained gentle as he grabbed some tissues and carefully wiped the water from her face. His fingers lingered on her cheek, his touch filled with worry and tenderness. Slowly, her eyes opened, blinking a few times as she tried to regain focus. Rudraksh let out a breath he didn't realize he was holding, his grip on the tissues tightening as he softly spoke.
Rudraksh: "Betu, thik ho?? Kya h...."
(Betu, are you okay?? What h...)
Rudraksh couldn't complete his sentence as Ruhanika suddenly sat up and, without a second thought, grabbed the book from his lap and tossed it aside. He blinked in surprise, momentarily taken aback by her unexpected reaction.
Ruhanika: "Ye ....ye kya keh rahe the aap?? Ye kaisi gandi baatein hai... Hum... Chiiiiii.... Nahiiii"
"
Ruhanika started blabbering non-stop, her words tumbling out in a rush of emotions. Rudraksh, already expecting such a reaction, shut his eyes and sighed. He knew this was bound to happen, and now, there was no stopping her.
Ruhanika: Nahi aise nahi hota hai...Nanha baby aise bure tarike se nahi aayega... Nahi... Ye mazaak tha na Aksh??"
(No, this is not how it happens... A tiny baby doesn't come into the world in such a disgusting way... No... This was a joke, right, Aksh??)
Ruhanika's words faded as Rudraksh pulled her into a tight embrace, his arms wrapped protectively around her. He gently rubbed her back, whispering soothing words, trying to calm her down.
Rudraksh: "Shhhhh Ruhhhh, shant ho jao pehle."
(Shhhh Ruhhh, calm down first.)
Ruhanika: "Par ye sab... Chii..."
(But all this... Eww...)
Rudraksh: "Shhhh Ruhhhhhh."
Ruhanika wrapped her arms around him tightly, seeking comfort in his warmth as she buried her face in the crook of his neck. Rudraksh held her just as firmly, his heart still racing from the fear of moments ago. Without a second thought, he gently lifted her into his lap, adjusting her with utmost care. He leaned back against the headboard, letting her rest against him while his arms remained securely wrapped around her. Ruhanika clung to him like a child seeking protection, her grip not loosening even for a second. Slowly, as she felt the steady rhythm of his heartbeat and the warmth of his embrace, her breathing evened out, and the rapid thudding of her heart gradually returned to normal. Rudraksh felt her relax against him, and he pressed a reassuring kiss to the top of her head.
Ruhanika: "Ye mazaak nahi hai?"
(This isn't a joke?)
Rudraksh: "Yehi sach hai Ruhh."
(This is the truth, Ruhh.)
Ruhanika lowered her gaze, unable to meet his eyes. A strange, unfamiliar feeling stirred within her, making her heart race. Her mind was filled with countless questions, but she hesitated, unsure whether to voice them. The confusion, the awkwardness, and the discomfort were evident in her body language.
Rudraksh, ever so perceptive, immediately understood her inner turmoil. His eyes softened as he gently pulled her closer. Without a word, he cupped her warm, flushed face, his thumbs lightly caressing her cheeks. Her skin was burning, not from fever, but from emotions she couldn't quite understand.
Rudraksh: "Puch lo jo puchna hai. Main hu yahi jawab dene ko."
(Ask whatever you want. I'm right here to answer.)
Ruhanika: "Kya ye ek hi tarika hai baby hone ka??"
(Is this the only way for a baby to be born??)
Rudraksh: "Nahi aaj kal science has progressed a lot, IVF and there are more such ways... But the route is same Ruhh."
(No, nowadays science has progressed a lot. There's IVF and many other methods... But the route is the same, Ruhh.)
Ruhanika: "Vahi se hoga sab?"
(Everything happens through there??)
Rudraksh nodded.
Ruhanika: "aisa kyu hota hai??"
(Why does it happen this way??)
Rudraksh: "It's a natural process, Ruhh."
Ruhanika felt a wave of embarrassment and discomfort wash over her. She lowered her head, avoiding his gaze, and instinctively tightened her grip on Rudraksh's shoulder, seeking comfort and reassurance in his presence.
Ruhanika: "Kya aap bhi hum...h...humare sath ye... Ye kar..."
(Do you al..so wa..nt to do th..is with me...)
Rudraksh: "Nooooo Ruhhh, not at all .... Maine kaha na consent of both the partners is important. Main tumhe takleef nahi de sakta Betu.... Aap comfortable nahi hai toh ye sab kabhi nahi hoga. Mujhe nahi chahiye baby. Mere liye mera ye little little chutku kaafi hai."
(Nooooo Ruhhh, not at all... I told you, the consent of both partners is important. I can never hurt you, Betu... If you're not comfortable, then this will never happen. I don't need a baby. For me, my little, little chutku is enough.)
Ruhanika pouted adorably, her lips forming a small pout and then shot him a sharp glare, clearly unimpressed with what he had just said.
Ruhanika: "Hum bade ho gaye hai."
(I have grown up.)
Rudraksh chuckled at her reaction and reached out to ruffle her hair playfully.
Rudraksh: "Yahi suna tumne."
(That's exactly what you heard.)
Ruhanika simply wrapped her arms around him, seeking solace in his embrace. Understanding her distress, Rudraksh gently caressed her head, offering silent reassurance, knowing she was still in shock.
Ruhanika: "Ye ajeeb cheez sabko karni padti hai kya?? Matlab hume 6 bachche chahiye toh 6 baar karna padta hai??"
(Does everyone have to do this strange thing?? I mean, if we want six kids, does it have to be done six times??)
Rudraksh found himself caught between embarrassment and amusement at her questions. He wasn't sure whether to laugh or feel flustered, but instead, he chose to simply continue caressing her head. With a patient and gentle tone, he began explaining, ensuring she felt comfortable and reassured.
Rudraksh: "Sirf baby ke liye nahi Ruhh, this is a process through which the partners express their love."
(Not just for a baby, Ruhh. This is a process through which partners express their love.)
Ruhanika: "Par prem toh dil se hota hai na."
(But love comes from the heart, right?)
Rudraksh: "Haa betu, ye toh bas zariya hai apna pyaar dikhane ka."
(Yes, Betu, this is just a way of expressing love.)
Ruhanika: "Aur agar kisi ko nahi pasand toh??"
(And if someone doesn't like it??)
Rudraksh: "Toh zabardasti thodi hai, nahi pasand toh nahi karna."
(Then there's no compulsion, if they don't like it, they don't have to do it.)
Ruhanika: "Jab hum aapse kehte hai ki kya aur bhi kuch hai jo hum chahte hai par samajh nahi pate, toh kya hum yehi chahte hai??"
(When I say that there's something I want but I don't understand what, is this what I want??)
Rudraksh: "It's all about hormones, Ruhh. A human body releases love hormones in the heat of the moment, and the body might crave physical love."
Ruhanika: "Iske liye.. toh... Pati patni ek dusre ko... N...n..nirvastra dekhenge na?? Kya vo sahi hoga??"
(For this... the husband and wife will have to... see each other n...n...naked?? Is that okay??)
Rudraksh: "Agar ek dusre par trust hai toh haa, agar aap apke partner ke sath uncomfortable feel na karo toh haa."
(If there is trust between them, then yes. If you don't feel uncomfortable with your partner, then yes.)
Ruhanika: "Aapne kaha tha ki jo Nima ne kaha tha ki pehli raat ko dard hoga, toh k..k..ya vo yahi keh rahi thi??"
(You said that Nima mentioned that the first night would be painful... So, was she talking about this??)
Rudraksh: "Hmm."
Rudraksh felt Ruhanika's grip tighten around him, sensing her unease. Suddenly, her eyes widened in realization, and she abruptly pulled back, staring at him in shock.
Rudraksh: "Kya??"
(What??)
Ruhanika: "Matlab bhai sa aur bhabhi sa ne bhi ye ajeeb harkat wali cheez ki???"
(So, Bhai Sa and Bhabhi Sa have also done this weird thing???)
Rudraksh's eyes widened in shock at her reaction. Without a second thought, he gently pulled her back into his embrace.
Rudraksh: "Shut up, Ruhhh! Firstly, it's not a ajeeb cheez, it's lovemaking, and you can't discuss someone's bedroom life, yaar, bugge."
Ruhanika: "Par bhabhi sa toh mumma banne wali hai na toh unhone bhi ye.."
(But Bhabhi Sa is going to be a mom, so she also did this...)
Rudraksh: "Yes, Ruhh, now shhh."
Ruhanika nestled closer to him, seeking warmth and comfort as she gently caressed his back. The silence between them was peaceful, her touch soothing. After a few minutes, she finally spoke, her voice soft yet steady.
Ruhanika: "Suniye."
(Listen.)
Rudraksh: "Kahiye"
( Yes?)
Ruhanika: "Hume ye achcha nahi laga, agar hum mana karenge toh aap maan jayenge na??"
(I didn't like this at all. If I refuse in the future, you'll agree, right??)
Rudraksh: "Kya bharosa nahi hai mujhpe Ruhh??"
(Do you not trust me, Ruhh??)
Rudraksh cupped her face gently, searching her eyes for any lingering hesitation. Seeing her nod, he gave a reassuring smile and tightened his embrace slightly.
Ruhanika: "Bahaut bharosa hai"
(I trust you a lot.)
Rudraksh: "Phir bhool jao ye sab... Maine tumhe ye bataya kyuki ladkiyo ka janna zaruri hota hai, na ki is liye ki mujhe chahiye."
(Then forget about all this... I told you this because it's important for girls to know, not because I want it.)
Ruhanika smiled lightly, and Rudraksh finally felt a wave of relief wash over him. Seeing her smile again eased his worries. Without a word, she wrapped her arms around him once more, holding him tightly as if seeking solace in his embrace. Rudraksh closed his eyes, pulling her even closer, cherishing the warmth between them.
Ruhanika: "Ab hum samajh gaye hai na, ab aap vo book kamre se hata dijiyega, hum nahi dekh payenge."
(Now that I understand, please remove that book from the room. I won't be able to look at it.)
Rudraksh: "Done."
After some time, she finally found her voice again and spoke, her tone soft yet hesitant.
Ruhanika: "Suniye, ek aur sawaal hai par gussa mat hoiyega."
(Listen, I have one more question, but please don't get angry.)
Rudraksh: "Tum pe kaise gussa ho sakta hu Ruhh, pucho."
(How could I ever get angry at you, Ruhh? Ask me.)
Ruhanika: "Vo u...s raat v...o aadmi a..aur b.."
(That night... that man... and that w...)
Rudraksh shut his eyes as anger surged through him. He clenched his jaw, trying to suppress the storm brewing inside him. He knew exactly what she was asking-she was too sharp, too perceptive to miss the signs. She had connected the dots effortlessly.
Rudraksh: "Shh Ruhh kehne ki zarurat nahi hai... Unko unke liye ki saza dunga main."
(Shhh, Ruhh, there's no need to say it... I will make sure they get punished.)
Ruhanika got her answers, and though they pained her, she chose not to say anything. Instead, she buried her face deeper into Rudraksh's neck, seeking solace in his warmth. His arms instinctively tightened around her, as if shielding her from the harsh reality she had just uncovered.
Ruhanika: "Suniye, kya bhavishya me humara bhi man ho sakta hai ye sab cheezo ka?? Par hume abhi toh bahaut ganda laga, hum asahaj mehsus kar rahe hai."
(Listen, could I also desire these things in the future?? But right now, I find it really disgusting, and I feel very uncomfortable.)
Rudraksh: "You're human too, Ruhh. It's possible that one day you might want this as well."
Ruhanika: "Par dard hota hai na?"
(But it hurts, right?)
Rudraksh: "It's natural, Ruhh. Women do feel some pain."
Ruhanika tightened her grip around his neck, her body trembling slightly. Rudraksh was about to say something when he suddenly felt a dampness on his skin. His eyes widened in alarm-she was crying. A sharp pang shot through his chest. He knew how strong she was, yet here she was, breaking down in his arms.
Rudraksh: "Ruhhhh"
Rudraksh tried to pull her back gently, but she refused to let go, snuggling deeper into his neck. A soft sigh escaped his lips as he gave up and simply held her close, rubbing her back soothingly.
Rudraksh: "Jaana, kya hua?? Ruhh maine kaha na Darna nahi hai, phir rona kyu hai??"
(My love, what happened? Ruhh, I told you not to be scared, so why are you crying?)
Ruhanika: "H...h..um.. hume aj..eeb lag raha hai. Kya h..um kab..hi mumma nahi banenge?? Hum sach me aapke aur humare bachche ko janam dena chahte hai, humara bahaut man hai."
(H...h..I... I feel strange. W-will I never become a mother? I really want to give birth to our child. It's something I deeply wish for.)
Rudraksh sighed as Kartavya's words echoed in his mind. He finally understood the depth of his statement-it was a woman's right to be a mother, and the decision to conceive should always be hers because it was her body, her choice. A newfound respect and realization settled in his heart as he held Ruhanika closer, vowing to stand by her in every decision she made.
Rudraksh: "Ruhhh"
Rudraksh gently tried to pull away, but Ruhanika refused to let go, clinging to him even tighter. Her grip on his vest only strengthened as she buried her face against his neck.
Rudraksh: "Betu, suno meri baat suno pehle shant ho jao dekho meri taraf."
(Sweetheart, listen to me. First, calm down and look at me.)
Rudraksh caressed her head with utmost care, his fingers running soothingly through her hair. With gentle persistence, he pulled her back slightly and eased her onto the bed. His eyes softened as he wiped away her tears, his thumbs tracing delicate circles on her cheeks. Cupping her face tenderly, he asked.
Rudraksh: "Jaan, humare shadi ko kitna waqt hua hai??"
(My love, how long have we been married?)
Ruhanika furrowed her brows and looked at him in confusion, trying to understand what he meant.
Ruhanika: "Ji 6 mahine."
(Six months.)
Rudraksh: "Vahi toh Ruhh, bas 6 mahine huye hai, aur dekho kitna kuch ho gaya hai na, hum dono hi ek dusre ke sath khush hai, aur kareeb aa gaye hai, sab kitna achcha hua hai na itne se waqt me??"
(Exactly, Ruhh. It's only been six months, and look how much has happened already. We are happy together, we have grown closer, and everything has been so beautiful in this short time, hasn't it?)
Ruhanika: "Aur humne vo humari wali activities bhi seekh Li."
(And we have also learned our special activities.)
Rudraksh chuckled at her adorable expression and gently squeezed her cheeks.
Rudraksh: "Haa meri jaan vo bhi, toh dekho abhi toh bas shuruwat hai humare rishte ki, humare pass abhi bahaut waqt hai in sari cheezo ke liye. Hum dono dheere dheere milke ek sath humare rishte ko sanwarenge na."
( Yes, my love, that too. So, see? This is just the beginning of our relationship. We have plenty of time for all these things. We will slowly nurture our bond together.)
Ruhanika slowly nodded in understanding, her eyes reflecting clarity. As the realization sank in, her tears stopped, and she took a deep breath to compose herself.
Rudraksh: "Toh phir itni fikr mat lein aap Mallika-e-Aksh, is bare me aur mat socho tum, tum apni padhai sambhalo baaki sab main sambhal lunga. "
(So don't worry so much, Mallika-e-Aksh. Don't overthink this. You focus on your studies, and I will take care of everything else.)
Ruhanika gently held Rudraksh's hand, which was still cupping her face, and pressed a soft kiss to his palm. Her touch was warm and tender, conveying her trust and affection without the need for words.
Ruhanika: "Aap jante hai aap kitne achche hai??"
(Do you know how wonderful you are?)
Rudraksh chuckled softly, flicking her nose playfully before flashing a warm smile.
Rudraksh: "Haa janta hu, kya hai na meri biwi ek mauka nahi chodti mujhe batane ka ki main kitna achcha hu aur kitna handsome bhi."
(Yes, I do. You see, my wife never misses a chance to tell me how amazing and handsome I am.)
Ruhanika: "Handsome nahi Sundar."
(Not handsome-beautiful.)
Rudraksh: "Ruhhh"
Ruhanika giggled and threw herself onto Rudraksh, catching him off guard. Both tumbled onto the bed, with Rudraksh lying beneath her as she grinned.
Ruhanika: "Hume samajhne ke liye dhanyawaad Aksh, aur hume samjhane ke liye bhi, aur humare duvidha mitane ke liye bhi."
(Thank you for understanding me, Aksh, for explaining everything to me, and for clearing my doubts.)
Rudraksh tightened his embrace, wrapping his arms securely around her waist, pulling her closer as a sense of warmth and comfort surrounded them.
Rudraksh: "Lo ji dekho, ab meri Ruhh mujhe thank you bolegi."
(Oh wow, now my Ruhh is thanking me.)
Both chuckled softly, their laughter blending in the quiet moment. She snuggled even closer to him, her warmth pressing against his, before showering his face with sweet, playful kisses, making him smile even more.
Ruhanika: "Ji ye thik tha??"
(Was that not okay?)
Rudraksh: "Haan ji, eh taan vadhiya si bugge!"
(No, no, it was perfect, bugge!)
Ruhanika: "Thik hai jii Sohneyo."
(Alright then, Sohneyo.)
Both giggled happily.
Rudraksh: "Achcha chalo ab so jao tum, araam karo."
(Okay, now go to sleep and rest.)
Ruhanika: "Ab toh hum sab jante hai, toh kya ab bhi hum aapke bheetar ho sakte hai??"
(Now that I know everything, can I still be inside you?)
Rudraksh: "Ye kaisa sawaal hai Ruhh?? Main tumhara hi hu Jaan, tum mere pass nahi aaogi toh kon aayega."
(What kind of question is that, Ruhh? I belong to you, my love. If you don't come to me, then who will?)
Ruhanika grinned mischievously and slipped herself inside his vest, seeking comfort in his warmth. Yet, despite the closeness, her mind was still filled with countless questions, thoughts swirling restlessly.
Ruhanika: "Suniye na"
(Listen...)
Rudraksh: "Puchiye na"
(Ask away)
Ruhanika: "Agar bhavishya me humare beech bhi vo ajeeb harkat huyi...to...h toh matlab kabhi humara man Kiya toh aap kya karenge??"
(If in the future, something... strange happens between us, and... I mean, if I ever feel like it, what will you do?)
Rudraksh: "Ye sawaal kyu?"
(Why are you asking this?)
Ruhanika: "Kyuki aap humesha vahi karte hai vo hum kehte hai, par phir aapki razamandi ka kya?? Aapki sehmati bhi toh honi chahiye na."
(Because you always do what I say. But what about your consent? Your agreement should matter too, right?)
Rudraksh: "Tumhari hi marzi me meri marzi hai Ruhh."
(My love, my consent is in your consent.)
Ruhanika: "Phir se humare hisaab se sab."
(Again, everything according to me.)
Rudraksh: "Haa aur ye meri marzi hai ki meri Ruhh ki marzi me meri marzi."
( Yes, and it is my wish that my Ruhh's wish is my wish.)
She giggled softly and lifted her gaze to look at him, her eyes twinkling with mischief and affection.
Ruhanika: "Kya marzi marzi kar rahe hai."
(What is this back-and-forth about wishes?)
Rudraksh chuckled softly, patting her head in an attempt to lull her to sleep. But he could tell-her mind was far from at peace. Her breathing was steady, but the slight furrow in her brows and the way she clung to him betrayed her restless thoughts. Absentmindedly, her fingers found their way to his hair, threading through the soft strands as she gently played with them. Rudraksh closed his eyes for a moment, enjoying the soothing sensation, but his focus remained on her. Lost in her thoughts, Ruhanika continued running her fingers through his hair, her mind tangled in questions she couldn't bring herself to ask. Rudraksh exhaled lightly, sensing her turmoil. He let her be for a moment, allowing her to find her own way to express what was bothering her.
Ruhanika: "Akshhh"
Rudraksh: "Hun fer ki nava sawaal le ayi bugge??"
(Hmm? What new question do you have now, bugge?)
Ruhanika: "Kya iska matlab ye hai ki mumma papa ne bhi ye ajeeb harkat ki tab hum aur bhaiyu aaye??"
(Does this mean that mom and dad also did this strange act when my brother and I were born?)
Rudraksh squeezed his eyes shut tightly, his face heating up with embarrassment as he tried to compose himself.
Ruhanika: "Kya bhaiyu aur Akshu bhabhi ne bhi Kiya hoga?? Unhe pata hoga ye sab?? "
(Did Bhaiyu and Akshu Bhabhi also do this? Do they know about all this?)
Rudraksh felt a sense of relief, knowing that he had taken the responsibility to explain everything to Ruhanika himself. He couldn't help but imagine how things would have played out if Savisha had been the one to explain-Ruhanika's curious and crazy thoughts would likely have made things a lot more complicated for Savisha!
Ruhanika: "Kya aise ek dusre ko nirvastra dekhna thoda asahaj aur ajeeb nahi?? Aur kya ye s..."
(Isn't it a little awkward and uncomfortable to see each other without clothes? And is it...)
Rudraksh pulled her into a tight embrace, holding her close.
Rudraksh: "Ruhh ye sab bahaut personal hota hai couple ke beech Ruhh, hum aise discuss nahi kar sakte hai it's not right."
(Ruhh, these things are very personal between a couple. We cannot discuss them like this. It's not right.)
Ruhanika: "Galat hai? maaf kijiye."
(Is it wrong? I'm sorry.)
Rudraksh: "Ha Ruhh, see hum apas me kya karte hai kisi ko nahi batate na. Phir ye toh aur personal hai na hum nahi bata sakte ye sab, samjhi??"
(Yes, Ruhh. See, what happens between two people is private, right? We don't tell anyone about it. And this is even more personal, so we can't discuss it. Do you understand?)
Ruhanika: "Jii"
(Yes)
Rudraksh: "Good, hun tussi so jao Sohneyo, subah college bhi Jana hai na?"
(Good. Now go to sleep, Sohneyo. You have to go to college in the morning, right?)
Ruhanika: "Ahoo Jiii. "
(Yes)
Rudraksh gently patted her head once more, his touch soothing as he felt her body relax in his arms. Soon, her breathing became slow and steady, her eyelids fluttering closed as she drifted into a deep slumber. A soft sigh escaped his lips, a mixture of relief and contentment. He couldn't help but smile to himself, the weight of the day finally lifting. Her questions had been lingering in the air, but now, with her peacefully asleep in his arms, he felt a sense of quiet satisfaction. She knew everything now, and for a moment, the tension between them eased. Rudraksh settled back, his own eyes fluttering shut. A peaceful smile graced his lips as he too drifted off to sleep, knowing that for the time being, the questions and the doubts had been put to rest.
The next morning, Rudraksh woke up feeling a deep sense of gratitude in his heart. He couldn't help but reflect on how effortlessly Ruhanika had trusted him, even after everything. She didn't act distant or uncomfortable with him. In fact, when he asked if she was feeling okay, if there was anything that bothered her, she responded so naturally, so comfortably, saying that she could never be uncomfortable with him. Her words eased his heart even more, and her assurance that she would take time to work on things with him felt like a promise to cherish their relationship, growing closer with each passing day. But poor Rudraksh, who was simply enjoying the peaceful moment, suddenly found himself at her mercy. In return for this simple, comforting gesture, Ruhanika asked him to take her on a date. And knowing full well that Rudraksh Malhotra could never say no to his wife, he sighed and agreed.
At the breakfast table, Ruhanika couldn't help but glance at Kartavya, Savisha, Akshavi, and Ashvik with a strange look in her eyes. Her gaze was lingering a little too long, and it was clear she was observing them more closely than usual. Rudraksh, who was already sensing what's going on in her brain, facepalmed himself. He knew exactly what was going on in her mind, and he also knew how this might unfold. He gently asked her not to make it too obvious for others, wanting to keep things a bit more discreet. After a peaceful breakfast, he drove her to college, making sure she was settled before heading off to start his day.
At Rathore mansion, Vijaypratap lay on the bed, wincing slightly as Sukriti gently applied ointment to his bruises. The night had been chaotic-there had been a robbery in the Rathore house, and the thieves had stolen the money he had received from JM. Sukriti's hands trembled slightly, her worry for him evident as she tended to his wounds, but Vijaypratap remained silent, deep in thought about the events that had transpired.
Vijaypratap: "Ahhh, araam se lagao."
(Ahhh, apply it carefully.)
Sukriti: "Jab nahi lad sakte the choro se toh kyu gaye the??"
(If you couldn't fight those thieves, then why did you go there in the first place?)
Vijaypratap: "Chote nahi the vo, mujhe yakeen hai ye us Rudraksh Malhotra aur Ashvik Rajpurohit ka hi kaam hai."
(They weren't just some petty thieves. I'm sure this is the work of that Rudraksh Malhotra and Ashvik Rajpurohit.)
Sukriti: "Galti aapke aadmiyo ki hai jo ki pakde gaye hai."
(The fault lies with your men for getting caught.)
Vijaypratap: "Chup raho, agar aise hi chalta raha toh bahaut jaldi hi hume khatam kar dega vo."
(Shut up! If this keeps going on, he will finish us off very soon.)
Sukriti: "Jab JM bhaisaab agle hafte aa hi rahe the toh kya zarurat thi us Bewakoof ladki par hamla karane ki?"
(When JM Bhai-saab was already coming next week, what was the need to attack that foolish girl?)
Vijaypratap: "Tumhe kya lagta hai JM, us Rudraksh Malhotra ke bare me pata karega aur use pata nahi chalega?? Mafia King the LEO hai vo, underworld me uske khilaaf ek patta bhi nahi hilta hai, aur JM ne itna kuch kar diya hai, vo chodega kya use??"
(Do you think JM can investigate Rudraksh Malhotra without him finding out? He is The LEO, the Mafia King. Nothing happens in the underworld against him without his knowledge. And after everything JM has done, do you really think he will let him go?)
Sukriti: "Aapke kehne ka matlab hai ki Rudraksh ko JM ke bare me pata hai??"
(Are you saying Rudraksh already knows about JM?)
Vijaypratap: "Haan use pata hoga hi, hum pe bhi nazar hai uski, sab pata hoga use, JM ko jo karna hai bahaut dhyaan se karna padega."
(Yes, he must know by now. He has eyes on us too. He probably knows everything. JM will have to act very carefully.)
Sukriti: "Iska matlab JM bhaisaab yaha aa rahe hai ye bhi pata hoga??"
(Then does that mean Rudraksh also knows that JM Bhai-saab is coming here?)
Vijaypratap: "Pata nahi ye toh."
(That... I'm not sure of.)
Sukriti nodded, her focus remaining on tending to his bruises, while Vijaypratap lay still, lost in thought. He couldn't shake the unease gnawing at him. It had been months since Sachet and Mahira had been in a coma, but according to the doctors, they would soon regain consciousness. The thought made him tense. He knew that once they woke up, Rudraksh would not rest until he made sure they were dealt with. The uncertainty of what Rudraksh's next move would be weighed heavily on his mind, and Vijaypratap couldn't shake the feeling that trouble was on the horizon.
In the dimly lit dungeon, 5-6 men hung upside down, their faces bruised and bloodied from the brutal beating they'd endured. Their condition was deplorable, and it was clear that Rudraksh's men had made sure they received a harsh treatment. The air was heavy with the scent of blood and sweat as the men groaned in pain, their helplessness evident.
The heavy door creaked open, and Amandeep entered the room with a calm, collected demeanor. His gaze briefly flicked over the battered men before he approached the center of the room. He could feel the tension in the air as the men, despite their suffering, tried to gather the strength to look at him, but Amandeep remained unfazed.
Amandeep: "Kuch bataya in logo ne??"
(Did they say anything?)
Rudraksh's men bowed their heads respectfully, acknowledging Amandeep's presence. From the group, one man stepped forward-Andrew, a trusted and seasoned member of Rudraksh's crew. His face was hard, his expression neutral, but his eyes held a flicker of concern as he approached Amandeep.
Andrew: "No, sir. They were shocked when we mentioned Vijaypratap's name but didn't utter a word."
Amandeep stormed toward the leader of the group, grabbing him by the hair with a fierce grip, his anger evident in the force of his actions.
Amandeep: "Kis liye bacha rahe ho use?? Hum jante hai ye sab uska kiya dhara hai, uskemi history janni hai bas... Bata do Varna is tarah ladke rehne se khoon dimag tak chala jayega aur iski vajah se jaan bhi ka sakti hai tumhari."
(Why are you protecting him? We already know he is behind all of this. We just need his history... Tell us everything, or else staying quiet like this will only cause your blood to rush to your brain, and that might cost you your life.)
Head man: "Jab...jante ho isme vij..aypratap ka hath hai toh baaki sa...b bhi pa..ta kar lo."
(If... you already know that Vij...aypratap is involved, then find out the rest on your own.)
Amandeep: "I gave you one chance, but no-looks like you people are in love with death. Alright then, we'll meet in the evening with the Mafia King, LEO. Bye."
Amandeep made a quick gesture to his men, signaling them to follow his instructions, before turning and leaving the scene with determination.
