Beacon Classroom arena.

Glynda: I know that is a tough act to follow but we have time for one more sparing match, any volunteers.

Glynda: Ms. Belladonna you have been rather docile the past few classes why don't you

Mercury: I'll do it

Glynda: Mercury was it? Very well let's find you an opponent.

Mercury: Actually, I want to fight her.

Glynda: Mrs. Nikos already finished a match, I was actually thinking of y/n.

She looks to the stands and sees that he is not there.

Glynda: Where is he anyway?

Ruby: Oh he got special permission to do some extra credit with another professor during this time.

Glynda: What! Which professor.

Otto Octavious' classroom

Y/n is looking into Otto's notes on a project he was working on while Otto grades papers.

y/n: I am done.

This grabs ottos' attention immediately, as he pushes his chair right across from him.

Otto: So what do you think?

y/n: I think that is his genius. Are AI and humans having a symbiotic relationship with the mind? It's a new technology at its finest.

Otto: Thank you Mr. y/n, it is nice to share ideas from another great mind such as myself, but I would like it if you kept this a secret at least for now.

y/n: Yes sir, I am very good at keeping secrets, but why are you having the AI part of four mechanical arms.

Otto: Well don't tell anybody but Ozpin is thinking of making a robotics class and he is considering me for the job, so I will have to do double duty, and these arms could help me with that.

y/n: So how do they work exactly?

Otto: Well When I put on the extra arms the AI's brain and my brain would be synced so controlling those extra arms would be just as easy as controlling my own.

y/n: But can the AI take over?

Otto: Oh no it's not a smart AI Mr. l/n.

y/n: Cool so when do you think it will be finished?

Otto: By the end of the day.

y/n: But, Mr. Octavius I noticed that the designs are not complete.

Otto: Well I was hoping you can help me with that Mr. l/n.

y/n: Wait, r..really!?

Otto: I believe that if we can put our heads together we can finish it in no time, I already built half of it, so what do you say.

y/n: Yes! Of course! Where do you keep it?

Otto: Here.

He presses a button and the floor opens up and lifts a platform with Ottos' 4 mechanical arms, but they clearly still need work.

y/n: Wait! Where the hell did that come from!?

Otto: Every classroom has one believe it or not.

y/n: That is awesome!

Otto: Ready to work?

y/n: Yes!

Otto: Then let us get to work.

The two geniuses work for the rest of the school day, they worked on putting it together and y/n made improvements to make the arms even better than ever Otto thought.

Otto wipes sweat off of his forehead.

Otto: Hey y/n, I believe we are done.

The finished arms were metallic black and around 5'10 ft. in their base form but can stretch out to 7 ft.

y/n: phew, that took longer than I thought.

Otto: Well you know what they say the greatest things take the longest time to make.

y/n: Uh, who says that?

Otto: I do.

y/n: Oh, OK.

Otto stops looking at their accomplishment and looks at the clock.

Otto: Well I believe I kept you here long enough.

y/n: Oh yeah I promised Pyrrah that I would train Jaune while she picks out a dress for the dance.

Otto: Oh right, the dance, do you have a date Mr. l/n.

y/n blushes a little bit.

y/n: *whispers* I will.

Otto: Pardon.

y/n: Sorry I got to go see you later.

Otto: Goodbye y/n, have a good evening.

Cinder's Dorm/Lair

Emerald: And finally y/n l/n

Cinder: Oh yes the Individual student with no team. He must be useful if Ozpin managed to get him in after the entrance exam. How are his fighting skills?

Mercury: Sorry boss, can't answer that question.

Cinder: And why is that?

Emerald: Because we have never seen him fight.

Cinder had an honest surprise on her face.

Cinder: H.how is that possible, you two have been here long enough you should have seen spar at least.

Mercury: I heard that he works part-time for VNN, which would explain why he comes and goes so often, mainly during sparing class, some must not that be that great of a fighter. Also, he is short and just comes off as a wimp.

Emerald: We can't know that for sure Mercury.

Cinder: Don't worry, we will find out how good he really is soon, anyway anything else I should know.

Emerald: Well the man is brilliant.

Cinder: A genius?

Emerald: From what I have seen he aces all his classes, and whenever we have Chemistry class he often finishes five minutes before everyone else at least, and in math classes no matter how hard the question he seems to just know the answer. I can go on mam but the point is despite his skills, he will be an issue if he gets in our way.

Cinder: Or if we play our cards right he might be useful to us. Everybody had a weakness we just need to find his. In the meantime watch him more closely.

Emerald: Yes mam.

Mercury: *sigh* Whatever.

Team RWBY + y/n's dorm

Yang pov

Well, Jaune just tried to ask Weiss to the dance for the eightieth time.

Weiss: What!

Yang: And that is why they call you the Ice Queen.

Weiss: All my life boys have only cared about the perks of my last name. Besides, I already have a date in mind.

Well, I guess this is as good a time as any to tell them about what happened with y/n, oh I did not think I would be this nervous about it.

Yang: Well *ahem* that..um, actually makes two of us.

Ruby: Really, *High excited voice* oh it is it y/n!!!

Yang: Well yeah, we actually went on a date last weekend.

Ruby seemed a little offended.

Ruby: Why did you not tell me Yang we tell each other everything.

Yang: I wanted to wait until the right time.

Weiss: Well this isn't it.

I start to blush just a little.

Yang: I know but I could not hold it in anymore I had to tell someone.

Weiss was getting amused at my embarrassment, *scoff* I would have expected nothing less from her.

Weiss: You know Yang you seem to be getting awfully flustered about one date, what did you kiss him or something.

I just kinda fold my arms and look away.

Yang: Yeah.

Ruby's face lit up.

Ruby: Really!?

Yang: It was his first kiss too.

Ruby: Ohhh that is so romantic!

Yang: It really was, so I was going to invite him to be my date.

Weiss: Well date or no date it won't matter if Blake's not going.

3rd pov

y/n: OK Jaune that was better but you still need to work on your form when you strike with your sword.

Jaune: OK what do you want me to do?

y/n: Well you got the speed of swing down but not the force, you also need to have force as well. You need to bend your knees when you swing creating force with your strike.

Jaune: How do you know so much about swords, if you use a bow staff?

y/n: My aunt May had a sword, and she let me use it when I was younger, much to mom's dismay. But enough about me try the move,

Jaune gets ready

but doesn't use too much force or speed or you will throw yourself off the...

He tries the technique but he uses too much force and speed and force and throws himself to the edge of the roof.

y/n: JAUNE!

Jaune: WAAAA!!

He was about to fall but y/n catches him with a web from his web-shooters seeing no other way to save him in time and reels him back in

Jaune regains his composer then realizes there is a web on him

Jaune: Y/n your Spider-Man!

y/n: Shhhhhh!! OK yes, I am Spider-Man.

Jaune: Oh my god this is incredible, does anyone else.

y/n: Well thank you but I need you to keep this between us ok.

Jaune: But why I get random people but our friends.

y/n: Because I want to protect them.

Jaune: OK but why do you do it how can you do it.

y/n: OK your gonna want to sit down.

10 minutes pass, they are both sitting on the edge of the roof.

Jaune: Wow that is quite a story.

y/n: Yeah

Jaune: You're so cool.

y/n: Thanks Jaune you are pretty cool too.

Jaune: Well I don't know about that.

y/n: Sure you are my friend and your my friend and that makes you cool to me.

Jaune: Thanks man, hey maybe you can help me get a date for the dance.

y/n: Yeah. I don't think you need my help man.

Jaune: Well the one person I want to go with keeps shooting me down.

y/n gets a surprised look on his face.

y/n: Seriously, she turned you down, she is crazy about you man.

Jaune: Wait what?

y/n: Yeah man she wants you, you never noticed, she lights up when she talks to you.

Jaune: Well I don't know what you been seeing but I can get past that icy exterior.

y/n: Icy exterior? Who are you talking about?

Jaune: Weiss, who are you talking about?

y/n: Pyrrha.

Jaune: Pyrrha? She isn't into me.

y/n: Yeah dude, you never noticed.

Jaune looked a little confused and shakes his head.

Jaune: She is?

y/n: *sigh OK close your eyes.

Jaune closes his eyes

y/n: Now imagine all the time you've been with Pyrrah, but do it with the fact that she is into you.

Jaune: OK.............!!

He opens his eyes

Jaune: Holy crap she's into me!

y/n: Yeah she is.

Jaune: What should I do?

y/n: Ask her to the dance.

Jaune: Now?

y/n: Yes now go!

y/n: Well I guess I should be heading back myself.

*Buzz*

y/n got out his scroll.

Ozpin: *Text* Hello can you meet me in my office asap, no masks,

y/n: Well never mind.

30 min later Ozpins office.

Ozpin: Hello Mr. l/n, I'm sorry I called you in at this hour, please take a seat.

y/n: It's OK Oz but why couldn't I just swing here it's dark enough where nobody would see me.

Ozpin: I didn't want to risk it, I am sure you are aware Atlas headmaster General Ironwood is in town and he is not that fond of Spider-Man, and since he is staying at Beacon I thought you might need to avoid being Spider-Man while at school.

y/n: I noticed. So, why did you call me here?

Ozpin: I actually called you here because there is a mission that I think Spider-Man would be best suited for.

y/n: What is it?

Ozpin: Well awhile ago I sent one of our second-year teams on an away mission to cheek out a power relay station that went dark, about a week ago, so I sent them into cheek it out, if their communications are down or if someone or something had got to them.

y/n: And now the team is not responding anymore either right?

Ozpin: Yes Glenda thinks that it might be too risky to send another team in, and she says that CFVY is one of the best teams we have and they will be out all right, but I got a bad feeling that I can't shake the feeling that somethings not right.

y/n: Wait, *giggles* Have you sent in team milk.

Ozpin adverts his eyes

y/n: Wait there is team milk!?

Ozpin: Listen I the council does not want me sending a team.

y/n: But Spider-Man does not fall under their jurisdiction.

Ozpin: So you'll do it?

y/n: People need help how can I say no, I can be there tomorrow.

y/n: Wait, I need an excuse to leave school.

Ozpin: Oh I will just tell the faculty I sent you on a mission just beyond the Emerald forest.

y/n: Wait that won't work, people will get suspicious if I y/n goes on a mission around the same time Spider-Man saves team CFVY, won't people start putting pieces together.

Ozpin: *chuckle* Oh don't worry y/n, from what I gathered from the school and beyond you are the last type of person people associate Spider-Man with, and I must say I am impressed with how you have been able to distinguish your two alter egos.

y/n had a confused look on his face.

y/n: *whispers* Did he just compliment and insult me at the same time?

y/n: Thanks? *ahem* Where am I going anyway.

Ozpin: Northeast of Vale just past the forever fall forest, the station was run manually before it became fully automated, so it was built with a control tower that is still there, so you find it you find the station...

y/n: I won't let you down.

y/n starts to leave but then stops, as he realizes something Ozpin said that did not occur to him until now.

y/n: Why...why are you worried?

Ozpin: Excuse me?

y/n: Team CFVY why are you worried about them?

Ozpin: Because they are not responding.

y/n: But you told me Glynda considered them one of the best fighters here, and from what I have Been told by Ruby and the rest of the team, she is a very good judge of character when it comes to someone fighting skill. So if she has enough confidence in them to not worry, why don't you?

Ozpin:...

y/n: You Know who has them, don't you.

Ozpin: Mr. l/n, You know what you need to know, you're not ready for the rest.

A long silence fills the room.

y/n: I will try to keep that in mind Oz.

y/n exits the office and goes to his dorm, and sees 3/4 of team RWBY waiting for sleeping, and he soon follows suit.

A/n Hey everybody just a quick update school for me just started up again so I might not update the story as much as I like. But I will do my best, and We have lots of ideas for the story going forward!..*ahem* Sorry something in my throat, see you next time.
