Chapter 38 - Oh Boy

I just worked out with Anwar and now I'm done with my training. I decided sit beside Olivia and Calla who are currently talking about music. I joined them for a few minutes until I decided to take a shower. After done, I put on my black shorts and white tanktop along with my leather jacket.

I walked out from the bathroom and then go straight outside to my car. At the same time, my dad arrived and parked his car beside me. He got out and looked at me without any expression.

"Your training day today?" I asked and he nodded. I was going to get in my car when my dad said, "Bring Lucas to dinner at our house tonight." I was going to say something but he walked away. I smiled widely seeing him walking inside the base.

I got into the car and drove out from the base. I called Lucas through the speaker.

"Hey babe." Lucas answered.

"Are you free tonight?" I asked.

"I have a meeting at 6.30 later on." Oh no..

"Uhmm."

"Why? Is there something wrong?" He asked.

"My dad asked you to come to dinner tonight." I said and there's no respon from him after I said that.

"Hello? Hello? Lucas, are you there?" I asked.

"Yeah.. I was just speechless." Of course, he will be speechless. It's been a long time that dad ignored him and never talk to Lucas. It's a miracle to see my dad say to invite Lucas to dinner tonight.

"Okay."

"The meeting?"

"You're more important." That made me smile. Lucas never fail to make me happy. He's just amazing.

"You sure? I can ask him to-"

"No!" He stopped right away.

"Oh okay." I said.

"Uhmm I'm nervous." He said in a trembling voice.

"Don't be.. he's just an ordinary person."

"He's your dad." He said and it made me chuckle.

"You're free now?"

"Yeah.. I have a meeting in 2 hours. Wanna come here?" He asked.

"Can I? You can sleep with that 2 hours."

"I need you to charge me." He said.

"Be there in 20." I said and ended the call. I started my car and drove out from the base. I drove away towards Lucas' office and parked my car in front of the building. I walked inside and walked straight to Lucas' office.

"Baby, I'm he- you again." I looked at Andre bored.

"I'm hurt to see you not that happy to see me." He said pouting and I chuckled.

"Why do you keep on seeing my boyfriend?" I asked as I walked to Lucas. Lucas kissed my cheek and I looked at him.

"I love your boyfriend so much that's why I like to be with him all the time." Andre said.

"He's here because his wife is ignoring him." Lucas said.

"Poor you.. I mean I will act the same. I mean you're a damn idiot." I said and Andre laughed.

"I'm outta here, I hate seeing you both eating each other." He got up from his seat and hugged both of us before he leaves.

"I'm nervous." He said and I turned to him. I caressed his cheek and smiled widely.

"You have me, don't worry."

"Gosh.. I'm nervous." He said and I hugged him. I patted his back trying to calm him down.

"I want to have you." He said and I smiled secretly.

"You already have me." I said as I released the hug.

"You know what I mean, Crystal."

"I know." I smiled and he crashed his lips to mine. I wrapped my arms around his neck.

"Guys.. Ugh!" We both turned and looked at Andre glaring.

"I'm sorry.. for interupting your eating each other face time but I want to ask if.. uhmm.. nothing." He sighed and I chuckled.

"Tatiana?" I asked and he nodded.

"Why? You're starting to have this soft spot for her?" Lucas asked and his eyes turned cold.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Nothing." He sighed and walked out the door.

"He will work it out." Lucas caught my arm and turned my body to him.

"Yeah, he can work it out. You should be ready." I said as I poked his chest. He nodded and I looked up to him.

"Don't worry, he will let you be with me."

"Still nervous.." I leaned my face closer to him until out nose touched.

"I love you." I said and kissed his nose. He smiled.

"Love you too. How's your workout earlier?" He asked.

"Okay.. I guess."

After that we talked and he went to his meeting. I went back to my office and worked for a little bit. I got back home and parked my car beside Brandon's. I walked inside and saw my brother standing next to the pool. I walked towards him and stood beside him.

"Fancy seeing you here without Priscilla." I said.

"Dad invite Lucas huh?" He asked.

"Yeah.. He's nervous."

"He's crazy." His statement made me raise my eyebrows.

"What do you mean?"

"He never stop asking dad, me, Dylan and Matthew."

"Never stop? He only asked you both twice right?"

"No. He literally begged dad a few times but the results were always the same.. still a big no. So it's quite crazy to heard him invitin Lucas to dinner." I smiled.

"I love him.. a lot."

"We all know that. Dad just loves you too much to let you go. Since we were kids, he always loves you extra and always teach us to protect you no matter what. I don't blame him if this is the most hardest decision for him." Brandon said and I nodded.

"Even I still don't approve him." We both turned to Matthew as he stood beside me.

"Not you too."

"I'm kidding, we talked the other day." Matthew chuckled and I hissed.

"Talk about what?"

"You'll know about it later on." He ruffled my head and I smacked his hand away from me.

"Kids, do you want cupcakes? Angel baked these." My mom said and we all automaticly walked into the kitchen. I took one and ate it.

"Let's cook for dinner." I said and she looked at me confuse.

"I thought we're going to eat outside."

"Mom, dad invites Lucas to eat dinner here. That's why we're here."

"We're all your wives?" She looked at Matthew and Brandon raising her eyebrows.

"We will pick them up later." Brandon said and yes.. that's weird. I turned to them both and they just grabbed a cupcake and left the kithen.

"Oh boy.." I sighed when I realise what they're going to do.
