Chapter 261
The Billionaire’s Maid Bride
Downtown, in a shopping mall.
Allison picked out a Lego set as a birthday gift for Jesse. She walked out of the Lego store with a paper bag in her hand and ran into a wornan wearing GUCCI sunglasses.
âHey, Ms. Flanagan.â The woman responded with a smile, âWhat a coincidence, youâre also here picking out Legos? I saw a limited edition one here a few days ago, how about I get you one if you like?â
Allison didnât know this woman, but judging by her outfit, she seemed like a rich girl and apparently knew Penelope. âYouâve got the wrong personâ Allison said.
âNo mistake, Ms. Flanagan.â The woman seemed surprised, âMs. Flanagan, like I mentioned before, it would be nice if you could put in a good word for us. We are willing to offer our utmost sincerity.â
Allison looked at her, âTake another look, do I look like Penelope?â The woman paused, and stared at Allisonâs face for a few seconds, a puzzled expression appeared on her face. It seemed like there were indeed some differences.
Allison left the Lego store and hopped into a cab to the restaurant.
After getting off the cab, Allison felt like something was off but couldnât quite put her finger on it. She shook her head, deciding not to think too much about it.
First things first, celebrate Jesseâs birthday.
Jesse started high school this year. Every time Allison went over to Daisyâs house, she would see him, a handsome big boy As Allison walked into the restaurant, she sent Daisy a text. Daisy was waiting for her at the stairs on the second floor, she walked over and grabbed Allisonâs hand as soon as she saw her, âWhat gift did you prepare for him? He doesnât need any of these.â
Who said I donât need them.â A clear, youthful voice.
A tall and slim boy in a Nike tracksuit walked over, âDaisy, Allison prepared the gift for me, not for you.â
Daisy gave Jesse a playful punch on his shoulder, âWho let you come out?â
âMum and dad sent me out to welcome you guys.â Jesse said.
He took the gift from Allison, âAllison, thank you for the Lego, I love it. Iâll put it together tomorrow and take a picture Allison smiled, âSure.â
for you.â
Looking at Allisonâs gentle smile, Jesseâs eyes sparkled. He led the way, heart pounding, âAllison, whenâs your birthday? Iâll prepare a gift for you too.â
Daisy pinched his arm, âYou canât even remember my birthday. Every time I have to remind you.â
âHey, youâre so hotâtempered.â Jesse hid behind Allison, his fingers lightly touched Allisonâs shoulder, avoiding Daisyâs attack.
The scent of Allisonâs hair filled Jesseâs nostrils, his ears turned slightly red, but he took a deep breath as he was dodging.
The Santos siblings, one hiding behind Allison, the other chasing him in front.
Allison laughed and shook her head, stepping in to stop Daisy.
When Jesse saw that Daisy was held back, he immediately jumped up. âDaisy, youâre so temperamental. No wonder you still donât have a boyfriend. Look at Allison, sheâs so easygoing.â
âWhy donât you make Allison your sister then.â Daisy said.
âI would love to, but I donât have that choice.â Jesse said.
âJesse, you dare to dream! Iâll show you!â Daisy said..
âOh, Allison, save me Jesse said.
Allison couldnât help but laugh, watching the two of them goofing around.
After fooling around in the corridor for a while, the three of them entered a private room.
