Hector was the most suitable choice to lead the Dixon Group. Even as a non-blood son, Hector had been raised with great care. This showed how much he valued Casey. Naturally, she would do her best to take care of Raegan, since she was Casey's daughter.

Mitchel made his decision after careful thought. He knew that the Dixon Group would not decline under Hector's leadership. Furthermore, he had already given a significant amount of stock to Raegan and Janey.

If Raegan wanted to take over directing, she could do so. And if not, Hector would make sure they received their fair share of the profits.
