"Raegan should be prepared for what's to come... Luis suggested timidly."

“No,” Mitchel intervened firmly, his voice icy over the line. "I don't want to burden her with worries."

“Okay, but…” Luis started but stopped mid-sentence, realizing the futility of his hopeful musings.

With brotherly conviction, Luis assured: «Forget it. You're going to get ahead. I've got your back."

When Mitchel's call ended, Matteo stood by the car, patiently waiting for Mitchel's next move.

Mitchel's gaze locked on Crescent's vivid insignia, deep in thought, until he finally broke the silence. "Let's go to the office."

Mitchel realized the tasks before him, an overwhelming tide of obligations.

In a change of scenery, Katie found solace at Luciana's house, her eyes widening as she confided in her about Mitchel's coldness.

Luciana consoled her: «Katie, don't worry. I am here and I trust you with all my heart. I recognize your baby.

The comfort found in Luciana's words strengthened Katie's determination and her attention to Luciana increased.

With a warm smile, Luciana accepted and drank with Katie's gaze on her.

Once Luciana was comfortably curled up in bed, Katie gently urged her, “Time for sleep.”

Luciana's sleep was quick, as always.
