Chapter 674

Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook

? ? ? ? ?

Alexis fell to the ground, moaning in pain.

"Did you get it?" Alexis growled at his guard, who had not acted.

Alexis' bodyguard nodded, quickly hiding his phone.

Gloating, Alexis boasted, “How dare you lay a hand on your father, you ungrateful girl! I will let everyone know what a disloyal son the prestigious leader of the Dixon Group is.

Everyone present was speechless. They were shocked by Alexis' audacity.

Just then, Beuford suggested, "Mr. Mitchel Dixon, may I speak to Mr. Alexis Dixon in private?"

Mitchel agreed, understanding Beuford's desire to discuss family matters away from the public eye. With Alexis acting irrationally, it was best to avoid giving onlookers more than gossip about the Dixon family.

Mitchel dismissed everyone, promising to update them once the family matter was resolved.

When the shareholders left, the atmosphere was a bit confusing. Some were relieved to have been ready ahead of time, while others regretted having the wrong team.

Today, everyone could see Mitchel's sharpness and decisiveness. Any of Alexis's supporters in the company would certainly face consequences. They later realized that Mitchel's calmness was part of a larger plan.

Alexis's bodyguards were fired, leaving Alexis helpless. Henley was also escorted out.

Now there were only Beuford and Alexis inside.

Mitchel was the last one to leave the room.

Breaking the silence, Henley asked, "What are they talking about?"

Mitchel, calm and distant, showed no interest in chatting.

"Do you really think so little of me, Mitchel?" Henley half-jokingly asked, "Is it because your mother is considered more 'honorable' than mine?"

Mitchel turned to look at Henley, speaking with quiet authority. «It is not about being born better or worse than anyone else. It's about our actions and intentions. “Some people are always up to something bad.”

Henley's expression changed, his hands clenched.

Mitchel added: "And save the drama. "I'm not interested in entertaining him."

Henley couldn't stand Mitchel's distant and arrogant attitude, as if he owned the world. Plus, for him, Mitchel stole the only kindness and warmth he had ever received.

Although Henley was up to something deep, he feigned innocence by saying, "Why do you think I'm acting? We are brothers and nothing can change that, no matter how much you deny it.

Mitchel seemed indifferent, as if Henley were invisible to him.

Still, Henley continued: "I heard that Miss Glyn is pregnant. It seems that you will soon have an heir, enjoying life with two women. You must feel very lucky. How did you manage to win over Raegan? Could you give me some advice to win the heart of the lady of my dreams?

Henley's question seemed genuine, but his voice was filled with sarcasm, his mention of Raegan deliberate.
