The lady acted quickly, getting into Raegan's car and grabbing the keys. He said cheekily: "If you don't pay, you're not going anywhere today."
The man repeated between his teeth: "Pretty woman..."
Raegan approached the lady, trying to retrieve her car keys.
But the woman reacted instantly, placing herself in front of Raegan's vehicle, screaming and rolling on the ground. «He's hitting me! He's hitting me! It's going to kill me..."
Raegan was stunned. His performance was impeccable, executed with ease. Raegan realized they were professional scammers.
The surroundings were remote, with no shops or houses around, let alone security cameras. It made sense that they had chosen that place.
Raegan calmly suggested, âI don't carry cash and my card doesn't work. Could you call someone to bring you the money?
The lady looked doubtful. "You're not playing a joke on me, are you?"
«No, of course not. This luxury car is not mine. It is rented. I like to look richer than I am and I don't want anyone to find out that I've blown a tire. "It's arrived just in time," Raegan assured the lady, with signs of seriousness.
Oh, my leg was injured from the fall. "It is not enough to pay for the wheel."
"How much are you asking?" Raegan asked.
The lady's expression changed slightly. âI would need something like twenty or thirty thousand for my recovery!â
And that was on top of the eight thousand eight hundred for that cheap tire. What a bold request!
Raegan's mind raced, knowing that scammers were distrustful by nature.
"I really can't afford that much," Raegan answered truthfully.
«Asking so much is not reasonable. "Let's agree on a realistic amount."
Watching Raegan negotiate, the lady assumed Raegan might be gullible and said, "Okay, eighteen thousand, no less."
"And fifteen thousand?" Raegan replied.
The lady, believing that Raegan was really getting involved in the negotiation, relaxed her suspicions and agreed: "Okay, that's fine with me."
The lady then handed her own phone to Raegan to make a call.
Raegan dialed and said, âAmber, can you bring me some money?â
Once the address was delivered by Raegan, the lady felt that her schemes had succeeded, smiling Raegan told the lady, âDon't worry. Amber is nearby. "It will arrive in no more than twenty minutes."
The lady could not hide her happiness.
Meanwhile, the man continued to leer at Raegan, his drooling gaze unnerving.
When the moment seemed right, Raegan pretended to remember something and exclaimed, âOh! I just remembered. I have three thousand in cash in the car. Let him take it."
The lady, excited by the mention of the money, encouraged: "Okay, dear, go get it."
The lady then returned the car keys to Raegan.
Calmly, Raegan opened the car door and got inside.
The lady watched impatiently as Raegan appeared to reach into the glove compartment, only to see her quickly close the door and lock it from the inside.
The lady's face contorted with rage and she tried to yank the door open, but it didn't budge. Muffled by the car windows, she cursed at the top of her lungs.
The car was very well soundproofed. Raegan could only catch the angry words through lip reading.
In a fit of rage, the man grabbed a rock and threw it at Raegan's car.
Before the man could throw the rock, a muscular guy intervened, grabbing the man's waist.
and threw it to the pavement with a loud bang.
Raegan's eyes widened as she saw Stefan standing before her. He didn't understand how he had appeared on that deserted road.
Seeing that her son was being treated rudely, the lady attacked Stefan without a second thought.
