Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook

Additionally, after Raegan disappeared after the car incident, Luciana attempted to comfort Mitchel. However, her words stung Mitchel, causing him to resist seeing Luciana, not wanting to hear words about the possibility that Raegan had died. Since then, their bond has weakened. With no other option, Luciana tended to take care of Mitchel through Katie.
Katie smiled and took the box of food from Luciana. «Mitchel just finished eating the food I brought him. I'm afraid you won't be able to eat anything else tonight. Well, I'm still hungry. Do you mind if I eat the delicious food you prepared?
Luciana nodded, feeling grateful for Katie's kind words. She would be upset if Mitchel once again resisted the food she prepared for him.
"Luciana, if you don't mind, I can help you deliver the food you prepare for Mitchel tomorrow," Katie added.
Luciana smiled and said, "Okay."
Then Katie linked her arms with Luciana and murmured, âMitchel is sleeping right now. Better not to bother him for now. "Let's go for a walk together."
Luciana raised an eyebrow. "I thought you would stay a little longer in Mitchel's room."
Despite the turmoil raging in her mind, Katie's smile didn't waver nor did her tone. «When I finish your tasty meal, I will see Mitchel again. âRight now, let me take a walk with you.â
The assumption that Katie and Mitchel got along made Luciana smile.
âOkay then,â Luciana smiled.
"It's a beautiful day." A shy smile curved Katie's lips and she added lovingly, "And to think we'll be a family soon. "I'm so excited."
Luciana touched Katie's hand and sighed. "Yeah. Knowing that you are here to take care of Mitchel relieves me.
Seeing her opportunity, Katie quickly said, âAbout the press conference, I think we should do it earlier than planned.â "Mitchel has had several difficulties in recent days, and I am a little worried."
The last sentence struck a chord with Luciana. His face turned grave as he remembered a fortune teller who predicted that Mitchel would face calamities this year and noted that calamities could only be resolved through a blessed marriage.
âKatie, do what you need,â Luciana announced.
In the room.
Earlier, when Raegan collided with Katie, she didn't notice anything wrong with her feet. But later, his feet began to feel uncomfortable, so much so that he had trouble standing.
He looked at Mitchel and said, "I have to go home."
"Come first." Mitchel leaned his back against the soft pillow of the bed. His injuries prevented him from sitting for too long, so he could only lean slightly to one side.
"Because?" Raegan looked at him suspiciously and didn't come closer.
Mitchel glanced at her briefly, not feeling particularly talkative.
She asked, "Do you want to come alone or do I have to carry you?"
Raegan scoffed, âCan you still carry someoneâ¦?â
As she spoke, Mitchel's imposing figure materialized before her, making her words die on her tongue. He reached down and picked her up effortlessly, using only his uninjured hand.
âAh!â Surprised, Raegan exclaimed and instinctively wrapped her hands around his neck. âMitchel, are you crazy?â
He was still hurt, and yet he was being so reckless. Luckily, the bed was within reach. In a matter of seconds, he had Raegan on the bed.
But Raegan was far from calm. Her heart was beating in a wild staccato and she glared at him, her voice thick with panic as she demanded, âWhat the hell are you doing, Mitchel?â
Mitchell didn't respond. He grabbed her feet and took off her shoes.
Because of his injuries, he couldn't squat, so he sat on the bed next to her and placed her leg over his.
Raegan lay back on the bed and looked at Mitchel with wide eyes.
I couldn't help but feel like I was completely under his control.
She felt very nervous and felt like kicking him in the shin.
«If you try to take off my clothes, I will ask for helpâ¦Â».
"Don't move," Mitchel ordered tersely and pinched her ankle hard.
âUmâ¦â Raegan had been scolding him when the uncomfortable sensation in his foot suddenly turned icy, causing his tone to change involuntarily.
She didn't know when Mitchel had gotten the ice cubes. He put them on his feet and rubbed them gently.
Raegan's feet were well cared for, tender and delicate. At this point, his fingers were red and swollen from being scalded by the steaming hot soup.
Mitchel's gaze sharpened as he leaned forward, focused on his task. He tilted his head slightly as he carefully pressed the ice against the injured foot.
Raegan couldn't help but blush as she watched Mitchel hold her tender foot in his hand. Unable to bear the silence any longer, he asked, "How did you know?"
"Do you think everyone is as careless as you?" Mitchel replied. He'd noticed the soup stain on her shoes earlier, the same reason he'd urged Raegan inside without bothering to continue talking to Katie.
There were medications to improve blood flow and remove stagnant blood, as well as a plentiful supply of ice cubes in the room.
Mitchel gently massaged the affected area and applied the ointment.
He rubbed it too, and after a few seconds, he pressed the area even more firmly, a hint of frustration appearing on his face as he didn't get the reaction he was hoping for. "You've been burned badly, but you act like you barely feel it."
Raegan was wearing socks, so it had cushioned the impact of the soup a bit, but her feet were too delicate. The burn looked bad, but he felt much better after Mitchel applied ice.
However, the place Mitchel was massaging was an erogenous zoneâ¦
Raegan's expression changed immediately and she reached out to grab his hand. "For. Don't touch..."
Mitchel frowned. "Does it hurt?" His words may have been a little harsh, but he was hardly using force in the massage. Seeing Raegan's strange reaction, he looked at her confused.
Mitchel still hadn't stopped rubbing that spot and it was making Raegan's face burn more by the second. "It stings me."
Mitchel narrowed his eyes, carefully inspecting every inch of her face.
