Chapter 1325

Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook

Chapter 1325:

? ? ? ? ?

Doreen's friends sprayed champagne wildly to celebrate.

Nicole was drenched in champagne and wine, but she was not in a festive mood like everyone else. She felt an indescribable chill inside her.

Nicole didn't know what to say. Although she hoped Roscoe wouldn't recover the fragments of his memory loss, it was clear that Doreen wasn't the right match.

If Roscoe ended up with Doreen, he would be under the thumb of the Watts family and Doreen.

Nicole could already see Roscoe's pain and struggle when Doreen was around, and what would happen in the future? If one day I remembered the past, it would bring even more suffering. Knowing Roscoe as she did, she felt sorry for him. Even though it hadn't happened yet, if Roscoe remembered, it would be devastating for him.

After the chaos, everyone had quite a bit to drink, and Roscoe had been pressured to drink a lot. Jarrod and Vicki had had a few drinks too.

Doreen and her friends had had the most to drink and were almost passed out.

Doreen hugged her friend, mistaking her for Roscoe, and showered her with affection. “Roscoe, I… I love you so much,” she stammered, her words trailing off in a mix of emotions. “You mean… You're… I just love you… But you don't seem to care about me.”

She let out a nervous laugh. “But hey, you're still here with me. You're still mine…”

With that, Doreen wrapped her arms around her friend and planted a kiss on her friend's cheek, her breath coming out in an eerie wailing sound that made Roscoe frown.

Roscoe didn't even look at her, growing increasingly restless. He put a hand to his chest and stumbled out of the room.

Nicole watched Roscoe leave, stunned. No one else seemed to have noticed him leaving. With mixed feelings, she followed Roscoe and watched as his figure disappeared around the corner.

As Nicole turned the corner, she saw a dark figure smoking through the window. The dim light made it difficult to see, but she could make out a faint silhouette.

He hesitated for a moment before working up the courage to speak.

“Roscoe?”

The silhouette seemed to stop, as if acknowledging his presence.

Nicole asked, “Are you sure you want to marry Doreen? Take your time to think about it. What if… If you're hurt, it's okay to…”

Her words were cut off as she noticed the figure turning around, a familiar and intimidating face. It was Jarrod.

"SW?" Jarrod stepped closer, his tone dripping with condescension.

Before Nicole could utter a word, Jarrod grabbed her chin and forced her face up. I have mocked, “So you want me to be with you?”

“Umm…” Nicole made a slight sound of discomfort as Jarrod’s grip tightened, her eyebrows furrowing.

Ignoring her discomfort, Jarrod stepped closer, forcing her back until her back met the wall. “Nicole, you have some nerve trying to woo Doreen’s fiancé. You should ask my permission first.”

Anger clouded Jarrod's rationality. Fortunately, he had ordered his bodyguards to keep an eye on Roscoe. As soon as they saw him leave the chamber, they quickly escorted him back to the hotel.

Jarrod looked at Nicole, her face smeared with cake, which seemed to be a sneer, but she made no effort to fix her appearance. Instead, she rushed to locate Roscoe. Did she have any idea how ridiculous she looked?

Jarrod laughed coldly. “Roscoe is Doreen’s man now. You used to preach about morality and justice. What are you playing at, acting like a shameless mistress?”
