Chapter 1203
Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook
Chapter 1203:

Her words infuriated Jarrod deeply. He pushed her against the railing, holding her tightly, and shouted: âDo you think you will die together? âWhat a fantasy!â
Nicole laughed through her tears, resigned to whatever was coming her way.
Luckily, she had set aside enough funds for Austin. Once she was gone, her trusted attorney would find the nanny on her behalf while waiting for a donor for Austin. She also had left years of salary and several insurance policies for the nanny. She had prepared thoroughly.
Nicole had noticed. Roscoe was too stubborn. He couldn't bear to let her go. Instead of dying for her, they could leave this world together.
On the street below, Roscoe continued to seriously question passersby, trying to locate Nicole.
Seeing the emptiness in her eyes, Jarrod's fury intensified and he grabbed the back of her neck, demanding, "Why don't you look up?"
On the roof of a nearby building, a shadowy figure held a large flower pot, ominous and menacing, as if it might collapse at any moment.
Nicole's face turned bright red and she looked up in shock. "Jarrod, you're crazy!"
"Someone dared to touch my wife, shouldn't I teach him a lesson?"
Jarrod pulled at his lip, offering a cold smile. âWhere should this pot fall? On the head, the neck, the hand or the legâ¦â
As Jarrod listed each option, his icy hand moved over Nicole's areas, eventually gripping her leg harshly and pressing down painfully.
Nicole gasped in pain, her face drained of color in the moonlight.
"You're crazy! You won't have a peaceful ending."
His eyes were filled with hatred. If he had a knife, he wouldn't hesitate to use it on Jarrod.
âYou are not indifferent to death, wanting to die with him?â Jarrod tilted Nicole's chin up, forcing her to look down. âThen scream for him. Look how he frankly searches for you.â
Nicole's lips remained firmly sealed, refusing to utter a word.
Jarrod's voice, laden with mockery, whispered in her ear, "Let him come. He's seen us together before."
Nicole felt numb all over, tears falling silently. âIâm not going to beg for mercy.â She said firmly, âJarrod, you can't beat me. âWe wonât beg for mercy.â
The rooftop set-up had been meticulously planned. Nicole was aware that Jarrod had intended to kill Roscoe all along and then make her suffer. Giving in would only inflate his ego. She would not grant him that pleasure.
âCome on. âDo it, killer!â Nicole suddenly shouted, eliciting a laugh from Jarrod.
Jarrodâs hand gently caressed her cheek, his tone chilling but gentle: âNicole, are you trying to provoke me? If I plan to kill someone, it will look like an accident, just like this flower potâ¦â
âNicoleâ¦â Roscoe finally spotted Nicole standing next to Jarrod. His expression instantly hardened and he rushed forward.
Jarrod laughed and said, âWhat a pretty face. It would be a shame to spoil it.â
"No..." Nicole didn't even get to finish the word.
