Chapter 1154

Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook

Chapter 1154:

? ? ? ? ?

Raegan was quick to explain: “My mother and I have been kidnapped. “I think the kidnappers might be following us.”

The operator responded with professional calm: “Can you describe the kidnappers and give me their exact location, please?”

“The kidnapper is an international criminal with numerous offenses. As for our location, it appears we are close to the sea, and the GPS indicates we are at Blue Sea Island,” Raegan detailed. He stressed that Davey is an international criminal, hoping to get the immediate attention of the police.

Given Davey's exposure, Erick and his team probably found out a lot about his past. Calling him an international criminal was not far off the mark.

The other end remained silent for a few seconds.

Just as Raegan was starting to feel uneasy, a familiar male voice broke the silence. “Raegan, am I really an international criminal?”

Raegan panicked and nearly turned off the car's communication system.

Davey seemed to have eyes inside the car. He said, “Don't bother hanging up. I know where you are. “You could drive for ten hours and still no one would find you.”

Raegan's hands shook with rage. The car's system was under Davey's control, and the operator was a farce.

Davey's voice was calm as he gave instructions, "Stop the car and wait. I'll come get you and your mother."

After a pause, he added coldly, "If something happens to your mother, you won't have to worry about Living either."

His carefree tone transported Raegan back to that rainy night, the broken limb, the man in the red suit, the relentless rain…

Raegan's skin crawled with fear. Her father, who claimed he would protect her biologically, was once again threatening to kill her. Just because he saw rebellion in her, he would rather cut her wings than let her be free. Davey was a true monster.

Raegan figured that if Casey came to while she was with Davey, death seemed inevitable. This man was selfish and obsessive, always following his twisted desires. Family ties meant nothing to him. He had just given his final warning.

"Beep..."

Raegan turned off the system, ripped off the headrest and smashed it into the smart display.

He cut off Davey's control of the car completely.

Trying to restart the car, Raegan was shocked to find that it wouldn't move. It was dead, unresponsive to any attempts at starting.

Sweat was pouring down Raegan's face as she realized the car was controlled by a smart system, and Davey had probably disabled it.

That explained why he had so confidently told her to wait obediently for him.
