Chapter 1067
Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook
Chapter 1067:
? ? ? ? ?
By some miracle, perhaps divine mercy, Casey unexpectedly regained her sight one day. She chose to continue pretending to be blind, keeping Davey in the dark about her newfound vision to prevent him from becoming too cautious around someone he believed to be âblind.â
Finally, his chance came.
One night, Davey came home with unexplained injuries.
Taking advantage of the moment, Casey drugged Davey with sleeping pills and escaped, managing to call Landen for help.
Shortly after, she found out that she was pregnant with Davey. The news caused her immense pain, and she struggled with the decision of whether or not to keep the baby.
However, one night, Casey dreamed of her deceased parents, who assured her that the boy was destined to be a new presence in her life.
This vision convinced Casey of the boy's innocence, and he decided to keep him.
Landen offered to marry Casey, and they publicly presented Landen's adopted son, Erick, as Casey's own.
Throughout this period, they continually searched for evidence that Davey had orchestrated the deaths of Casey's parents.
However, Davey was meticulous about covering his tracks, making any investigation into his past actions extremely difficult.
Casey chose to openly announce her marriage to Landen, realizing that hiding would only postpone the eventual confrontation with Davey, who would simply silently kidnap her once again.
Being Mrs. Foster gave Casey a certain amount of security, as Davey now had to consider several factors before making a move against her.
Davey remained in hiding for a few years, during which Casey lived the happiest period of her life with her children, and Landen was an exceptional father.
However, unknown to her, Davey was just biding his time, secretly hatching the perfect plan to ensure Casey would never be found again.
Later, the nightmare began again.
Casey resolved to put an end to this never-ending nightmare once and for all.
When Davey heard Casey's outburst, he wasn't shocked. He had always known that Casey hadn't forgotten anything. "Casey, everything I've done, I've done for the love of you!" he said even now.
Casey responded with both pain and disgust, âDavey, to you Iâm just a possession, something you can move around as you please.â
"What nonsense!" Davey replied. "Wherever you are, you are the mistress of the house, and you are my wife."
âEnough! âThis is disgusting!â Casey screamed in pain. âLet me out of the car!â
If it weren't for her children, Casey would have ended that demon's life long ago and accepted the consequences. But she couldn't do that now.
She needed to be there for her children, including Raegan, Erick, and the son she'd only been with for her first three months.
The driver, drenched in sweat, urged: "Mr. Glyn, please let me open the door."
The driver didn't understand the situation. Even if the door was unlocked, Casey couldn't escape. Why harden such a wound and bleed so much? Was it some kind of twisted masochism?
The loss of blood drained the color from Davey's usually calm face, leaving him ghostly pale. He gestured for the car door to be opened.
