Chapter - 2

Naina POV:

After having the food sri and I have headed back to her room .

"Ugh I m so full , the food was really tasty" . " Ofcourse it was all your favourite dishes you were having it like you don't get food at your place " said sri and I galred at her .

" We have a lot of things to do so let's go now ". " What things? " I asked her .

I don't know what she was talking about.

" We need to do all the things which we couldn't because we were far , I want to enjoy doing everything that bestfriends do . " Sri said with a sad face and that kind of melted me .

We used to talk  in the calls about what we will do when we will meet but this meet was an unplanned meet as I have come to meet bhai here who was studying in Delhi and living in hostel.

Back then I  don't know why he decided to join the college in Delhi when he have a lot of colleges there in Mumbai. But now I know why he chose that college.

" Yes but first we need to figure out our college and I want to meet bhai , it has been so long since I have seen him " . " Oh then why don't we do one thing let's go to the university, you can meet your brother and we can have a look of our future college ".

" That's a good idea " i said. "So I can meet him also after so long " i thought to my self . " So what are we waiting for let's go " sri rushed out like there was a marathon. Sometimes I don't understand her .

(After some time)

📍- University

" Is this the university I was talking about " i said as I was astonished to see the university. It was huge . It have 5 blocks in total with an indoor ground, a canteen , a big library and what not .

" Didn't you see this before ? Your brother studies here " " No actually I didn't accompany him when he joined here. My father accompanied him . I just saw the pictures of his classroom and his room which was super" I said

" Then I think you have missed a lot  it's a beautiful college and do you know the commerce and management department have an seperate blocks for it and this college have a history for commerce and management department " sri said in a cinematic tone as we entered the college.

" What history? " I asked .

" A few years ago the commerce department and management department were together but in one batch there was a huge fight between both the departments which later became the rivalry between the two streams . Before it they were like a team against the science but after it the whole college became commers vs management" she said .

" Oh so are we gonna become rivals after joining in the opposite teams ?" I asked her with a question mark face .

" Ofcourse" she said in a serious face and I was shocked.

" Just kidding babe , we won't fight for silly things" .

" Then remember these words we might get involved in any fight" I said and we both stared laughing and everyone was giving us side eyes .

" Uhm sri I think we should go everyone is giving us side eye , okay so first i ll go see my brother in

in management block  you do whatever you want ".

" okay then I ll just go to my brother and give him suprise " she replied back .

" Okay cool " I said

I headed towards the management block which was opposite to me .

Yes my brother is a management student here and he will also be my rival .

It was very big with 3 floors, a conference room so many classrooms and library.

What library?

That's totally my place . I should definitely go inside and see it .

As I entered the library it was so huge with 2 doors . I think one for entry and other for exit or both for entires and exits ? Whatever. I saw so many books there .

I went near the novels section and was just seeing the books and just then I bumped into someone and all the books in his hands fell on the ground.

" Oh I m so sorry I didn't see you " I bent down and took few books . When I stood up to handover him his books i just got a shock .

" Hey is it really you ? " There stands the man on whom I was crushing since childhood stood in front of me . Arjun Seghal.

God help me.

I felt butterflies in my stomach and I was blushing so much that I didn't even reply to him .

" Hello are you ok or do you need something? "

He asked with a blank face .

" No nothing... I mean I am nothing.. shit no i mean I am okay I don't need anything. I m fine what about you Arjun ? "

" Wow you still remember me I thought you forgot me just the way you reacted " he said with a smile .

God this man and his smile just takes me to my la la land . And even he has a dimple on his cheek and it pops up when he smiles . So cute .

" No I remember you ".i said with a smile .

" I was just shocked to see you here ". " I study here so i am here , and I think that was my sentence, I m shocked to see you here what made you to come to Delhi and to this college? " He asked

So he didn't know I was coming to his home but how I did inform them .

" I was here to visit my brother he also studies in this college".

" oh yes I know that and I think you are in the wrong place I guess this is commerce block and your brother doesn't get entry in this block I guess he is in management block right opposite to this block " he said  and I was in a shock .

" But sri told me that this is management block " i questioed. " and you listened to her , she herself gets confused when she comes here " he replied.

That girl and she behaved like she owned this college.

" I guess I should leave now you can go and meet your brother " Arjun said in a angry tone and  I guess the anger is because of my brother. After that he left the place .

I took my phone out and called sri

" Hey naina , did you meet your brother I m still in a hunt for mine " she said.

" And you'll never find it there because he is in front of me in library of this block ".

" What is my brother doing there ?"

" Because he is in commerce block and you are in management block bitch you don't even know which block is management and you spoke like you own this college? " I was pissed off .

" I guess I have a bad memory i will meet you down come fast " she said and cut the call .

I was searching for Arjun in library and I guess he left . I didn't even talk to him properly. What he will think of me ? And this is all because of my stupid best friend.

After I came out of the block I see her down where we left before

" Sorry I think I need to remeber the correct block " she said with a awkward smile and I glared at her .

" Hey naina " I heard a loud voice from sri 's block and i guess it's my brother's voice . I saw him coming towards us and I ran towards him and gave him a tight hug .

" Bhaiya ... I missed you so much . Don't you miss me ? You don't even have time to talk to me " i said with a sad face .

" Sorry bacha but I was busy with my exams and I m very happy to see you now and I will spend some time with you now " he said with a sorry face

Aww he really melts me with that face and I can't be angry with him after all we are so close and he treats me like a princess.

My future husband really need to give me a queen treatment to defeat this princess treatment.

Or should I say arjun should give me a queen treatment so I can fall for him more easily. Oh no what am thinking .

"Yes Bhai we can spend the weekend together as I m going to stay in Delhi for weekend"

" Really where are you going to stay ?"

" At the sejals Bhai you remember them na ?"

" Oh yes I remember how can I forget them " he said with a fake smile

I guess he is still not okay with them .

" Naina i think we should head back home ". Said Sri

" yes you both should leave I ll meet you after the college is over " said Bhai and I gave him a bye hug and we returned to the seghals house .
