Billionaire's Cute Obsession [Taekook]

Jungkook remained on the couch, his legs still a little sore from earlier. Though the pain had lessened, the lingering ache made it difficult for him to move too much. He sighed, hugging a cushion as he watched Taehyung work through his remaining business files.

The older man looked completely focused, flipping through documents and typing on his laptop with ease. Jungkook couldn’t help but admire how effortlessly powerful Taehyung seemed. The way he carried himself, his sharp gaze, the authority in his posture—it was so different from anyone Jungkook had ever known.

But despite all that, Taehyung was also the man who had just secured his future, the man who had spent the past hour making sure he would get to attend his dream university.

Jungkook smiled softly, feeling warmth spread through his chest.

After some time, Taehyung finally shut his laptop with a click. He stretched, rolling his shoulders before turning to Jungkook with a smirk.

"Ready to go?"

Jungkook nodded, carefully getting up. Taehyung noticed the slight hesitation in his movements and walked over, offering his hand.

Jungkook hesitated for a second before slipping his hand into Taehyung’s.

Without another word, Taehyung guided him out of the office and down to where his sleek black car was parked. Jungkook had to admit—he loved the car. It was luxurious yet comfortable, and every time he sat in it, he felt like he was in a movie.

Taehyung started the engine, the soft hum of the car filling the air as they drove through the quiet streets.

Halfway to the hotel, Taehyung suddenly spoke.

"Are you hungry?"

Jungkook turned to him, blinking. "Huh?"

Taehyung smirked. "You haven’t eaten properly all day. We’re stopping for dinner."

Jungkook’s stomach betrayed him, letting out a small growl at the mention of food. His face flushed, and Taehyung chuckled.

"That settles it."

Within minutes, they arrived at a small, elegant restaurant. It wasn’t too crowded, just cozy and warm—perfect for a quiet dinner.

Taehyung helped Jungkook out of the car, his hand never leaving the younger’s back as they walked inside.

They were quickly guided to a private table, and Taehyung ordered for both of them, choosing dishes he knew Jungkook would enjoy.

Jungkook watched him, a little amazed.

"You remember what I like?"

Taehyung raised an eyebrow. "Of course."

Jungkook bit his lip, looking away as his heart skipped a beat.

The food arrived soon, and as they ate, Taehyung occasionally placed extra side dishes on Jungkook’s plate, making sure he ate well.

"You need energy for tomorrow," he said when Jungkook pouted at the extra food.

Jungkook sighed but smiled softly, finishing his meal without complaint.

After dinner, they drove back to the hotel suite.

As soon as they arrived, Jungkook immediately started preparing for his first day at university.

He pulled out his backpack, checking his essentials: notebooks, pens, his ID… everything had to be perfect.

Taehyung, noticing Jungkook struggling a bit with his sore legs, sat beside him and silently helped him pack.

"Here," Taehyung murmured, adjusting Jungkook’s bag strap for him.

Jungkook’s heart swelled with warmth. "Thank you, Taetae."

Taehyung simply nodded, his fingers brushing against Jungkook’s hand for a second longer than necessary.

Once everything was packed, Taehyung stretched. "You need a bath before bed."

Jungkook groaned. "Too tired…"

Taehyung smirked. "Then let’s take one together."

Jungkook froze.

"WHAT?!"

Taehyung chuckled. "Don’t be shy, bunny. It’s just a bath."

Jungkook’s face heated up as Taehyung effortlessly scooped him up, carrying him bridal-style into the luxurious bathroom.

The bathtub was already filling with warm, soapy water, the scent of lavender filling the air.

Taehyung carefully placed Jungkook inside first before stepping in himself.

Jungkook sat stiffly, his face completely red.

"Relax," Taehyung chuckled, pulling Jungkook against his chest.

Jungkook’s breath hitched, but after a moment, he let himself lean against Taehyung’s warmth.

The warm water and Taehyung’s steady presence were comforting, easing all the tension in his body.

Taehyung ran his fingers through Jungkook’s damp hair, massaging his scalp gently.

Jungkook hummed, eyes fluttering shut.

"Feels nice…" he mumbled sleepily.

Taehyung smirked, continuing to wash Jungkook’s hair, making sure he was completely relaxed.

Once they were done, Taehyung wrapped Jungkook in a fluffy towel before carrying him back to bed.

Jungkook, too sleepy to protest, curled up under the blankets.

Taehyung slid in beside him, pulling Jungkook into his arms.

"You’re excited for tomorrow?" he murmured.

Jungkook nodded sleepily. "Yeah…"

Taehyung tightened his hold, his lips brushing against Jungkook’s forehead.

"Sleep well, bunny."

Jungkook smiled, feeling completely safe in Taehyung’s arms.

As his breathing slowed, he drifted off to sleep, ready for the new beginning waiting for him tomorrow.
