"I have only one daughter, Vanessa. Take care of her for me. No matter how high you climb, promise me you'll ensure she survives."

"I promise, but I can only guarantee her life."

With that, Mr. Elwood closed his eyes. "Good kid, your path will be tougher than mine."

"Boss, everything outside is sorted."

"Alright."

"From today, you’re the head of the White family. No one will dare to challenge you."
