Sandy and Kiran managed to walk out of the Burke Estate, surprisingly without any hassle from the family. Watching the bodyguards eye Kiran with fear, Sandy couldn’t help but ask, “Brother, what did you do? Why are they all so scared of you?”

“Just remember, in this world, only the weak fear the strong.” Kiran paused, glancing at Sandy, “But you don’t need to worry about that. As long as I’m around, no one’s gonna mess with you.”

Sandy leaned forward, asking, “Can’t you just not be enemies with Sophie and the others?”

“Huh?”

“You shot her!”

“But she’s been really nice to me!”

“They’re both important!”
