I had on some black flared leggings and my black lulumelon defined jacket as I wanted to be comfortable on this ride to Kam and Kiaris mom house.

I went outside and saw Kam, Kiari, Isaiah and Amari. I greet everyone but of course Kam just had to be extra and rub and jump in my arms.

"You acting like I ain't just see you yesterday." I laughed.

"Still missed you though." She kissed my cheek.

"So how is everyone riding so I know where to put my bag at." I asked.

"I'm riding with Amari so yall three can ride in Kiaris car unless you want to ride with me Riani?" She says and I just look between the two and purse my lips.

"Absolutely not." I put my bag in Kiaris car making her laugh.

"Alright then, see y'all." Kam waves then we all get in the cars.

Kiari was in the drivers seat and I was in the passenger seat and then Isaiah in the back.

"Before we start this three hour car ride, please be mindful that I am in the backseat." Isaiah said making me laugh.

"We going to the store first." Kiari ignores Isaiah.

"So are y'all like dating or whatever now." Isaiah says while smacking on his chips.

"No Isaiah." I sigh.

"Oh cause- nvm I'm going to sleep talk to yall later." He puts his headphones on and pulled the blanket over him.

"Why your friend so nosy, Kiari." I laugh pulling my blanket over myself.

"That's your best friend." He shrugs.

"Man fuck y'all." Isaiah mumbles making me and Kiari laugh.

"I want your chips." I look down at Kiari chips cause his is looking better than mines right now.

"We just got out of the store bruh, why didn't you just get the ones I got."

"Because yours looks better." I shrugged.

He glared at me before passing me the chips making me smile.

"Omg you're getting it tonight." I said while eating his chips.

"Deadass?" He turns his head to me.

"Nah." I shook my head.

"Oh, you're trifling." He said making me bust out laughing.

Pulling up to Kiaris mom house, we saw that Amari and Kam were already here as they were hugging his mom.

We open the doors getting out.

"Oh my baby's, Hi Kiari and Isaiah." She hugs them and I was getting my bag out the truck lowkey nervous.

"Wait where's your bestfriend Kam?" There mom said and Kam pulls me from behind the car.

"She's right here, hiding." Kam says making there mother chuckle.

She was really beautiful and looked young. She was a pretty chocolate darkskin color with a straight blowout that had curls and she had a light beat on as she looked like she was getting ready for her party.

"Awnnn you're so gorgeous, what's your name again?" She hugs me making me smile.

"Riani."

"Pretty name." She lets go of the hug and we all start going into the house.

We all start putting our bags in the rooms we sleeping in and me and Kam are sleeping in her room.

"Imma need yall boys to start helping me set things up outside because everyone gone be here in like a hour and y'all girls can just start getting ready." She said.

"How long has your mom been staying here? It's nice." I said to Kam.

"Mmm two years I think." She said and I hummed.

Walking downstairs, there was many people throughout the house and I could hear music playing from the backyard where mostly everyone was probably at.

Me and Kam walked to the back outside where I see much more people vibing, dancing and talking.

They all speak to Kam and even greets me. They have a really nice family and not to mention that everyone looks goodddd.

We then see her mom as she was by the grill with some other woman and they were talking amongst themselves.

"Where's the boys at?" Kam asked her mom.

"They by the speaker playing music. Tell them to change this shit by the way, don't nobody want to listen to no young boy tell them to put on durk or something." She said making us laugh and then we go to where they were at.

"Mom said turn this dumb shit off and put on durk." Kam said.

"Ain't nobody listening to no durk." Isaiah said.

"Durk has some good ass music, don't diss him like that." I mug Isaiah.

"Man shut up." Isaiah waves me off.

"Watch your mouth." Kiari punches him in his shoulder.

"Damn nigga I was joking." Isaiah then mugs Kiari and I just laughed.

I look over at Kam who was looking at Kiari skeptical.

"Just put on durk." Amari said.

After about a hour of dancing and everything I was starting to feel a bit tired so I walked in the house sitting on the couch on my phone.

After some time, Kiari walked in the house looking around before he saw me on the couch.

"Riani, you alright? I couldn't find you." Kiari said worriedly as he sits beside me.

I laughs a little. "I'm fine, just a little tired that's all." I shrugged turning my phone off.

"Oh alright. We about to eat, you hungry?" He asks.

"Of course." I grinned making him laugh.

"Wassup nephew." A man walks in from the front door and dabs Kiari up which must be his uncle.

"I see you neph." He looks over at me then Kiari making us both just laugh.

"Your mom in the back?" He questions.

"Yeah she fixing plates." He says and his uncle nods so we all just go out back.

"What you want? I'll just make your plate." Kiari grabs me a plate and I point out the things that I wanted and he put it on my plate.

His mom looks over at us for a second then just smiles and continues making plates. Kiari didn't see it but I did.

"Is that Xavier." One of the woman refers to Kiari as his middle name, smiling.

"Aunt." Kiari smiles hugging her.

"How have you been? I haven't seen you in what, two years?" She says.

"I've been good, nice to see you again." Kiari says and hands me my plate.

We then go to a small table where the rest of our friends were and sat down.

"Y'all what should we do tomorrow." Kam asks.

"I'm tryna go bowling." Amari said.

"Bowling? Shit lame and for old folks." Isaiah said.

"Not if we go drunk bowling." Kiari shrugged.

"Exactly." Amari dabbed him up.
