chapter 44

This chapter will be completely from Ryan’s & Hanna’s POVSunday. It was around 5 p.m. Next day of Prom.Hanna was waiting at a café, since 20 minutes.“Hey partner!” said Ryan from back while keeping his hand on Hanna’s shoulder.She turns to look towards Ryan and looks furiously and says, “Ryan, you’re not supposed to make your girlfriend waiting for so long.”“Sorry, but she kept me waiting for quite number of years…” said Ryan.They both look seriously at each other and then laugh.“Come on have a seat.” Said Hanna.“I’m glad to see you like this.” Said Hanna.“Well, all thanks to you, I guess my girl… friend…” said Ryan.“Hmm, unofficially.” Said Hanna.In the meantime, Hanna had already placed their order and then waiter came in now to drop the order.“So did you tell her everything?” asked Hanna.“Yes kinda” said Ryan.“What’s that supposed to mean?” asked Hanna.“I told her everything about us, but you know our deal…” said Ryan.Hanna chuckles, “You haven’t forgotten that yet is it?” asked Hanna.“Nope! I needed my answers…” said Ryan.“I need few too.” Said Hanna“Seriously, even now? During our deal you were the boss, I didn’t have any right even for a moment to ask you anything and you still have questions to ask??” asked Ryan.“Yes” said Hanna.“How many more?” asked Ryan.“Just one.” Said Hanna“Go on” said Ryan.“Why were you so angry when you came from your house the day Angel was framed? Why did you pull me off from the cabin? That’s so unlike you. If I would have said that we should leave you would have stopped me from doing that but it was you who did that. Infact Rhea also had strangely said sorry to me the next time I met her. What was all that about?” asked Hanna.“First of all you wanted to ask one question these are 2. Secondly, I was angry because of Rhea. You have done a lot and no one knew about this until yesterday when we went back home and everyone were waiting for us rather for me to tell about the deal. Rhea doubted you were behind framing Angel. I got furious and yeah you saw what happened. I just couldn’t bear the fact that person who was helping me would be blamed for such a thing. I trusted you.” Said Ryan.Hanna just smiles.“Who said I was helping you though?” asked Hanna.Ryan just gives her a stare.“Ohk, maybe a bit but not really.” Said Hanna.“Hmm.” Said Ryan.“Okay so what did you tell them about our deal?” asked Hanna.“Everything that I knew.” Said Ryan.While saying to Hanna about the deal, Ryan thinks about the time all this started.FLASHBACK TO HALLOWEEN PARTY.“Are you still not gonna tell me about it?” I say.She stops.I turn to look towards her.Although she had her back towards me, there was a mirror all over the place so I could so she had her evil grin.She looks down and chuckles and then turns towards me with a smile.She walks towards me and she puts her arms around my neck and looked straight into my eyes, as though she was teasing me.“Alright!” she says and then whispers something in my ear.“But you have to do something for me… and that starts with first you closing your eyes.”Without any second thought he closes his eyes.After few minutes (angel sees them and leaves),“Great! You can now open your eyes, my plan was successful…” said Hanna“What plan?” I asked.“Angel seeing us kissing…” said Hanna.“Wait what when did that happen?” I confusedly ask.“Just now, your eyes were closed and she thought I was kissing you because I had positioned myself like that.” said Hanna.“But why?” asked Ryan.“I know everything about you, and I will help you be with Angel but the only condition is you get to not ask any questions from me till you are finally with Angel. First thing for you is to act normal and to stay away from her as much as possible.” Said Hanna.“Will that ever happen?” asked Ryan“Only if you say yes to everything I say.” Said Hanna.“Okay but first tell me what was the behavior outside?” asked Ryan.“You want to be with Angel or no?” asked Hanna“Yeah” I say.“Then why are you asking me a question?” said Hanna“Fine, I won’t until we become together. But let me tell you I have a lot of questions to ask.” I say.“I know.”  Said Hanna.“Let’s go and create more drama outside.” Said Hanna.“Like what?” I askShe gives me a glare.“Right.” I say“I will whisper what you have to do and you just have to keep following.” Said HannaWe both then go out and I see Angel with all red teary face. It hurt me but if there could be any way possible for us to be together was for me to listen to Hanna.We were dancing when Hanna suddenly whispered again, “ I will first back away and when I do that grab me around my waist and dance with me.”I oblige to it.I could see the jealousy in Angel’s eyes and I knew what Hanna was planning to do and I started supporting her.FLASHBACK ENDS.They both laugh and Ryan says, “Oh! What a good start to our friendship.”“That’s true partner.” Said Hanna.“Now my turn” said Ryan.“Go ahead.” Said Hanna.“Why did you become my girlfriend besides for Angel and me? Why did you help me and why did you hate angel that day and after that too and yet helped her? What’s with Viki and you?” Ryan asked.Hanna grew silent.“You won’t stop asking this question, will you?” asked Hanna“Nope!” said Ryan.“Alright! I became your girlfriend because of 2 reasons… one was obviously for you and Angel to be together and the other reason was due to Viki. Infact not just for Viki but also for Zach.”“What about Viki and Zach? How is Zach related to this?” asked Ryan.“Evil is a point of view… Ryan… For Angel I was a villain, but in reality it was Viki and Zach. Zach had nothing to do with me, but he had a lot of role in Viki’s and Angel’s life. I wouldn’t have hurt Zach but I had too. This all started a while ago… Viki… she didn’t leave any chance to hurt me. she bullied me everytime she got, why? Because I was an easy target, I had no one around me as friends who could support me or hold me, no one looked at me at all, because I looked like nothing… I looked like trash, for me it was being normal and simple. But for Viki I was trash. Whenever she used to be irritated she used to find me wherever I would be she would come and start slapping me hit me and bully me as per her own will. She used to pull my hair.” Hanna sighs while having tears in her eyes but she controlled themRyan offered her some water and she drank it and then continued.“I didn’t know anything about Zach or Angel at that time. I knew she liked someone and that person didn’t care about her at all. I didn’t know who though. I always saw you though. I admired you. I admired you for your friendship. I loved the way you were towards Angel and then I knew about your feelings towards her. I wanted someone like that. But later on I had to encourage myself as I’m the only one for me. I had to buck up to stop bullying for me, I didn’t need anyone and I just wanted revenge.” Said Hanna with vengeful eyes.“Later, I started looking and learning how to do a makeover but I didn’t do in one short. I kept practicing and did trial and error method. Once I even came in front of Angel, she didn’t recognize me. I know I was invisible earlier but that didn’t mean no one knew me. But slowly and steadily I got my courage to do what I wanted.” Said Hanna“This revenge and hatred towards Viki and Angel started from the day of the fashion show. Angel and Viki’s past were revealed and I felt happy that Viki isn’t perfect. But the next day or so when Viki was facing the same bullying Angel stopped everyone. I was very angry. I wanted to do something but when I was about too Viki came in and hurt me badly because she was angry with the fact that Angel helped her from humiliation. That later at night I finally decided to take my revenge. I was thinking of different ways to do it but I didn’t know what and how to do. But one day after all the fashion show, I saw Viki and Zach talking to each other. You guys weren’t present you all had decided to go somewhere and he had decided to meet Viki. I had a way to know what they were talking to and I heard their whole conversation. Whatever you all heard was the same like that day. And through that I decided to help you too. But for that I had to help myself first. And then one day I sent a letter to Angel too, to be aware people aren’t always as they seem just because someone looks safe, doesn’t mean they are… and was signed by me – M – Hanna Miller M was for Miller…” said Hanna“Wait I remember that letter was from you?” asked Ryan“Yeah I wanted to warn her even though I hated her. I was on trial and error basis so she didn’t know that new Hanna had sent that. Later I came in and you know what and all has happened. I used to humiliate Viki every time I got so that she feels the same the way I felt. On that day of Prom, it was me who suddenly blocked the mic and let everyone know about Viki and Zach. I saw Zach going somewhere and Viki following her. I felt they would definitely talk or say something and through hacking of Viki’s phone I could hear their conversation and I transferred that to the loudspeaker connection. And everyone knew about and now you and Angel are together and I got my revenge. Though not completely, I wanted Viki to be suspended but Angel again helped her. But the humiliation she faced at the prom was okay. I’m done with all the revenge stuff now. I’m done with everything and I’m happy for you and Angel.”“Hmm” said Ryan.“Great so now since you know everything, let’s go” said HannaAfter saying that she gets up and turns to leave.Ryan quickly gets up and holds her wrist and says, “Wait, there is one more question left.”Hanna turns and looks at Ryan and smiles, “What now partner?”“Why did you help me? You could have just taken your revenge from Viki and Zach. Why me?” asked Ryan confusedly.Hanna smiles and says, “I don’t know… maybe it was a privilege to have my heart broken by you…”“You actually had feelings for me? Then why still help me? Why not create more distance between Angel and me?” asked Ryan.“Love at times means that you care for another person's happiness more than your own, no matter how painful the choices or decisions you face might be.” Said Hanna.Ryan looks at her and smiles at her, and hugs her. Hanna hugs him back and says, “Come on, go ahead you have a celebration tonight of you and Angel finally being together and all will be there, don’t wait up.” Said Hanna.“I’m leaving but I would have loved if you would have come too.” Said Ryan.“I would love too, but I have a flight to catch. But I promise whenever you call me next for a celebration, I will be there no matter what.” Said Hanna.They both smile and hug each other and Ryan bids goodbye till their next encounter to Hanna.In the night Hanna boards her flight for her life, and the others have a great celebration of their new life.Thought Zach has been thrown out of the gang…Hey guys!!!A lot today was revealed…But the end is not here yet….Do stay tuned for some more my loveliesDo like, share and comment…
