This chapter will be in narrative style.Everything was now set, they just had to wait for one more day for their most awaited PROM.The guys decided to get ready at Max’s house including Zach and then go to Ryan’s house to pick the girls up.Ryan had to pick Hanna from her house though.The day of the Prom….The prom was at 8 p.m. and everyone were busy getting ready since morning.At Max’s house.Zach was nervous yet happy.“I can’t believe today I’m going to be THE PROM KING and my sweet Angel will be PROM QUEEN. It’s so good that we two are together, or else…” said Zach.“Or else what man!” asked Lucas.Zach chukled, “Uh, nothing you know I’m quite popular and everybody loves me including viki, but it’s difficult when it comes to Angel. A lot of them hate, I mean don’t like her.” Said while looking towards Ryan.Ryan would have gotten angry but he didn’t react.“But since I’m her king, she is surely to win prom queen, and also I mean what’s a woman without her king.” Said Zach.All looked at him with disgusting eyes. No one, not even Lucas thought that his best friend would be having such disgusting thoughts. Everyone ignored him.For the first time Lucas had doubts on his choice of friend. Whether he had made a good choice of friendship. Was Zach really like that? It was very weird of Zach to speak like that, but for the time being Lucas ignored it.Max changed the topic and they all enjoyed and had fun and got ready at 6 p.m. and were ready by 7:30 p.m. to pick the girls up.Meanwhile at Rhea’s house.All the girls were busy prepping themselves up.Angel was nervous yet happy as she would have to deal less with Hanna after today.And because of Prom queen too. She had prepared her speech.“OMG Angel you and Zach today will rock the stage. You both make a good pair. You winning Prom queen would be amazing.” Said Mia.“That’s true” said Rhea and Leah.Angel just smiled and then all of them had fun and they all later started getting ready by 5 p.m. and were ready by 8 p.m.The guys had arrived to pick them up except for Ryan as he had gone to Hanna’s house to pick her up and would straight meet others at the venue.‘I wish Ryan would have been here and better it would have been if… maybe he would have been my prom date.’ Thought Angel and then sighed.‘No point in thinking as reality is way different from the truth.’ Thought Angel.Later all of them drove to the venue.They all arrived at the venue by 8:30 p.m. and they all entered with their partners. They party had begun. People were dancing, drinking and enjoying.Most of them had arrived but Angel’s eyes were searching for someone.It had been half an hour since they arrived and then Viki walks in and all look at her and are surprised. She had got a date, whether forceful the guy had agreed or willingly no one knew.And finally at 9, Angel felt thirsty as she had been dancing and enjoying with Zach and others so she excuses herself and goes to the bar.While coming back she hears everyone hooting so she turns to look, Ryan and Hanna walking in holding hands while being so close to each other.He behaved like a true gentleman with chivalry and she walked gracefully like a true lady.And now all of them had arrived and looked sexy and hot…Angel was jealous and the glass that was in her hand was almost squeezed and all her drink fell on her hands.She was now more irritated.She threw the glass and went to the washroom.She walks in and starts to wash her hands. After washing she needed to calm down so she goes in and closes the toilet and sits on the seat. In a stressful position, keeping her hands on her forehead and her face bent down.She thinks to herself as to why is she getting so affected by all this.After about 10 minutes she gets up to go out when some group of girls walk in.Suddenly Angel stops not wanting herself to be revealed.“OMG, so all this is just a façade?” said one girl.“Wow, I cant believe he would do such a thing.” Said another.The third girl just laughs evilly.“Anyways, let’s go and don’t tell anyone about this.” Said the third girl who continued her laugh and then the other two agreed and left.“What was that about? Who was the girl who was laughing? Her voice seemed to be known and what were they talking about?” said Angel.Later ignored that silly discussion and went own.Everyone were dancing, drinking and enjoying.Angel while coming out decided that just as she promised to Rhea and herself will not let anyone ruin her Prom and she will enjoy herself too.So she ignored Hanna and went and danced and enjoyed with the people she loved.They all enjoyed.After dancing and all, they had a slow dance where after every few seconds their partner would change.Everyone were dancing, and after few turns, Angel and Ryan were finally dancing together.The dance was just quiet. No one was talking. They both were talking only with their eyes. They both only kept looking at each other. After few seconds, just as Angel was about to say something they had to change their partners.They both changed their partners and after few minutes the dance was over.“Thank you so much my lovely ladies and gentleman. Now let us begin our celebrations.” Said the emcee.“Now I’m gonna ask the Prom King and Queen to come up on Stage.” Said the emcee.“Please put your hands up for Mr. Zach Brown and Ms. Angel Smith as Prom King and Queen……………………………………………………………………………” the sound echoed and everyone quickly put their hands near their ears.Angel was about to go but stopped.When suddenly the echo stopped and someone’s voice was played.Moaning sounds were initailly played.Everyone were laughing and quietly listening and enjoying too.The sound techicians tried to stop it but it didn’t help.It seemed that something else was happening in system.The moaning didn’t stop and then the words came, “Ohh Zachh..” said a lady.All were laughing initally thinking Angel and Zach are having a make out session but when they saw Angel out here and Zach no were to be seen, they understood it was live and not a recorded voice note.All grew silent.Angel stood there without moving or blinking. She just stood blank.All her friends were beside her.She saw Hanna, she was beside Ryan too. It meant that she wasn’t the person behind this kind of joke.She believed that this isnt happening.It must all be recorded or morphed.But…The moaning suddenly stopped.“That was awesome babe! Let me steal one more kiss from you.” Said Zach.They kiss.And then a sigh.“Oh this seriously felt so good. I’m tired dealing with Angel everyday. The major reason I was with her was to have sex with her and then leave her. But she has been behaving like a touch me not as if I’m someone unknown to her. And that other idiot Ryan, he used to defend her and behave her like a boyfriend and now see him always with your toy.” Said Zach.“Huh? My toy? She once used to not be able to even look at me in the eyes and now she is all changed. Changed my foot. I’m sure if I grab her hair now too she will start crying and beg, ‘Leave me Viki, please’ to be honest that was used to be a topping on the cake. I used to specially enjoy hitting her.” Said Viki.Angel after hearing those words looks at Hanna who had a bit tears in her eyes but is still holding up and is strong.“Anyways let’s go before your sex doll comes up and sees us like this. You wont get to sleep with her after that.” said Viki.“Yup but before that.” said Zach and grabbed another kiss from Viki.The whole place was silent and Lucas suddenly went on the stage and said “Guys please behave normal for now. He is worthy of being a friend or boyfriend and he deserves a great respect for that on the stage.”“Angel, please show your hurt on the stage so he feels the same pain as you felt today.” Said Lucas and Angel agreed.Angel quickly wiped her tears and showed a smile.Suddenly the voice was stopped and music played.Everything was normal.Lucas quickly went on the stage and asked emcee if he could do the honors.Zach walks in and after a few seconds Viki.“Zach my friend where were you? We’ve been waiting for you. Nevermind.” Said Lucas.“Guys now I would like to invite on stage the prom king and queen. Please put your hands up for Mr. Zach Brown and Ms. Angel Smith as Prom King and Queen.” Said Lucas.Everyone clapped and Zach went up on the stage and turned to give hand to Angel for her to come up she ignored him and climbed and stood next to him.The crowns were brought in.They crowned Zach and Angel.“Guys, please you may have your first dance.” Said Lucas.Zach turned to give his hand again and Angel smiles at him.And then suddenly BOOM! Slaps him so hard that he fell and along with that his crown fell too.“Seems like your sex doll still knows how to handle people who deserve this. You know what you’re the reason Godd created the middle finger. So fuck you.” Said AngelShe looks at Zach first and then at Viki.Viki was about to run but the girls got ahold of her.“I won’t leave you I won’t ensure you all…” before Viki could finish, Hanna interrupted, she sarcastically laughed and said, “Hahaha, oh wait that wasn’t funny or scary. But you know what’s funny? Definitely not you, SO SHUT UP”Angel then bends down to Zach’s position and says, “YOU DESERVED THIS MUCH BEFORE NOW, AND MUCH WORSE BUT I GUESS I DON’T WANT TO STOOP TO YOUR LEVEL. SO MR. ZACH BROWN, WE ARE OVER.”Zach is shocked and still holding his cheek on which Angel’s hand marks had been imprinted.Angel then gets down the stage and leaves the place.“Ladies and gentleman, let’s put your hands for PROM KING & QUEEN… oh wait what’s a women without a King? You asked right Zach… she still is a QUEEN. But what’s a man without his QUEEN, I say a loser.” Said Lucas.He then drops the mic and bends down to him and say, “It’s shame that I call you my best friend. Today you didn’t just lose a good girlfriend but a good friend too. I know this won’t make any difference to you but goodluck Mr. Nobody.”Meanwhile, Hanna walks towards Ryan who just stood there feeling helpless.Hanna walks in and smiles at Ryan.“What are you waiting for?” said Hanna. Hey guys!!!What does Hanna mean?Finally Zach and Viki’s truth is revealed infront of Angel.Will Ryan and Angel be together now?
