Ryan’s POVFinally its Sunday and tomorrow is Monday that means we will have continuous 4 days tests.For past few days it has been good with Mia. I taught her everything and she picked up really fast. I enjoyed teaching her as well as talking to her casually. She is a good listener. Well most of times I caught her staring at me and I laugh at it in my mind. She is sweet. We are getting along and that’s good.‘Let me once again check the timetable for the week, I know I should be confident and all but just to be sure let me check as I am nervous as usual. Hmm okay so it is 4 day exam first is Biology, second is Chemistry, third is Math and lastly is English which is easy – peessy.’ I think to myself while being happy about it. English is the easiest subject.I was sitting in the study room busy with my thoughts and studying. “Cool let me revise, luckily I have revised and studied with Mia so I feel better but I still ne… OH FUCKK… I heard a sudden noise. I thought “what noise was that? It scared the fuck out of me.”I got up from my chair to check from the window… the sound came from lightning. It was about to rain as drizzling had started. It seemed like a thunderstorm. “I hope…” suddenly the lights went off. I cursed “GREAT just GREAT… the lights went out too. Uff I mean we have an exam coming up from tomorrow and here lights go off.”It became pitch dark in the study room. I couldn’t see anything at all and the phone was on the table. So I try to walk slowly to the table carefully taking each step and finally reached the table. I check for my phone in the scattered mess. “Yes, I finally found the phone” I was about to switch on the light when suddenly someone kept a hand on my shoulder. I turn and, “OH FUCK, oh my goodness stay away from me, who are you? OH MY GOOOOOOODDDDDDD stay away, stay away I said….” I screamed loudly and also tripped and dropped my phone away from me.It wasn’t my fault. Some witch or ghost had entered my room and was trying to scare me even after I said her to stay away. Finally it stood a bit far from me and before it could hog me like a bread, I got up but forgot the phone and just ran to save my life “Oh my goooodddd, help me, help me is anyone home. Why is this crazy witch or ghost trying to kill me????” when I ran she ran faster than me and we reached our living room.I was panting heavily from all the run and she finally reached too. She was panting too and finally came and stood in front of me. I looked at her in horror from toe to face and she had her hair in front and was looking down. I was petrified of this crazy witch. Adding to the horror there was lightning and heavy rain outside. She screamed “ARE YOU CRAZY??? OR HAVE YOU GONE NUTS FROM ALL THAT STUDYING?????”.I look up at her, she pushes aside her open hair, came near to me and said, “RYAN, ITS ME RHEA…. NOW WOULD YOU STOP MAKING ME RUN TOO? YOU MAY BE CRAZY BUT DON’T MAKE ME CRAZY TOO.”I was shocked, relieved and in anger. I shouted, “HAVE YOU GONE CRAZY? WHY WERE YOU RUNNING BEHIND ME AND CAME IN FRONT OF ME WITH ALL YOUR HAIR OPEN AND WHY DID YOU COME TO THE STUDY ROOM LIKE THIS?”She replied with anger tone “COZ YOU’RE CRAZY. I came to ask you about the power. Why did it go off and is it raining heavily outside?”.I look at her angrily and said, “YES, IT IS RAINING AND I DON’T KNOW ABOUT THE POWER, IT MAY HAVE GONE OUT DUE TO THE STORM OUTSIDE.”She asked “Ok, now do you mind if you don’t yell and speak normally?”I look at her with my angry eyes and hissed, “FINE”She said “Thanks”.That is when the lights came back and I looked at her again and she still looked weird, but not to mess with her, I just go from the side in order to avoid Rhea and her crazy outlook.I was almost reaching stairs when she started laughing loudly, like a witch.I asked her while being on the stairs, “What? What are you laughing about?She who was still laughing said, “You were so damn scared, it was so hilarious to see you like that…the only regret was I didn’t have my phone or else I promise I would have clicked a picture of your terrified face.”I smirked and said “You laugh like a witch.”She stopped laughing and smirked back “I at least don’t be a fraidy cat like you.”She started imitating my voice “OH MY THIS WITCH WILL KILL ME. Blah blah blah” and started laughing again.I give her a disappointed look and said, “WHATEVER, BYE” and went upstairs. I could still hear her laughing though.I reached back to the study room took back my phone from the floor and sat down.I rewind whatever happened in these few minutes between Rhea and me, first it made me very angry…..UGGGGHHHH she looked terrifying I can’t help it…” but then I started laughing too. “It indeed was funny me being scared by my own sis…”“I told you so” said Rhea scaring me again from behind.I hissed “OH CRAP, would you please stop doing that? Phew! You almost gave me a second heart attack.” While putting my hand near my chest which was beating very fast with the sudden voice in the pin drop silenced room.“SURE, why not, but only if you admit that you were scared and it was indeed fun to be scared by me.” She said while smirking.I roll my eyes and said, “FINE, you win, now stop doing that and let me study.” I saidShe laughs and nods and leaves the room. I quickly get up and lock the room before she pulls any other stunt. It was 8:30p.m by now so I quickly revise for an hour and then pack everything that I need for tomorrow. It was still raining heavily and I hoped that it would be okay by tomorrow morning as we all had exams and if the storm still persists then it could mean that we may have postponing of our tests. Well let’s hope for the best. I then went to sleep.Next day. Monday. Today is the day of our first test. 7:30a.m.It was still raining heavily outside, Rhea and I had come together to the campus and the rest of them had reached too and were there inside the campus.As we reached, there was an announcement and a message on our phones as well, and it said as, “Dear Students, due to the storm we are yet unable to decide whether your tests will be conducted today or would it be postponed to tomorrow. Please stay inside the campus, preferably in the library. We will keep you updated to the situation.”Hearing this, I went to the library straight and sat down to revise incase if there would be a test. There were only few people in the library.I was revising the notes when Max and Leo showed up. Max kept his hand on my shoulder, and I jumped up from my seat. I roll my eyes and say, “What’s up with people scaring me since yesterday?” after looking at both of them. Max and Leo started laughing. “We know what happened, we all had a video call after that incident” said Max. “I wish I would have been there to record it.” Said Leo while they both laughed at it and I just looked at them with a serious look on my face. “Chill man, Calm down.” Max said and we all three sat down.Max groaned and snatched the notes from my hand. I screamed “HEY!”Max groaned again “You will top anyways, now shut it and relax.”I crossed my hands and whined “I need to revise, I am not sure. I hope I pass.”Leo looked at me with stern face and said “Dude chill you will top.”We all had gathered in the library along with many more students.It was still raining but we were still unsure of the situation.We were talking, revising, at times Leo was teasing Leah. It felt as though we were on a picnic but with books.Instead of the usual silenced library it was more of noise and students.At times I saw Mia staring at me and I laughed back at her as she had this embarrassing face, seeing that people would be like, “AWW”At times, Angel and I would lock eyes and just smile at each other and see everyone going crazy around us.There were times when Leo and Leah both got up and went and sat in another table besides us so that Leah could teach Leo and between that he could flirt with her and tease her and be alone with her.There were few parents too who had come to talk to the teachers and principal to cancel the tests. But nothing of that seemed to have any impact on them.“UGGHHH they couldn’t just take a decision.” I was getting frustrated.So basically everything and everyone were going crazy.It was around 3p.m. when we were all tired and extremely exhausted.We all had thought that we won’t have any test for the day and it would finally be cancelled but the storm had started to slowly reduce and it was getting brighter.Finally at 3:30p.m they made an announcement again that said, “Dear students, we regret to have caused you all too much tension, even though the storm is coming down, we wish the best for our students so the test will be canceled as of today and postponed to tomorrow and the rest of the tests will be conducted as schedules starting from tomorrow. Thank you all for your cooperation.”Well most students felt happy and few felt frustrated just like I did. I was exhausted and wanted to hit the bed. Rhea and I came back together and rest of our gang too left for their homes and reached safely. I was too tired so I just went and hit the bed.I later up around 7 and had dinner and revised once again for tomorrow and slept again. Luckily the weather too had become quite normal and the storm was gone but the cool breeze was still in the air. In the feather like breeze I didn’t realize when I drifted off to sleep.The Next day. Tuesday.We all had assembled at the school by 7:30 and by 8 our tests would begin.“Students, as you all know it will be a 40 marks paper and you will get 1 and a half hour for it. Today is Biology, so all the best students” said our teacher while handing out the paper with answer sheets.We all did our tests and after 1 and a half hour later finally the test was done.Fortunately there were no hurdles not just in the first test but in all other tests we wrote.We didn’t even realize when from Tuesday it became Friday and we were done with all our tests. “YAY” We all had gotten out of our rooms and were discussing about the answers and how this week went as we all were busy studying. So we all were catching up on that. We had a week off and we were very excited as to do something during that week like maybe go on a trip or something.“Hey guys!!!!
