Diana's POV

"Dad, I don't know why I feel something bad is going to happen" I feel something is not right. "DeeDee, don't think like that. Maybe you feel like that because Ryan kidnapped our Isa, but don't worry, Sarah and the police officers will save her." He's right, maybe I was just paranoid that something will happen to my daughter and Sarah.

Suddenly, we hear some noises at outside and I have never this relieved in my life. Isabelle look at me and run towards me. "Mama" I immediately kneel and hug her tightly "Oh my Baby, I thought I will lose you" I muttered in so much relief. Isabelle cries silently and I felt my dad's hand on my shoulder. Then I hear Isabelle say something "Isa dear, I didn't hear what you said, could you repeat it for me?" She unwrap her arms around me and look at me with teary eyes "Mama, I'm sorry".

Huh what? "Why are you saying sorry honey, I don't understand" before she say something, my dad interrupt her, "DeeDee, stand up first. I need you to be calm after hear this, Okay?" "Dad, what is it? You're scaring me" He take a deep breath "DeeDee, I know that you're so relieved and happy that Isabelle is here but did you notice that someone else is not here and we are not talking about Gaby because she's with your mom."

After he said that, I notice that Sarah is not here. I frowned at him "Dad, where's Sarah? Why she's not here? Did she went to her house?" He looks at me with pity. Why he's looking at me like that? I need to know where's she. "Officer, can I know where's Sarah?" That officer sigh and look at me with pity. What's wrong with everyone? Why's everyone looking at me with pity? "Ma'am, Sarah got shot when she saved Isabelle. We admitted her in hospital immediately" I froze in my place. Tears start to fill my eyes and I can feel my knees wobble. My dad immediately hold my arms and walk me to the living room and let me sit on the couch.

"Dad, she can't even bear the pain if she get inject. How can she bear the pain when she gets shot? I--I want to see her dad, if not I will be crazy sitting at here" I immediately went out of the house and turn towards my dad "Dad, take care of Isabelle please, I need to go to her" my voice wavered slightly. "You don't have to say that to me Diana, I will take care of my granddaughter, you go and meet her" I nod my head and drive away to the hospital.

At the hospital

I went to the counter and ask for Sarah's room. After I get to know her room number, I immediately run towards her room. When I went to her room, I saw 2 police officers talking to each other. When they hear my footsteps, they look at me "Yes?" "I'm her girlfriend" they nod their heads and let me in. When I went in, I see a nurse standing there checking her pulse. She turn to look at me and smile slightly. "I guess you're a visitor. You can be here but be careful not to disturb her." I nod my head and before she went out, she turn to look at me again "I guess your name is Diana" "yes, how did you know my name?" I ask confusedly. "Do you know something, when she was brought here, she lost too much of blood, and we managed to saved her. After that we gave her some painkillers. You know what, even when she was dizzy, she muttered your name" then she went out.

I went to sit beside her and hold her hand. "Why do you love me so much? Sometimes I even think that what I did in past life to get someone like you." I starts to cry because I don't think I can live without her. "Please don't ever leave me." I lean my forehead on our intertwined hands."Then who will you call sweetheart?" I look up to see her smile slightly at me.

"Did I make you scared so much?" I chuckled tearfully "Yeah, damn scared. I feel like dying. My heart beat stops you know" She bring her shaky hand and stroke my cheeks. "You're stuck with me,baby. I won't leave you just like that. Body is mine but my heart is yours." She smiles and we both lean our foreheads together.
