Sarah's POV

I walked in the abandoned warehouse alone. I'm not scared okay I'm not scared.

Well maybe a little but yeah.

Maybe you guys will think of how I get into this situation right. The things that I do for love.

Flashback

I got out of my car after I reached Diana's house. Even from the outside I can hear her panicked voice.

"DeeDee, calm down. Nothing will happen to Isabelle. We will think about something , okay?" I heard a man's voice. Well it's her ex husband's voice. Then, I noticed that I was still standing outside of her house and immediately went into her house. Then I saw she was sitting on the couch and he was standing beside her comforting her.

"Diana" I called her and she looked at me and run towards me and threw herself at me. I hug her tightly and looked at Daniel. He just gave me a small smile and went out of the house. "Hey hey look at me" I cup her cheeks and looked at her face "Nothing will happen okay, I'm here for you and I won't let anything happen to Isabelle alright, I will never let anything to my family" She looked at me with teary eyes "Did you mean that?" "Mean what?" She cup my cheeks "Did you mean what you said that we are your family?" I blushed before saying "I mean everything I said, you guys are my family and I will never let anyone hurt them" She sobbed and quickly hugged me tightly.

After a few hours, her father and an officer entered into the house. 'oh god this is the first time I'm meeting her father, please don't do anything embarassing ' I reminded myself. Her father smiled at me and I felt so relieved and I gave him a smile back. They both discussed something with Diana. I zoned out a bit until I saw Diana and her father was arguing about something.

"Hey, what's wrong? Why are you guys arguing?" I asked them since I didn't hear anything they said. The officer said "the thing is Miss Diana here get a message from him asking to meet up at an abandoned warehouse. He said if she come alone, then he will let Isabelle go." I frowned because I know that potato head is not that type of guy. I'm damn sure that he will do something to Diana if she goes alone. "I can do this okay, I just want my daughter to be safe and I will do anything to save her" Diana said to us. "DeeDee, I can understand your feelings but you should know that he won't let you guys go easily, don't make a decision when you are not in a right mindset" her father said softly. "My daughter is important to me-----" I cut her off "I will do it". Silence, no one says anything and just look at me.

"Hello, I said I will do it" I waved my hands towards them. Diana's father and the officer had their thinking face and Diana shook her head. "No I won't let you do that, he will do something to you" I sighed and went in front of her and hold her shoulders "Baby, you said that Isabelle is important to you right, if she's important to you, she's important to me too. Let me do this, I will bring her back to you" "But what if something happen to you?" She asked me. Yeah I know that something might happen to me but I can't let that thought become an obstacle in saving Isabelle. "Nothing will happen, we will be safe." I assured her even though I know it's a lie.

The officer explained what to do to me. I hope that nothing bad will happen. Even though anything might happen to me, I can't let anything happen to Isabelle because it will crush Diana. The officer assured me that the rescue team will arrive at the place in a few minutes and I need to stall until the team arrive.

Even though initially Diana doesn't agree with the plan, finally she reluctantly agreed. "Please don't let anything happen to Isabelle because I don't think I can live without her" I smile at her "trust me, nothing will happen to her and I will bring her back to you" She nodded her head.

Flashback ends

Well that's the flashback. Now I'm on my own to catch that guy and save Isabelle.

"Well well, see who's here. The lover girl" I heard a voice behind me and I turn behind to look at him. "Wait Are you Ryan?" I look amused by his face. "Yeah I'm ryan, why did you expect someone else?" He sarcastically ask. "No, it's just that I didn't expect you to look like the comedian gay best friend character in a romcom." He clenched his jaw "I don't appreciate your humour here and maybe I look like a comedian but I will be your worst enemy" He drag Isabelle from his back. "Sarah, please bring me to mommy" she started to cry.

"Let's talk calmly okay, we don't need to use any violence here " I try to talk him out of this. "You know what, I will let Isabelle go" My eyes widen because I can sense a 'but' "but??" He chuckled "well you're a smart one, I will let her go in exchange of you. I want you to bleed. If you're not alive anymore, then I think I have a chance with Diana"

He take out a gun from his back and move it towards me.

Uh oh

A/n: Diana, I think you should say I love you and ask Sarah to come back safely to you before she goes you know but you just asked her to bring back your daughter to you. Well don't regret after what will happen to Sarah "insert evil laugh" .......

Enough of that..... Hi guys, I'm sorry to disappear for a month, it's just I had a mental breakdown because of exams and stuff..... Engineering is so hard trust me, even sometimes I feel like wanna bang my head on the wall but I against it after a few seconds. I think I will updated after this regularly because guess what I'm in a semester break right now. So yeah, there are only 2 chapters left for the teacher's sweetheart to finish. I'm sorry in advance for the next chapter because it's going to hurt like hell 👀
