Chapter 9
My French Billionaire {BoyxBoy} [Book I]
G R A Y S O N
It was Monday, my first day to go to work.
I was wearing another suit, I was told I had to dress up for the job. Jean was again tying my tie.
"You look great." He whispered.
"Thanks." I smiled. I placed my phone in my pocket and looked at myself in the mirror.
I didn't look that bad, at least I thought. I checked the time and gasped, "I'm going to be late!"
Jean smiled and chuckled lightly, "Come on, lets get going."
We walked down the stairs and I pet Charlie goodbye.
Once we were in front of the restaurant, Jean ready to drop me off, he looked at me and smiled, "Bonne chance pour votre premier jour."
"What does that mean?" I smiled.
"Good luck on your first day."
"Thanks." I said and walked out and inside the building.
It was an hour before they opened but that was when I had to be there.
I walked to Rhys office since I didn't see the blond at the front. I knocked softly and walked in.
"Ah, your here right on time. You will be hosting with Katherine."
"Is Katherine the perky blond?" I asked.
"Yes, that's her." He chuckled and I couldn't help but smile.
I walked back to the front and Katherine was there, wearing a nicely made black dress and red high heels.
"You look cute." I commented, she really did the dress hugged her hips showing off just how huge they were.
"As do you." She smiled at me, "I'm glad your here."
For the rest of the hour we had before the restaurant opened we talked and we actually ended up exchanging phone numbers.

After a full day of work I was exhausted but also happy. The last couple that came in before my shift was over were so nice. They were around there seventies and were the sweetest. I had a mini conversation with them on the way to their booth.
Margret and Richard were there names and Margret commented how she thought I was a charming young boy which made my cheeks heat up, I had never really been told something like that before.
On there way out they waved bye and I turned to Katherine who told me that they always come on Mondays.
I texted Jean and told him to pick me up. He was there in ten minutes.
I climbed in the car and he smiled, "So how was your first day at work?"
"Pretty amazing, there was this one couple in there seventies that were as sweet as can be."
"That's good, I'm glad you're liking it." He smiled at me and drove to the house.
Once we got home I immediately went up to change out of the suit and into something more comfortable.
I walked down to the living room and turned on the tv, Charlie finding her place in my lap.
I flipped it to the news because there was nothing else on.
I nearly fainted from what was on the screen. It was a picture of Jean at the interview staring at me with the glint in his eyes that I couldn't really explain.
But it wasn't really the picture that shocked me, it was the caption.
Jean La Boussière has the hots for Grayson Reed!
What shocked me was how Jean and I had become the heading of the news. How did they even know my name?! I'm not anything special.
"Jean!" I yelled.
He ran down, "What?" He asked, concerned.
I pointed to the tv screen, "Merde." He cursed again in French.
"One second." he pulled out his phone and called someone, who I would guessed was Dakota.
I didn't listen to there conversation, the fear eating me up.
Once he was finished he looked at me, "I talked to Dakota about it, there's nothing jeopardizing my career and/or yours so there is nothing we can really do about it."
I guess he was right, in all honesty it probably made me look better. And we did kind of like each other so that wasn't a lie.
Maybe I just didn't like how they could take your life and twist it into their own.
He sat beside me and I looked at him, pulling myself from my thoughts, "What are you thinking about Grasyon?"
I told him exactly what I was thinking, figuring what was the point of holding it in when it was true.
"Well I guess I should tell you, or maybe warn you. The longer you stay with me, the more things will spread, the more the news will exaggerate."
I nodded, that really wasn't enough to scare me off, even though it probably should have been, I guess that thought kind of made me want to be a little closer.
I pet Charlie and looked over to Jean, "Is that supposed to scare me?" I smiled.
"No, it's just the truth. Are you scared?"
I hesitated, "No, not really."
"Well that's good." he said and slowly scooted closer.
My eyes were locked on his and I swear that we were seconds away from kissing. And I wouldn't have stopped it.
His face was inches away from mine and I could feel his hot breath fan across my face. I looked in his blue eyes then down at his plump pink lips.
Before I had time to look back at his eyes his lips covered mine in a soft kiss. I closed my eyes to take it all in and when he pulled away he lightly placed his hand to the back of my neck.
I had just had my first kiss, with Jean La Boussière, a french billionaire. I looked into his eyes and bit my bottom lip, smiling.
The silence was deafening and we couldn't take it, our lips met again, this time the kiss had a little more love. My hands found their way to his hair, his soft, long, dark brown hair.
We parted for air and rested out foreheads together, "That was my first kiss." I whispered, he smiled.
"Did you like it?"
"I loved it." I smiled.
*GASPS* They kissed! :)
