last day

It is the third day, and 2 days have already went by the time I got my periods during all this Maan and all the family members took care of me like I am a Baby and not gonna lie but I also enjoyed it and since I had severe cramps on the first 2 days they made sure of my comfort and privacy

Today I had an appointment with the therapist and also the site visit which was scheduled yesterday was shifted today as Maan insisted due to my health, so after getting ready in my Office outfit I went downstairs to see everyone settled on the sofas in the Living room and whispering amongst each other

"Good morning everyone" I said making them look towards Me and all them went quiet something is fishy I thought because before today they never behaved like this and now when they are behaving I feel they are hiding something from me

"G..good morning bacha/bhabhi" everyone wished back while I smiled and sat beside Maa sa with my head on her shoulder taking inn all the motherly warmth she gave

"Beta chalo nashta karlo" kaki sa said making all of us get up as we proceeded to have our breakfast, since after breakfast I have to visit the construction site which is almost complete but requires final touches and attention so me and Maan have decided that he will visit here regularly and keep me updated through video calls or texts

Breakfast was a good affair as we enjoyed with Yash and kiara's bickering and elders business topic and them teasing me and Maan who is nowhere to be seen today

When I woke up this morning he was no where to be seen and coming down when I thought him to be with all the family members he wasnt present here as well where is he?? I completed my breakfast and went out after taking blessing from the elders and hugging the younger ones as I might not come back today and meet them in our shopping or during wedding functions directly ahh I am gonna miss them

I went towards my car and started driving towards my company with one more car following me of bodyguards, honestly I didn't wanted any of them but all my brothers which include Rohan and Yash were adamant to me having bodyguards and also they got the back of Maan who agreed and immediately appointed one and I couldn't refuse because of his stern and dominating voice sending shivers down my spine

After sometime I reached my office and headed towards my cabin with Mr. Nishant following me "Good morning Ma'am today you have no meetings, just have to complete some paper work and go for the Site visit as you already know about it and at last you have to check upon the female emplyees and their requirements and also as you asked for i have arranged a meeting with all the department head they will arrive in the confrence room in no time" he said to which I nodded

"Ok so lets go to the confrence room directly" I said and went to the 13th floor were all confrence general meeting take place with two different room along with the a small cafeteria for grabbing coffees during confrence

I entered and settled on my chair and waited for everyone to come, after 15 mins I felt some movements on the corridor and straightened myself as all the department heads came in and sat on their respective places

I was about to start when someone barged in the room, who was non other than my dearest husband but ignoring him I started "Good morning everyone, so i hope by now you all know why youll are here" I asked to which they nodded "great so since you'll know lets start with your work analysis and for that we will start with finance department" saying so I sat down and right beside me Maan was sitting making me more annoyed

Fuck you period mood swings

After around one and a half hour the meeting ended with lots of good yet bad points being noted but getting up I went out after discussing the changes and all "Mr. Nishant are we done with here's work" I asked while heading towards my room "yes maam now you have a site visit tgen you are free" saying so he fetched for something in his pocket

"Mr. Nishant is there something bothering you" I asked sensing his nervous state "maam can i pick this call its from my Wife" he said making me smile "of course and always remember never i repeat never ignore, cut or unanswer your wives call even in an important meeting" I said glancing beside me to see Maan smiling nervously

"Jaan lets go to the site than you have to meet your doctor too right" Maan said smiling which I ignored royally and went inside my cabin grabbed my things and was going towards the door but was stopped by Maan who was hugging me from behind with his head nestled in my crook of neck "i am sorry for ignoring your calls but i was stuck with work and irritated with the fact that i cant come to you" he said softly making me smile at him "hmm.... ok but next time you have pick my call or text me saying you are busy" I said to which he smiled and murmured ok

Coming down through the lift we headed towards the Car and sat in it leaving to the construction site with him driving while I admire him his hands were entangled with mine resting on his thigh and he was caressing my hands with his thumb

Site visit was a good as we completed are work and later headed to the hospital for my therapy where Dr. Nisha informed me to not take any stress and be as happy as I can and also told Maan to have a word with me everyday with that I said her about few changes which I am seeing that is I am getting irritated easily and emotional way Quickly even if someone doesn't replies to my text a bit late to which she said it's just a phase as I fear of loosing people that's the reason I act a bit possessive or get stressed for the same she calmed me with her soothing words

"Jaan when are you going back yo Jodhpur" Maan asked the moment we stepped out of the Hospital "why do you want to get rid of me" I said playfully "yes, finally i will get a break from upur bak bak" he said joining mu playfulness "ohh so sad because you have to bear me for lifetime now since you opt for it" I said and soon we burst in laughter while he moved forward and hugged me tightly

"Ohhh gosh i am gonna miss you" he said a bit dramatically making me chuckle at his antics "i will miss you too"

I said to which he just hugged me more tightly yet the warmth was felt

"Acch now go and wear this" he said making me confused why should I wear that "jaan i wont be able to meet you for the next two months so i want to spend some time with you so please go a d change your clothes so that you are comfortable and we are going to my farmhouse" he said making me smile at his words "ok but main waha par hi change kar dungi na" I said to which he just shook his head at my childishness

He went in the car and sat on the driving seat "chalo betho" he said making me smile and I Quickly sat inside "i think chivalry is dead" I said playfully to which he just gave me a are-you-serious look making making me shrug

Reaching the farmhouse we went inside and sat Olinda the living room exhausted by the day "go and change" he asked me to which I ran upstairs and changed my clothes into the pair of comfortable clothes he had gave me

Getting down I made my way towards the kitchen to prepare some Chai for me and Coffee for Maan "jaan what are you doing" He asked me "i am making tea and coffee" I said "why both" he asked to which "i dont like coffee but you do so" I said Shrugging my shoulders "ok so just and make chai for me too" he said to which I obliged

Later we enjoyed the evening with lots of cuddles and teasing and later at night after dinner he dropped me till the airport "jaan i am coming soon to take you with me and this time forever" he said to me while we were in each other's embrace feeling the moment before we part our ways for some time "Maan, i love you" I said to which he replied with a sweet smile and love in his deep eyes
