Chapter 17.

I wake up, rolling over and being blinded by the stream of sunlight pouring through the window. I push myself up the bed and rest my head on the headboard, grabbing my phone in the process.

From Perri 🙈: meet me at the studio at 11am?😘x

I scan my eyes to the top of my phone. The time reads 10:30am.

"Sh*t!" I mumble to myself scrambling out of bed.

To Perri 🙈: yeah sure thing, see you soon ❤️x

I rush over to my suitcase and pull out my leggings and a cropped navy hoodie. I drag my tangle teaser through my hair, getting rid of all the knots. I spray myself with some impulse and head into the bathroom. I brush my teeth and spit the substance into the sink- swilling it away with water.

I grab my makeup bag and quickly complete my makeup, making myself look alittle more presentable.

I pull some socks on and slip my feet into my superstars. I check myself out in the mirror before grabbing my bag, stuffing my phone and purse into it and leaving the hotel room.

"Danceworks studio please." I smile, climbing into the back of an empty taxi.

I sit back and let out a sigh. That was a rush and a half. I unzip my bag and click my phone. 10:57am.

I might be abit late...

"Thankyou." I say, giving the taxi driver a £5 note.

I push open the car door and step onto the gravel, hurrying over to danceworks. I heave open the heavy door and head inside.

"Morning Sophia!" Dani smiles cheerfully.

"Morning!" I reply, fixing my windswept hair.

"Head on through my lovely."

"Thankyou." I smile, heading on towards studio 1.

I regain some breath and open the door to studio 1. I head inside quietly as the boys were running through a new routine.

"Sophia!" Perri smiles, jogging over to me and pulling me into a warm hug.

"Hey!" I say into the crook of his neck. "Sorry I'm abit late, I didn't get your text until half ten." I chuckle pulling away.

"Don't worry! I thought you looked abit flushed." He chuckles.

"I've never gotten dressed so quickly- like ever!" I reply as I get pulled into another hug.

"Hey guys!" I smile towards the rest of the boys.

"Morning Soph." The all reply in different forms.

I sit down in front of the mirrors and watch the boys rehearse for about an hour.

"So I was thinking we go to the cinema? See what's on." Perri explains sitting down next to me.

"Yeah, cool! I've seen a new comedy that looks quite good." I reply.

Perri stands up and puts his hands out. I take them and he pulls me to my feet easily.

"Thanks." I chuckle.

I grab my bag and say bye to the boys and Dani. Me and Perri get into his car and he starts the engine.

I look over to him and smile. He leans closer and presses his soft lips onto mine.

"I would of done that in there, but the boys would of made a big deal of it." He states once we've pulled apart.

I flash him a grin and we make our way over to the cinema. I sing along to practically every song that comes on the radio.

"Sorry!" I say stopping half way through sorry by Justin Bieber. "If I ever get too annoying just tell me to shut up!" I chuckle.

"Don't apologise! I enjoy listening to you singing." He says, looking away from the road to flash a cheeky smile.

We arrive at the cinema and head inside. Perri links his hand with mine as we make our way over to the film list. We decide to see the new comedy I mentioned.

I refuse to let Perri pay for everything, so I buy the popcorn.

We find a good seat in the cinema screen and settle down. I'm replying to my mum when Perri nudges me in the ribs.

"What? Oh!" I say fixing my hair.

I smile at the camera and wait for Perri to take the photo. Once he's happy with the photo ( normally it's the girl that takes loads of photos until their satisfied) I go back to texting my mum.

After about 15 minutes of adverts the film finally starts. Perri puts his arm around my shoulders and I lean into his hold.

"That was the funniest thing I've seen in a while!" I chuckle as we leave the cinema.

"I have to admit it was pretty good." He nods.

"Pretty good?! You didn't stop laughing the whole time!" I state, wrapping my arms sideways around his waist.

We get back into his car and decide where to eat. Can you guess where?

Nandos of course!

As we drive down the busy streets I scroll through Instagram. I scroll past a photo and scroll back to it- taking a double take.

"Awe! I love that photo!" I smile.

"That was my favourite from the ones we took!" Perri says smiling, focusing on the road.

I screenshot the photo and crop it nicely.

We pull up by nandos and get out the car, heading inside.

"Table for two?" The waitress smiles.

"Yes please." Perri answers.

We follow the waitress to a table in the window. She places the menus on the table and leaves us to sort out what we want to eat.

Me and Perri have a right laugh throughout the meal. I don't think I've ever laughed so much. My sides ache.

Perri refuses to let me give money towards the meal, so pays himself.

"Are you okay with going back to the studio?" Perri asks furrowing his eyebrows. "Ash wants a quick meeting."

"Yeah that's cool." I nod. "I can go back to the hotel if that's easier?"

"No!" He says quickly. "Your no trouble, trust me!"

I kiss him quickly and we drive back over to the studio. I sit down in reception to wait for the meeting to finish, despite Perri trying his hardest to get me to go with him into the meeting.

Once they've finished, half an hour later, Perri drops me back off outside the hotel.

"Thankyou for a lovely day." I smile.

"It was my pleasure." He replies in a posh voice.

He pulls me into a kiss before I have any chance to reply. I feel him smile against my lips which makes me smile also.

"I love you." He says softly.

"I love you too."
