“Open the gate.” Sun Ning rushed straight to Ye Muyu’s courtyard, standing at the gate and striking it with stones. The loud bangs attracted nearby maidservants to come and watch the spectacle.

Chunqin stood in the courtyard, seeing Ye Muyu come out, and quickly advised her to keep her distance.
