After hanging, the two children smiled at Caroline.

Liora chuckled. “Mommy, can I tag along?”

Caroline smiled and answered. “Of course! I’m going to ask for leave for you and Ty. I’ll take you out for fun.”

She had been so busy these days that she ignored the children. Now that she could finally relax, she should take them out for some fun.

After driving them to the kindergarten, Caroline happened to see Axel getting out of the car.

She dwelled on it briefly before calling after him, “Axel.”

When Axel heard her, he immediately turned to Caroline with bright, excited eyes. “Mommy.”

Caroline bent over and said, “Axel, I want to take you out for some fun tomorrow. Do you want that?

Axel pursed his lips gloomily and whispered, “I don’t know if Daddy will agree to it or not…”

Caroline smiled. “Leave it to me. I’ll take you to Starry Campsite.”

Axel’s eyes brightened up. “Really?

“Yes!” Caroline promised. “Wait for my text tonight.”

After watching the children walk into the kindergarten, she returned to her car and found Evan’s WhatsApp contact.
