Zachary was stunned, staring wide-eyed at Yolanda, “Yoli, is what she’s saying true?”

“Zachary, you don’t need to ask anymore. If you all believe her, then let me prove it to you.” Yolanda

looked especially sad as her eyes glistened with tears as she spoke.

For a moment, Zachary felt that he had gone too far, that he had been misled by Arabella into believing

her lies.

Yoli was his fiancée, she had given him the most precious thing and he not only failed to protect her,

but also doubted her along with this stranger.

With that in mind, he took Yolanda’s hand, stating decisively, “No need for proof. You say she’s

blacklisted, show me the evidence. If not, I’ll complain to QY’s headquarters and let your founders see

how you employees are tarnishing QY’s reputation, and how you’re treating key customers.”

The manager found this amusing, did these two young people not know that QY’s founder was right in

front of them?

Well, she had been the manager since QY started, and had been lucky enough to meet Queen Abby a

few times.

These two were clearly not high society folks, it was normal they hadn’t met their founder.

“You want evidence, I’ll give you evidence.” The manager lifted her gaze, calmly asking, “What’s the

lady’s full name? I’ll check.”

Every store could log in to their internal system to check user’s rankings and statuses.

“Let it go, Zachary, let’s go.” Yolanda tugged at Zachary’s hand, getting a bit desperate, “Haven’t we

embarrassed ourselves enough? Even if they find out I’m not blacklisted, with their attitude, I can’t

possibly buy their clothes anymore.”

Zachary felt a pang of guilt, realizing he had overlooked her feelings. Just as they were about to leave,

Arabella spoke up coldly, “Her full name is Yolanda.”

“Right, I’ll check now.” The manager seemed very respectful to Arabella.

Yolanda shot Arabella a furious look, what was her deal? Daring to insult her like this?!

As angry as she was, she was also a bit anxious, she whispered pleadingly, “Zachary, please.”

There were quite a few people watching the show, they saw the manager walk to the computer and

start typing. Soon her expression turned awkward.

“Well? Is she blacklisted?”

“Come on, is the lady blacklisted or not?”

“Why aren’t you saying anything? What’s going on?”

The manager’s face turned gloomy, she glanced at Arabella and muttered, “I didn’t find Yolanda’s

name in the blacklist.”

“So my fiancée is not a blacklisted user?” Zachary was immediately excited, “Now, I want you all to

apologize to my fiancée. Or else, don’t blame me for being

ruthless.”

Yolanda was a bit surprised, did QY only cancel her user status and didn’t blacklist her?

With that thought, she looked relieved.

“You’re not going to apologize?” Zachary immediately took out his phone and dialed QY’s customer

service number, “Your QY counter at Dawn Department Store has a salesperson who insulted a

customer and refused to apologize. I hope you can send a senior leader to handle this, or else, I’ll

expose this to the media and let everyone see QY’s terrible service.”

After hanging up, Zachary dialed the mall’s official number, “Please call your manager, see how QY, a

high–end brand in your mall, treats its customers.”

If QY couldn’t provide good service, they might be removed from the mall’s cooperation list.
