Chapter 1610
The Princess and the Paupers Novel Full Episode
Serena felt uncomfortable, but she managed to say, [Itâs deleted now.]
[Good, good. Be careful, especially with the holidays around the corner. You donât want to give people
a stick to beat you with.â Martha felt relieved upon hearing that Serena deleted her comments.
[You know, itâs fine to vent a little in private as long as your parents donât find out, but once you put it
out there, itâs like handing someone a knife. They get to decide when to stab you and how to twist it. Itâs
like a ticking time bomb. You never know when itâs going to blow up in your face.]
[I was careless.] admitted Serena, realizing that Martha had thought it through. Now she regretted the
whole thing. She'd only dished out a few dozen insults at Arabella, but Arabellaâs fans had fired back
with nearly a thousand. She had wasted so much time and energy clashing with them, and it hadnât
done her any good at all.
Back at Reflections Villa, Edith greeted Arabella with a loving smile.
âMs. Bella, your timing couldnât be more perfect. The designers just arrived, and here you are!â
Arabella smiled back, âWhere are they?â
âTheyâve already headed inside.â
Kenneth, having seen his darling daughter return via the security cameras, rushed out to greet her.
Louisa also came running, taking Arabella by the hand and leading her into the house. âBella, did you
see the news? Those people are just sour grapes. Donât take it to heart.â
Kenneth quickly chimed in, âExactly! Theyâre just jealous because you sing like an angel. They canât
match your talent, so they resort to spreading lies, claiming that your songs arenât original.â
Louisa continued, âThose songs are so clearly Bellaâs style! You can tell just by listening! Bella, I heard
your agent is already taking legal action against them. If thatâs not enough, I can have someone teach
them a lesson.â
âOne wonât be enough. Those who slander my precious daughter and upset her donât get away with
just one lesson,â Kenneth said angrily.
âDonât worry about them,â Arabella said with a casual smile. She never had time to bother with petty
squabbles. If she got worked up over every little thing, sheâd have been dead from stress by now.
Besides, her agent, Ms. Kiki, was already handling the situation, which had inadvertently boosted her
popularity. Her old songs were once again taking the top spots across various apps.
In other words, it was making her a pretty penny.
âFame comes with its fair share of trouble. If your brother David got dragged through the mud, I
wouldnât be this worked up, but youâre different, youâre my princess.â
Arabella couldnât help but feel a twinge of pity for David.
The designers in the living room stood up to greet them at that moment.
âAllow me to introduce my beloved daughter, Arabella Collins, the apple of my eye.â
The designersâ eyes all turned to Arabella.
âMs. Collins is the perfect blend of Mr. and Mrs. Collinsâ finest qualities. Itâs our great fortune to meet
you. I am Rory, a designer with BT Fashion, and Iâm delighted to make your acquaintance,â Rory said
to Arabella respectfully.
